In this paper, we study the traveling waves of a delayed SIRS epidemic model with nonlocal diffusion and a class of nonlinear incidence rates. When the basic reproduction ratio $\mathscr{R}_0>1$, by using the Schauder''s fixed point theorem associated with upper-lower solutions, we reduce the existence of traveling waves to the existence of a pair of upper-lower solutions. By constructing a pair of upper-lower solutions, we derive the existence of traveling wave solutions connecting the disease-free steady state and the endemic steady state. When $\mathscr{R}_0<1$, the nonexistence of traveling waves is obtained by the comparison principle.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the existence of travelling waves to an infectious disease model with a fixed latent period and a spatio–temporal delay. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equations, the local stability of a disease-free steady state and an endemic steady state to this model is discussed. By constructing a pair of upper–lower solutions, we use the cross iteration method and the Schauder’s fixed point theorem to prove the existence of a travelling wave solution connecting the disease-free steady state and the endemic steady state. The paper is concerned with the dynamical behaviors of a stage-structured diffusive predator-prey model with nonlocal effect and harvesting. The linear stability of the equilibria is investigated by using the characteristic equation technique. By constructing a closed convex set bounded by a pair of upper-lower solutions and using Schauder fixed point theorem, the existence of traveling wave solution connecting two steady states is also derived. An epidemic model with relapse and spatial diffusion is studied. Such a model is appropriate for tuberculosis, including bovine tuberculosis in cattle and wildlife, and for herpes. By using the linearized method, the local stability of each of feasible steady states to this model is investigated. It is proven that if the basic reproduction number is less than unity, the disease-free steady state is locally asymptotically stable; and if the basic reproduction number is greater than unity, the endemic steady state is locally asymptotically stable. By the cross-iteration scheme companied with a pair of upper and lower solutions and Schauder's fixed point theorem, the existence of a traveling wave solution which connects the two steady states is established. Furthermore, numerical simulations are carried out to complement the main results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the existence of travelling wave fronts of delayed reaction diffusion systems with partial quasi-monotonicity. We propose a concept of "desirable pair of upper-lower solutions", through which a subset can be constructed. We then apply the Schauder's fixed point theorem to some appropriate operator in this subset to obtain the existence of the travelling wave fronts.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the existence of traveling waves to a predator–prey model with a spatiotemporal delay. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equations, the local stability of a positive steady state and each of boundary steady states are established, and the existence of Hopf bifurcation at the positive steady state is also discussed. By constructing a pair of upper–lower solutions and by using the cross‐iteration method as well as the Schauder's fixed‐point theorem, the existence of a traveling wave solution connecting the semi‐trivial steady state and the positive steady state is proved. This paper is concerned with the existence of traveling wave solutions of a delayed predator–prey system with stage structure and nonlocal diffusion. By introducing the partial quasi-monotone condition and cross-iteration scheme, we first consider a class of delayed systems with nonlocal diffusion and deduce the existence of traveling wave solutions to the existence of a pair of upper–lower solutions. When the result is applied to the predator–prey system, we establish the existence of traveling wave solutions, as well as its precisely asymptotic behavior. Our result implies that there is a transition zone moving from the steady state with no species to the steady state with the coexistence of both species.  相似文献

This paper deals with the qualitative analysis of the travelling waves solutions of a reaction diffusion model that refers to the competition between the predator and prey with modified Leslie–Gower and Holling type II schemes. The well posedeness of the problem is proved. We establish sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the unique nontrivial positive steady state of the model by analyzing roots of the forth degree exponential polynomial characteristic equation. We also prove the existence of a Hopf bifurcation which leads to periodic oscillating travelling waves by considering the diffusion coefficient as a parameter of bifurcation. Numerical simulations are given to illustrate the analytical study.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the existence and stability of travelling front solutions for some general scalar viscous balance law. By shooting methods we prove the existence of some class of travelling fronts for any positive viscosity. Further by analytic semigroup theory and detailed spectral analysis, we show that the travelling fronts obtained are asymptotically stable in some appropriate exponentially weighted space. Especially for all sufficiently small viscosity, the travelling waves are proved to be uniformly exponentially stable in the same weighted space.  相似文献

本文讨论带二次感染和接种疫苗的年龄结构MSEIR流行病模型。在常数人口规模的假设下,运用微分方程和积分方程中的理论和方法,得到一个与接种疫苗策略ψ有关的再生数R(ψ)的表达式,证明了当R(ψ)<1时,无病平衡态是局部渐近稳定的;当R(ψ)>1时,无病平衡态是不稳定的,此时存在一个地方病平衡态,并且证明当R(0)<1时,无病平衡态是全局渐近稳定的。  相似文献

We model the evolution of the magnetization in an infinite cylinder by harmonic map heat flow with an additional external field. Using variational methods, we prove the existence of corotationally symmetric travelling wave solutions with a moving vortex. We moreover show that for weak and strong fields the travelling waves connect the original state anti-parallel to the external magnetic field with the totally reversed state in direction of the external field. Our results match numeric simulations. For thicker wires several groups have found a reversal mode where a domain wall with a corotational symmetry and a vortex is propagating through the wire.  相似文献
