考虑非线性压电效应,即电致弹性和电致伸缩效应情况下压电层合板的弯曲。从非线性压电方程和几何方程导出了压电层合板合应力、合力矩与应变之间的广义本构关系,这些关系关于电场是非线性的。利用Ritz法和双傅立叶级数得到四边简支对称压电层合板在高电场作用下的非线性解并进行计算。结果表明,只考虑线性压电效应只能适应于作用电场较低或基础层的刚度比压电层的刚度要大得多的情况。  相似文献

Recently, pH-sensitive hydrogels have been utilized in the diverse applications including sensors, switches, and actuators. In order to have continuous stress and deformation ?elds, a new semi-analytical approach is developed to predict the swelling induced?nite bending for a functionally graded(FG) layer composed of a pH-sensitive hydrogel,in which the cross-link density is continuously distributed along the thickness direction under the plane strain condition. Without considering the intermediary virtual reference,the initial state is mapped into the deformed con?guration in a circular shape by utilizing a total deformation gradient tensor stemming from the inhomogeneous swelling of an FG layer in response to the variation of the pH value of the solvent. To enlighten the capability of the presented analytical method, the ?nite element method(FEM) is used to verify the accuracy of the analytical results in some case studies. The perfect agreement con-?rms the accuracy of the presented method. Due to the applicability of FG pH-sensitive hydrogels, some design factors such as the semi-angle, the bending curvature, the aspect ratio, and the distributions of deformation and stress ?elds are studied. Electro-sensitive (ES) elastomers form a class of smart materials whose mechanical properties can be changed rapidly by the application of an electric field. These materials have attracted considerable interest recently because of their potential for providing relatively cheap and light replacements for mechanical devices, such as actuators, and also for the development of artificial muscles. In this paper we are concerned with a theoretical framework for the analysis of boundary-value problems that underpin the applications of the associated electromechanical interactions. We confine attention to the static situation and first summarize the governing equations for a solid material capable of large electroelastic deformations. The general constitutive laws for the Cauchy stress tensor and the electric field vectors for an isotropic electroelastic material are developed in a compact form following recent work by the authors. The equations are then applied, in the case of an incompressible material, to the solution of a number of representative boundary-value problems. Specifically, we consider the influence of a radial electric field on the azimuthal shear response of a thick-walled circular cylindrical tube, the extension and inflation characteristics of the same tube under either a radial or an axial electric field (or both fields combined), and the effect of a radial field on the deformation of an internally pressurized spherical shell.  相似文献

An exact three-dimensional analysis is presented for a functionally gradient piezoelectric material rectangular plate that is simply supported and grounded along its four edges. The state equations of the functionally gradient piezoelectric material are developed based on the state space approach. Assuming that the mechanical and electric properties of the material have the same exponent-law dependence on the thickness-coordinate, we obtain an exact three-dimensional solution of the coupling electroelastic fields in the plate under mechanical, and electric loading on the upper and lower surfaces of the plate. The influences of the different functionally gradient material properties on the structural response of the plate to the mechanical and electric stimuli are then studied through examples.  相似文献

主要综述了当前有关叠加于偏场之上的电弹性体小位移问题的求解方法,即偏场方法.首先介绍了作为偏场方法理论基础的非线性电弹性力学理论,接着总结了偏场方法的研究进展以及受偏场作用后,电弹性梁、板、壳结构的分析方法,随后综述了偏场方法的诸多应用:其中,包括在薄壁电弹性结构屈曲分析中的应用、在记时与通信压电谐振器和基于频率漂移原理所设计的声波传感器的频率稳定性分析方面的应用、在非线性电弹性材料系数的测定以及偏场作用下电致伸缩陶瓷特征的分析等方面的应用.最后给出了该领域当前和未来的一些可能的研究课题.全文参考文献166篇.   相似文献

A procedure of deriving nonlinear wave equations that describe the propagation and interaction of hyperelastic cylindrical waves in composite materials modeled by a mixture with two elastic constituents is outlined. Nonlinearity is introduced by metric coefficients, Cauchy-Green strain tensor, and Murnaghan potential. It is the quadratic nonlinearity of all governing relations. For a configuration (state) dependent on the radial coordinate and independent of the angular and axial coordinates, quadratically nonlinear wave equations for stresses are derived and a relationship between the components of the stress tensor and partial strain gradient is established. Four combinations of physical and geometrical nonlinearities in systems of wave equations are examined. Summary Piezoelectric material containing an inhomogeneity with different electroelastic properties is considered. The coupled electroelastic fields within the inclusion satisfy a system of integral equations solved in a closed form in the case of an ellipsoidal inclusion. The solution is utilized to find the concentration of the electroelastic fields around an inhomogeneity, and to derive the expression for the electric enthalpy of the electroelastic medium with an ellipsoidal inclusion that is relevant for various applications. Explicit closed-form expressions are found for the electroelastic fields within a spheroidal inclusion embedded in the transversely isotropic matrix. Results are specialized for a cylinder, a flat rigid disk and a crack. For a penny-shaped crack, the quantities entering the crack propagation criterion are found explicitly. 对材料性能参数沿厚度连续变化的横观各向同性热应力缓和型功能梯度材料板中Lamb波的传播问题,采用幂级数法,求得其相速度方程.借助数值算例,分析了参数梯度变化对Lamb波频散曲线的影响,并与相应陶瓷板和金属板中的频散曲线进行了对比.进一步研究了参数梯度变化对波结构的影响,揭示了Lamb波在这种非均质板中的传播行为,所得结果可以为功能梯度材料及结构的超声表征与检测提供理论依据.  相似文献

The present paper deals with the study of rotation effect on the characteristics of Rayleigh waves propagating in a homogeneous, transversely isotropic piezothermoelastic half space in the framework of linear theory including Coriolis and Centrifugal forces. The medium is subjected to stress free, thermally insulated, electrically shorted/charge free boundary conditions and is rotating about an axis perpendicular to its plane. Characteristics of surface waves propagating in thermoelastic piezoelectric solids and their dependence upon various geometric and physical parameters are derived. After deriving secular equations in closed form and isolated mathematical conditions, the effect of rotation on dispersion curves and attenuation profiles is studied. The specific loss factor and relative frequency shift are also obtained in case of open and closed circuit electric surface conditions. Finally, in order to illustrate and verify the analytical results, numerical solution of various secular equations and other relevant relations are derived for cadmium selenide (6 mm) class material. The analysis shows that the rotation sensitivity at long wavelengths (in the vicinity of the surface) is substantially greater than those at short wavelengths (deep into the half space). The study is very helpful in the development of rotation sensors and other piezoelectric devices.  相似文献

The overall mechanical and electrical behaviors of elastic dielectric composites are investigated with the aid of the concept of material multipoles. In particular, by introducing a statistical continuum material multipole theory, the effects of the electric-elastic interaction and the microstructure (size, shape, orientation,...) of inhomogeneous particles on the overall behaviors of the composites can be obtained. A basic solution for an ellipsoidal elastic inhomogeneity with electric polarization in an infinite elastic dielectric medium is first given, which shows that classical Eshelby ’s elastic solution is modified by the presence of electric-elastic interaction. The overall macroscopic constitutive relations and their overall macroscopic material parameters accounting for electroelastic interaction effect are then derived for the elastic dielectric composites. Some quantitative calculations on the problems with statistical anisotropy, the shape effect and the electric-elastic interaction are finally given for dilute composites.  相似文献

Nonlinear Schr?dinger-type equations can model the nonlinear waves in fluids, plasmas, nonlinear optics and atmosphere. In this paper, integrable coupled nonlinear Schr?dinger-type equations are investigated. With the aid of symbolic computation, the equations are transformed into their bilinear forms, by virtue of which the multi-soliton solutions are derived. Soliton interactions are analyzed, the elastic interactions are seen, while the dark, anti-dark, M- and W-shape solitons are exhibited with some parameters selected. The propagating solitons can preserve their properties after the interaction, and the profiles of them depend on the corresponding dispersion relations. The amplitudes, velocities of the solitons are found to be influenced by the coefficient of the original equations, which is detailed in the paper.  相似文献

Acceleration waves in nonlinear thermoelastic micropolar media are considered. We establish the kinematic and dynamic compatibility relations for a singular surface of order 2 in the media. An analogy to the Fresnel–Hadamard–Duhem theorem and an expression for the acoustic tensor are derived. The condition for acceleration wave’s propagation is formulated as an algebraic spectral problem. It is shown that the condition coincides with the strong ellipticity of equilibrium equations. As an example, a quadratic form for the specific free energy is considered and the solutions of the corresponding spectral problem are presented.  相似文献
