对科学级电荷耦合器件(charge-coupled device, CCD)进行了质子和中子辐照试验及退火试验, 应用蒙特卡洛方法计算了质子和中子在CCD中的能量沉积, 分析了器件的辐射损伤机理. 仿真计算了N+埋层内沉积的位移损伤剂量, 辐照与退火试验过程中主要考察暗信号的变化规律. 研究结果显示, 质子与中子辐照均会引发暗信号退化, 其退化的规律与位移损伤剂量变化一致; 退火后, 质子辐照所致CCD暗信号大幅度恢复, 其体暗信号增加量占总暗信号增加量的比例最多为22%; 中子辐照引发的暗信号增长主要为体暗信号. 质子和中子在N+埋层产生相同位移损伤剂量的情况下, 两者导致的体暗信号增长量相同, 质子与中子辐照产生的体缺陷对体暗信号增长的贡献是同质的.  相似文献

A reconstruction algorithm for unfolding neutron energy spectra has been developed, based for the first time on the potential reduction interior point algorithm. This algorithm can be easily applied to neutron energy spectrum reconstruction in the recoil proton method. We transform the neutron energy spectrum unfolding problem into a typical nonnegative linear complementarity problem. The recoil proton energy spectrum and response matrix at angles of 0^o and 30^o are generated by the Geant4 simulation toolkit. Several different neutron energy test spectra are also employed. It is found that this unfolding algorithm is stable and provides efficient, accurate results.  相似文献

Exotic cluster radioactivity is proposed to constrain the density slope of symmetry energy L(ρ0) by using the density-dependent cluster model (DDCM) where the cluster radioactivity serves as a link between the neutron skin thickness of 208Pb and the density slope L(ρ0). The isovector part of cluster-208Pb potential constructed from the M3Y nucleon-nucleon interaction is found to be very important in determining the density slope parameter L(ρ0). The correlation between the neutron skin thickness of 208Pb and the density slope parameter are obtained from cluster radioactivities around 208Pb with measured data. The constraint of L(ρ0) from proton radioactivity is also discussed.  相似文献

The relativistic stripping model is presented for the (p, π+) reaction in the Δ-resonance region. The Dirac impulse approximation and a Dirac-Hartree calculation are used for the proton nucleus interaction and neutron bound state wave function respectively. The Δ-hole model is employed for the pion-nucleus interaction. This model is applied to the reaction 16O(p, π+)17O(g.s.).  相似文献

Low-energy proton irradiation effects on the optical properties and the molecular structure of phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) are studied in this work. The PCBM films are irradiated by 100-keV proton beams with fluences of 5×1012 p/cm2, 5×1013 p/cm2, and 5×1014 p/cm2, respectively. The photoluminescence (PL) peaks of the post-irradiated PCBM films show a progressive decrease in the peak intensity as the proton fluences increase, which can be attributed to the deep defect levels induced by proton irradiation. Additionally, a slight blue-shift in the PL spectrum is also observed at a proton fluence of 5×1014 p/cm2. The underlying mechanism can be traced back to the lift of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) level, which is caused by the attachment of methoxy radicals on ortho position of the phenyl ring in the post-irradiated PCBM structure. This work is of significance in understanding the radiation hardness and the damage mechanism of the PCBM film in radiation environments, which is essential before it is put into practical application in space.  相似文献

质子交换膜燃料电池是最有应用前景的汽车动力替代系统。质子交换膜中的传质是质子交换膜燃料电池性能的控制因素之一。论文从宏观和微观角度分析了质子交换膜中的质子和水分的传递机理,分析了操作参数对质子在质子交换膜中传递的影响。研究发现:外载荷对质子和水分在质子交换膜中的传递有很大影响;(H5O2+是水合质子的主要结构形式;通过(H5O2+中氢氧键不断形成与断裂,电荷在质子交换膜中得以传递。研究结果对理解质子交换膜中的传质机理及其推广应用具有积极意义。  相似文献

Pre-scission and post-scission multiplicities of neutrons and alpha particles have been simultaneously measured for the fission-like reactions of 340 MeV 28Si on 232Th. Dynamical model calculations using HICOL code predict that about 90% of the observed events are of quasi-fission type while the remaining 10% are from compound nucleus fission decay. Moving source fits were carried out to the observed neutron and alpha particle spectra, measured at different angles with respect to the fragment directions. The pre-scission and post-scission neutron multiplicities are deduced to be 8.7±2.0 and 9.4±2.0, respectively. The corresponding multiplicity values for alpha particles are found to be 0.22±0.08 and 0.1±0.03. From the measured post-scission neutron multiplicity, it is inferred that about 65±20 MeV of the initial excitation energy remains at scission. This may be compared to the value of 85±30 MeV estimated from PACE2 statistical model calculations, adjusted to reproduce the measured pre-scission neutron multiplicity. From a comparison of the Statistical Model predictions with the measured pre-scission neutron multiplicity, the fission delay is estimated to be of 5+7−3×10−20 s which overlaps with the average duration of fission-like process from the contact to the scission point (2×10−20 s) as determined from HICOL-based dynamical calculations. For the delay time deduced as above, the pre-scission alpha particle multiplicity calculated by the PACE2 code is about a factor two larger than the experimental one, demonstrating the difficulties in modelling the alpha particle emission from highly elongated shapes that characterize the fissioning system from the contact point to scission.  相似文献

Using the high-resolution spectrometer SPES-I, the angular distribution of 1.047 GeV protons scattered from 58Ni, 60Ni, 62Ni, 64Ni have been measured in the angular range 4–18°, up to 4.8 MeV excitation energy. The data are analyzed within the framework of Glauber multiple scattering theory using a spin-dependent NN scattering amplitude. The parameters of the neutron density distributions have been determined by a χ2 analysis of elastic scattering. The inelastic data corresponding to the first 2+ and 3 states are analyzed with the collective model and an attempt has been made to extract information about the corresponding neutron transition densities.  相似文献

15O(α,γ)19Ne(p,γ)20Na反应链是高温CNO循环向快速质子俘获过程突破的一条关键路径,相关的反应率输入量可通过20Mg的β衰变可布居19Ne共振态并测量其衰变性质来获得。通过高效率高精度地测量20Mg β衰变中产生的质子与γ射线得到了20Mg衰变的详细信息,并构建了完整的衰变纲图,还进行了19Ne 4 033 keV共振态衰变性质的探索,获得了该态在20Mg β衰变中被布居的分支比上限。通过比20Mg和20O镜像能级跃迁的结果确认了同位旋非对称性,为检验相关理论模型提供了精确的实验数据。对于突破路径中有重要影响的19Ne 4 033 keV共振态的性质,有待更高统计的实验进一步研究。The breakout from the hot CNO cycle to the rapid proton capture process can occur via the 15O(α,γ)19Ne(p,γ)20Na reaction sequence, and the β decay of 20Mg can be used as an alternative method to characterize some specific resonances, which will provide detailed nuclear structure input for reaction rate calculations. The reliable information on the decay properties and structure of 20Mg was obtained by measuring the emitted particles and γ-rays in the β decay with high efficiency and high resolution. Attempt was also made to search for the decay channels associated with the 4 033 keV resonance in 19Ne. To test fundamental symmetries, the transitions in the mirror decays of 20Mg and 20O were compared. The precise experimental data presented here would be important to constrain the theoretical calculations. It is desirable to clarify the astrophysically relevant problem by further experiments with improved statistics on the basis of the present work.  相似文献

Starting from the shell model configurations, valence nucleon effective interactions and fermion M1 transition current density operator, the counterparts in the proton-neutron interacting boson model (sdIBM-2) of the fermion Hamiltonian and M1 transition current density operator are derived microscopically with the help of Dyson expansion technique. The boson g factors are abstracted from the boson M1 transition current density operator. Spectra, g factors of 21+, 22+, 41+ states and M1 matrix elements between 22+ and 21+ are calculated for the even 192-198Pt isotopes in the sdIBM-2. The theoretical results fit experimental data quite well.  相似文献

利用考虑跨壳激发的投影壳模型(PSM)方法,研究了质子数Z=38、中子数N=63和64大形变丰中子101,102Sr同位素的结构性质。主要计算了转动谱、转动惯量和电磁跃迁性质等(如B(E2)和g因子),并与相应的实验数据进行系统比较和相关的理论预言。结果表明,PSM可以利用理论计算的能带图解释101,102Sr同位素的转动惯量、电磁跃迁随自旋的变化,分析晕带的结构。PSM理论可以很好地再现实验结果,说明PSM方法及其采用的有效相互作用可以外推研究丰中子核区101,102Sr同位素的原子核结构。对于101,102Sr同位素,核子开始填布质子g9/2和中子h11/2轨道,通过更为仔细地分析能带图中来自质子g9/2和中子h11/2轨道对各转动带的组态成分的贡献,清晰地表明丰中子核结构性质对不同核子填布的依赖。Recently, we have carried out systematically studies on the structural properties of proton number Z=38, neutron number N=63 and 64 neutron-rich isotopes 101,102Sr by using the projected shell model (PSM) with consideration of cross shell excitation. The rotation spectra, the moment of inertia and the electromagnetic transition properties (such as B(E2) and g-factor) are calculated and compared with the corresponding experimental data in this paper. Furthermore, more high spin states are predicted in the calculation and expected to be confirmed experimentally. The results show that the PSM can not only well analyze the structural properties of yrast bands in 101,102Sr but also interpret the variation of the moment of inertia, electromagnetic transition with spins in terms with the theoretical band diagram. The good agreement with the experimental data suggests that the PSM with the adopted effective interactions can be generalized to study the nuclear structure of 101,102Sr isotopes in neutron-rich mass region. For 101,102Sr isotopes, the nucleons begin to fill proton g9/2 and neutron h11/2 orbital, the dependence of nuclear structure and properties on the different orbital occupies is described by carefully analyzing the contribution from proton g9/2 and neutron h11/2 orbital to the configuration of rotational bands in band diagram.  相似文献

在硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)装置中,束流整形体(BSA)的作用是将中子源产生的快中子束流慢化至超热中子能区(0.5 eVE10 keV),并尽可能减弱快中子、热中子和γ射线的成分,同时保证中子的方向性,其设计与优化是BNCT装置设计工作的核心内容之一.本文采用3.5 MeV,10 mA的质子束轰击锂靶,由核反应~7Li(p,n)~7Be产生的中子为源项,针对BSA的慢化体材料和结构、γ屏蔽层和热中子吸收层的厚度等参数进行蒙特卡罗模拟设计与优化.研究发现,采用Fluental和LiF两种慢化材料间隔2 cm层状堆叠的三明治BSA构型,在保证快中子剂量成分(D_f/φ_(epi)),γ剂量成分(D_γ/φ_(epi))和热中子比例φ_(th)/φ_(epi)满足IAEA-TECDOC-1223报告推荐要求的同时,在BSA出口处超热中子注量率优于单独使用Fluental和单独使用LiF的BSA设计.BSA出口处修正的Synder人头几何模型中的剂量分布计算结果显示:上述三明治构型的深度剂量分布与单独使用Fluental材料构型的结果基本相当,优于单独使用LiF构型,表明Fluental和LiF层状堆叠的三明治BSA构型是一种可行的BSA结构.  相似文献

A calculation on the rates and the branching ratios. of two-body decay of proton and neutron is presented in detail in this paper. A relativistic formalism based on the B.S. wave.functions is employed, to consider the bound state; effects of the quarks inside the nucleon automatically and completely. In order to solve the well-known Van Royen-Weisskopf's paradox occurring in nonrelativistic quark models, a B.S. wave function of mesons with a spin structure different from the Bargmann-Wigner's is accepted and as a result changes in the.branching-ratios and the rates are made, e.y. the K0π+ mode becomes the largest among the two-body modes for the proton decay and the rate. for the neutron decay decreases, with the effective interaction induced from. the minimum SU(5) model.  相似文献

Thirty-one levels in 164Ho have been observed up to an excitation energy of 994 keV utilizing 12 MeV deuterons and the reaction 165Ho(d, t)164Ho. The ground state Q-value was determined to be −1730±15 keV. The spectrum has been interpreted in terms of the coupling of the [523↑] Nilsson proton orbital with the neutron orbitals prominent in the (d, t) spectrum of 163Dy. Based on this interpretation, the singlet-triplet splitting energies for the [523↓], [642↑], [521↑], [402↓] and [400↑] neutron orbitals coupled to the [523↑] proton orbital were determined to be −144, +67, +171, −85 and +102 keV, respectively. Theoretical calculations of these energies made for a zero-range spin-dependent central potential gave values of −248, +74, +160, −82 and +73 keV, respectively.  相似文献

以双幻核132Sn以及附近的空穴核131Sn,130Sn,131In,130In,130Cd为例,研究了大型壳模型计算中的截断效应对该核区能级结构以及电四极跃迁的影响,其中截断包括了有无中子跨壳激发,以及限制轨道粒子数两种情况。计算结果表明,只有在允许质子跨壳激发的情况下才能给出130In与实验相符的基态能级,而允许两个中子的跨壳激发则会改善132Sn的低激发能级结构。此外中子壳芯激发也会对该核区空穴核的低激发能级有一定的影响,相应低能态之间的电四极跃迁则更加敏感地反映出了空间截断效应的影响。With two different truncations, i.e., neutron core-excitation truncation and orbital particle-number truncation, the research is studied at the truncation effects in shell-model calculations by the hole nuclei of 130Sn, 131Sn, 130In, 130In and 130Cd. We found that the right ground state of 130In needs proton core-excitation in shell model space, and allowing two neutron core-excitations will promote the low-lying states in 132Sn. The neutron core-excitations will also slightly affect the low-lying levels of hole-nuclei close to 132Sn, and the values of BE2 between the corresponded low-lying states reflect more obviously to the neutron core-excitations.  相似文献

An investigation of the properties of the Cd and Te isotopes is performed in the framework of the interacting boson approximation. Particular attention is paid to the presence of “intruder” 0+ and 2+ states at the energy of the two-phonon triplet in the middle-shell Cd isotopes. It is suggested that these states originate from two-particle two-hole proton excitations across the shell gap at Z = 50. The behaviour of these states is studied as a function of the neutron number. No clear evidence of similar phenomena is observed in the Te isotopes. The collectives features of these nuclei are found to be in satisfactory agreement with the predictions of the neutron-proton interacting boson model.  相似文献

The momentum transfer dependence (q=0.20−0.59 fm−1) of the recently discovered M1 transition from the Jπ=1+ state at Ex=5.846 MeV to the ground state of 208Pb has been studied with high-resolution inelastic electron scattering. The experimental data are compared to results of RPA calculations which include tensor correlations. The influence of these correlations and of the interference of proton and neutron contributions on the M1 transition will be discussed.  相似文献
