四种无约束优化算法的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
从数值试验的角度 ,通过对 3个测试问题 (其中构造了一个规模大小可变的算例 )的求解 ,对共轭梯度法、BFGS拟牛顿法、DFP拟牛顿法和截断牛顿法进行比较研究 ,根据测试结果的分析 ,显示截断牛顿法在求解大规模优化问题时具有优势 ,从而为大规模寻优算法的研究提供了有益的借鉴 .  相似文献

拟牛顿法是求解非线性方程组的一类有效方法.相较于经典的牛顿法,拟牛顿法不需要计算Jacobian矩阵且仍具有超线性收敛性.本文基于BFGS和DFP的迭代公式,构造了新的充分下降方向.将该搜索方向和投影技术相结合,本文提出了无导数低存储的投影算法求解带凸约束的非线性单调方程组并证明了该算法是全局且R-线性收敛的.最后,将该算法用于求解压缩感知问题.实验结果表明,本文所提出的算法具有良好的计算效率和稳定性.  相似文献

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials. In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f(u) of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation.  相似文献
