ATRP法合成聚去氢枞酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本研究从歧化松香中提取的去氢枞酸(DHA)出发,经酰氯化后与丙烯酸(2-羟基)乙酯反应,合成了去氢枞酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯(DHAAGE);并以此为单体,2-溴-异丁酸乙酯(EBr-iB)为引发剂,CuBr/2,2'-联吡啶(2,2'-bipyridine)为催化体系,在90 oC下,利用原子转移聚合(ATRP)法制备了聚去氢枞酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯(PDHAAGE).利用FT-IR、1H-NMR和GPC对所制备的单体和聚合物进行了表征,同时考察了单体转化率随聚合反应时间的变化.结果表明,聚合反应动力学曲线呈良好线性关系,表观聚合速率常数kp′为3.6 ×10-7 s-1;所得聚合物的分子量分布很窄.  相似文献

A novel flexible diamine with built-in ester, amide and ether groups named terephthalic acid bis(4-{2-[2-(2-amino ethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl carbamoyl}phenyl) ester (TABE), was synthesized via two steps. Nucleophilic reaction of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid with terephthaloyl chloride in the presence of NaOH yielded terephthaloyl bis (4-oxybenzoic) acid (TOBA). The diamine (TABE) was prepared via two direct and indirect methods. In the indirect method TOBA was converted to related diacid chloride and reacted with 1,8-diamino-3,6-dioxaoctane (DADO). Direct method was achieved through the reaction of TOBA with DADO via Yamazaki method. TOBA and TABE were fully characterized and TABE was used to prepare new poly(ester amide ether amide)s through polycondensation with different diacid chlorides in the presence of trimethylchlorosilane (TMSCl). The polymers were characterized using conventional methods and their physical properties including inherent viscosity, thermal behavior, thermal stability, crystallinity, and solubility were studied. The polymers showed good thermal stability and improved solubility.  相似文献

A novel pyridine-based ether ester diamine was prepared in three steps. Reaction of 1,5-dihydroxy naphthalene with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride afforded 5-hydroxy-1-naphthyl-4-nitrobenzoate (HNNB). Reduction of nitro group resulted in preparation of an amino compound named 5-hydroxyl-1-naphthyl-4-aminobenzoate (HNAB). The diamine was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction of 5-hydroxyl-1-naphthyl-4-aminobenzoate with 2,6-dichloropyridine in the presence of K2CO3. The obtained diamine was fully characterized and used to prepare novel thermally stable poly (ether ester amide)s via polycondensation reaction with different aromatic and aliphatic diacid chlorides. All the polymers were characterized and their physical and thermal properties were studied.  相似文献

A series of poly(ester carbonate)s were obtained from adipic acid, 1,3-propanediol and diethyl carbonate in the presence of catalyst Ti(OBu)4 by polycondensation and transestrification process. The amount of monomeric composition was varied in order to get the polymer of different composition. The structure, average molecular weight and physical properties of poly(ester carbonate) were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, solubility, solution viscosity, gel permeation chromatography, differential scanning calorimetry and XRD analysis. Biodegradability of poly(ester carbonate)s was investigated by hydrolytic (pH 7.2 and 11.5), enzymatic using Rhizopus delemar lipase at 37 °C and soil burial test. The biodegradation rate observed was more for poly(ester carbonate) containing 40% and 10% of diethyl carbonate due to their low crystallinity.  相似文献

利用四甲基胍促进二羧酸与二溴代化合物的高效酯化聚合反应,设计、合成了一种新型手风琴式折叠链结构的聚酯脲.具有特殊结构的单体分别是4,4′-二羧基二苯基脲和3,5-二(溴代烷氧基)-苯甲酸酯,因此得到的聚酯脲具有类似接枝共聚物的结构.通过核磁氢谱(~1H-NMR)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对聚酯脲的结构及分子量进行了表征,结果显示,得到了分子量接近2×10~4的聚酯脲.通过核磁跟踪研究聚合反应动力学,结果表明,聚合反应速度与二溴单体的烷基链长度有关,二溴单体的烷基链较长时,聚合速率较慢.热重分析(TGA)结果显示,这种聚酯脲具有良好的热稳定性;由示差扫描量热(DSC)测试结果获知聚酯脲的熔融温度为57°C,表明它具有结晶性.脲基之间的氢键作用和苯环产生的π-π相互作用驱动这种聚酯脲在溶液中进行自组装.通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究聚酯脲的自组装行为,结果表明,该聚酯脲在氯仿和甲醇的混合有机溶剂中,静置4 h后,组装成片层结构;继续静置到3天后,形成了稳定的囊泡结构的聚集体,囊泡壁厚度约7 nm,接近折叠链宽度的预测值;小角X射线(XRD)测试结果表明聚酯脲是有序结构,进一步证实了合成的聚酯脲具有折叠链构象.  相似文献

采用直接熔融缩聚方法由1 ,6 - 己撑- 双(4 - 羟基酞酰亚胺)(BHPI) 、对羟基苯甲酸(PH BA) 和对苯二甲酸(TPA) 合成一系列三元共聚酯酰亚胺。对聚合物进行示差扫描量热(DSC) 、偏光显微镜(PLM) 、广角X- 射线衍射(WAXD) 等分析表征,结果表明该系列聚合物具有向列型液晶特征。  相似文献

Hyperbranched poly(ester)s offer attractive features for applications in a number of areas, particularly as platforms for the support of controlled release actives in the agricultural and biomedical fields. Such materials have been generated from trimethylolpropane and adipic acid, and fully characterized using chromatographic, spectroscopic, and thermal methods. The thermal stability of these polymers has been assessed using thermogravimetry and infrared spectroscopy. The degradation characteristics of these materials have been compared to those of two linear adipic acid polymers. The prominent feature of the thermal degradation of the hyperbranched poly(ester)s is ether formation while that for the comparable linear poly(ester)s is ester pyrolysis resulting in chain scission.  相似文献

Two new polymeric structures containing ferrocene units along the chains, namely poly(silyl ester)s, have been synthesized and characterized: a geminal poly(silyl ester) (g-PSE) and one having a disiloxane spacer between the silyl ester groups (s-PSE). The condensation polymerization of AA/BB monomer systems in solution was used in both cases as preparation method involving a silicon-containing diol, (diphenylsilane diol or 1,3-bis(hydroxy)-tetramethyldisiloxane), and 1,1′-di(chlorocarbonyl)ferrocene. The polymers were investigated by differential pulse voltammetry in order to evaluate the redox behavior. Due to the presence of the silyl ester groups in the chain, these polymers are hydrolytically degradable.  相似文献

A series of silicon containing poly(ester imide)s [PEIs] were synthesized using novel vinyl silane diester anhydride (VSEA) and various aromatic and aliphatic dimines by two-step process includes ring-opening polyaddition reaction to form poly(amic acid) and thermal cyclo-dehydration process to obtain poly(ester imide)s. VSEA was synthesized by using dichloro methylvinylsilane and trimellitic anhydride in the presence of K2CO3 by nucleophilic substitution reaction. The PEIs were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. The thermal properties of PEIs were investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) methods. The prepared PEIs showed glass transition temperatures in the range of 320–350°C and their 5% mass loss was recorded in the temperature range of 500–520°C in nitrogen atmosphere. These had char yield in the range of 45–55% at 800°C.  相似文献

The synthesis of poly(ester carbonate) copolymers based on bisphenol A, terephthalic acid, and phosgene is reviewed, and a new synthetic route is described leading to polymers which are different from those obtained by methods described in the literature. The most important features of the new method are quantitative incorporation of the dicarboxylic acid into the polymer and absence of undersirable side reactions. Synthesis of the random copolymer in which the dicarboxylic acid and carbonic acid groups are present in about equal molar amounts is discussed. Solution properties, effects of M?n and copolymer composition on Tg, sequence length distribution, the effect of ester interchange reactions on molecular weight distribution, and effects of monofunctional chain termination on molecular weight of the final product are also discussed.  相似文献

A chiral complex, SalenZn(II) (S), was synthesized and characterized. Its coordination with imidazole derivatives and amino acid ester derivatives was studied by UV-vis spectrophotometric titrations and CD spectroscopy. The binding constants decreased in the order K (Im)>K (2-MeIm)>K (2-Et-4-MeIm)>K (N-MeIm) for imidazole derivatives, and K (AlaOMe)>K (PheOMe)>K (ValOMe) for amino acid ester derivatives with the same configuration and K D >K L for amino acid esters with different configuration. CD spectra can quantify the strength of SalenZn(II)-ligand interactions, giving results consistent with the magnitudes of the binding constants. Moreover the minimum energy conformations of the adducts were obtained by simulated annealing, and quantum chemical calculations were performed based on those conformations to explain experimental results at the molecular level.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of poly(itaconate ester)s with short poly(ethylene oxide) side chains have been studied. It was found that the monomer syntheses via esterification of itaconic acid resulted in incomplete esterification leaving up to 35 mol % monomers with carboxylic acid functionality. These acid groups were then incorporated into the polymers. This acid incorporation has not previously been reported, nor have the properties of the copolymers been studied. Techniques were developed to effectively remove the acid impurities to generate pure homopolymers. Titration and gas chromatographic techniques were developed to study the amount of acid impurity in the monomers, and titration was also used to characterize the polymers. Size exclusion chromatography and differential scanning calorimetry were used to study both the homopolymers and copolymers. It was found that the location and breadth of the glass transition is a function of acid content. Finally, isomerization of the itaconate monomers to the inactive mesaconate was also found to be a problem during the synthesis. Pure mesaconate and citraconate monomers were synthesized and characterized by 1H-NMR. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

围绕刚性主链、高尺寸稳定性聚酰亚胺的制备,对聚酰胺酸酯的合成及酰亚胺化特性进行了研究。将制得的均苯二乙酯二酰氯与醚二胺进行聚合得到聚酰胺酸酯并与传统的预聚体——聚酰胺酸进行比较,得出聚酰胺酸酯性能较好,而酰亚胺化的温度要求较高。共聚中分别与间苯二胺或对苯二胺和醚二胺进行共聚,讨论了不同的二胺在共聚中的影响。  相似文献

The nucleophilic substitution reaction of poly(dichlorophosphazene) with sodium 2‐methoxyethoxide and glycine ethyl ester has been studied in detail. Polymers prepared with different methods have been characterized by 1H NMR, and the results reveal that the addition sequence of the two nucleophilic reagents is an important factor in determining the structure of the resultant polymer. If alkyl ether is added first, the subsequently introduced amino acid ester not only reacts with residual P? Cl but also attacks the alkyl ether side units present by replacing either the whole group or just ? OCH3. As a result, a new kind of side group (? OCH2CH2NHCH2COOC2H5) can be detected in the macromolecule. To obtain polymers with desired compositions {poly[(methoxyethoxy)x(ethylglycino)yphosphazene]}, the amino acid ester should be introduced initially to react with poly(dichlorophosphazene), and it should be followed by the alkyl ether. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two types of oligo(hemiacetal ester)s which have methacrylate units and tertiary ester linkages in the side chains were synthesized by polyaddition of corresponding dicarboxylic acid with divinyl ether. One oligomer has a ortho linked main-chain structure, and the other one has meta and para linked main-chain structure. These oligomers were applied to a photocrosslinking system having photo/thermal degradable properties. On UV irradiation at 365 nm under N2 atmosphere, oligomer films containing methyladamantyl methacrylate (MADMA), 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone (DMPA), triphenylsulfonium triflate (TPST) became insoluble in acetone. Insolubilization behavior was not influenced by the difference of main-chain structure. When the crosslinked oligomer/MADMA films were irradiated at 254 nm and followed by baking, they became soluble in acetone. The effective baking temperature depended on the oligomer structure. The cleavage of hemiacetal ester and tertiary ester linkages was confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

New degradable poly(ester anhydride)s were prepared by the melt polycondensation of diacid oligomers of poly(sebacic acid) (PSA) transesterified with ricinoleic acid. The transesterification of PSA with ricinoleic acid to form oligomers was conducted via a melt bulk reaction between a high molecular weight PSA and ricinoleic acid. A systematic study on the synthesis, characterization, degradation in vitro, drug release, and stability of these polymers was performed. Polymers with weight‐average molecular weights of 2000–60,000 and melting temperatures of 24–77 °C were obtained for PSA containing 20–90% (w/w) ricinoleic acid. NMR and IR analyses indicated the formation of ester bonds along the polyanhydride backbone. These new degradable copolymers have potential use as drug carriers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new naphthalene ring-containing bis(ester amine), 1,5-bis(4-aminobenzoyloxy)naphthalene (2), was synthesized from the condensation of 1,5-dihydroxynaphthalene with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride followed by catalytic hydrogenation. A series of naphthalene-containing poly(ester amide)s having inherent viscosities of 0.34-0.82 dl/g were prepared by the direct phosphorylation polyamidation from bis(ester amine) 2 with various aromatic dicarboxylic acids. The poly(ester amide)s derived from terephthalic acid, 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid, 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, and 4,4′-oxydibenzoic acid were semicrystalline and showed less solubility. The other polymers were amorphous and readily soluble in polar organic solvents and gave flexible and tough films via solution casting. Except for four examples, the poly(ester amide)s displayed discernible glass transitions between 190 and 227 °C by differential scanning calorimetry. These poly(ester amide)s did not show significant decomposition below 400 °C in nitrogen or air.  相似文献
