Nonisothermal Kinetice of Dehydration Process of [Sm(m-CIBA)3phen]2·2H2O and[Sm(p-CIBA)3phen]2·2H2O

Compounds[Sm(m-CIBA)3phen]2·2H2O and[Sm(p-ClBA)3phen]2·2H2O(m-ClBA=m-chlorobenzoate,PClBA=p-chlorobenzoate,phen=1,10-phenanthroline)were prepared.The dehydration processes and kinetics of these compounds were studied from the analysis of the DSC curves using a method of processing the data of thermal analysis kinetics.The Arrhenius equation for the dehydration process can be expressed as lnk=38.65-243.90x103|RT for and△S≠ of dehydration reaction for the title compounds are determined,respectively.     

Non-isothermal Decomposition Kinetics of Complexes [ Sm(m-MBA)3 phen]2 and [ Sm(o-MOBA)3 phen] 2·2H2O

Introduction In recent years, there has been considerable interest in complexes formed by lanthanide cations and various benzoate derivatives[1-4], due to their potential application in areas, such as extraction, separation,germicide preparation, catalysis, luminescence, and functional material preparation[5].     

A metal-oxo cluster-supported transition metal complex: synthesis,structure and properties of [Cu(phen)2]2[{Cu(phen)}2Mo8O26]·H2O

[Cu(phen)₂]₂[{Cu(phen)}₂Mo₈O₂₆]·H₂O has been synthesized from MoO₃, H₂MoO₄, Cu(Ac)₂·H₂O and 1,10-phenanthroline in aqueous solution using the hydrothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. The title compound consists of a centrometric β-octamolybdate-supported complex anion [{Cu(phen)}₂Mo₈O₂₆]²⁻, two bis-phenanthroline Cu(I) cations, and one water molecule of crystallization.     

[Cu(bpp)2(bpdc)(H2O)2]×2H2O and [Cu(bpp)2](tdc)×7.5H2O的合成、晶体结构和热稳定性

在室温下, 由Cu(NO3)2 、1,3 -二（4 -吡啶基）丙烷(bpp)、4,4 ’ -联苯二甲酸(H2bpdc)和2,5-噻吩二甲酸(H2tdc)制备出两种新型铜( II)配位聚合物[Cu(bpp)2(bpdc)(H2O)2]n·2nH2O, 1 和[Cu(bpp)2]n·n(tdc) 7.5nH2O, 2。两个配位聚合物均为一维线型结构,铜原子均采取变形的八面体结构,在轴线方向上的两个水分子与铜原子存在较弱的配位作用。在配合物1中,两个bpdc羧酸根离子与铜原子配位,而2中的tdc羧酸离子没有与铜原子键合,只是作为反离子平衡电荷。在两个产物中, 配体bpp具有不同的构象。热重分析表明配合物1与2分别在110°C和160°C以下是稳定的。     

三元混配化合物[Cu(8-Q)_2(phen)]·H_2O及[Cu(NCS)_2(phen)_2]·H_2O的固相合成

用室温固相反应合成了［Ｃｕ（８－Ｑ）２（ｐｈｅｎ）］·Ｈ２Ｏ 及［Ｃｕ（ＮＣＳ）２（ｐｈｅｎ）２］·Ｈ２Ｏ 两个三元混配化合物。室温下［Ｃｕ（Ａｃ）２（Ｈ２Ｏ）］与邻菲?啉固体几乎不发生反应，但加入第二配体８－羟基喹啉及ＫＳＣＮ，反应几乎立即发生。ＸＲＤ、ＩＲ谱及元素分析结果表明：第二配体的加入并不仅仅促进［Ｃｕ（Ａｃ）２（Ｈ２Ｏ）］与第一配体的反应，它同时也参与反应，形成了三元混配化合物。用室温固相反应合成上述两个三元混配化合物尚未见报道     

配合物[Tb(BsGlyH)2(phen)2(H2O)2]ClO4·H2O 的合成及晶体结构

[Cu(phen)2·Cl]·Bsesa的晶体结构

对苯磺酰牛磺酸阴离子一维链构筑的三维配位聚合物[Cu(phen)2·Cl]·Bsesa(phen=o-phenanth-roline,BsesaH=2-Benzenesulfonylamino-ethanesulfonicacid)进行了元素分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射等表征。分析结果表明此配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数为:a=0.9719(2)nm,b=2.5521(5)nm,c=1.2505(2)nm,β=93.407(5)°,V=3.096(1)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.553g/cm3,μ=0.978mm-1,F(000)=1484。配合物中的金属铜离子与2个邻菲咯啉配位,还与一个Cl阴离子配位。苯磺酰牛磺酸阴离子通过N-H…O氢键形成一维螺旋链,配阳离子通过π-π堆积作用形成一维链,邻近的一维链再通过π-π堆积作用形成二维网,在二维网之间平衡插入由苯磺酰牛磺酸阴离子构筑一维螺旋链,邻近的螺旋链之间的距离为0.972(1)nm,螺旋链与二维网之间通过弱而丰富的C-H…O氢键形成三维网结构。     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of One Rare Earth Substituted Keggin-Type Germanotungstate [Cu(en)2]2[Cu(en)2(H2O)]2H3{[Cu(en)2]2[Na2(H2O)1.75][K(H2O)3][Dy2(H2O)2 (GeW11O39)3]} · 6H2O

A novel germanotungstate derivative based on the dysprosium cation and monovacant Keggin anion, [Cu(en)₂]₂[Cu(en)₂(H₂O)]₂H₃{[Cu(en)₂]₂[Na₂(H₂O)_1.75][K(H₂O)₃][Dy₂(H₂O)₂(GeW₁₁O₃₉)₃]} · 6H₂O(en = ethylenediamine) 1, has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-UV spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the compound, one kind of clusters with the Dy³⁺/[GeW₁₁O₃₉]^8? ratio of 2:3 was observed. Especially, the 2:3 type displays the novel cluster based on the rare earth and monolacunary Keggin polyoxometalate.     

三维超分子化合物[Mn(phen)3 ]2(H3O)O40 ]·2H2 O的水热合成与结构表征

利用水热合成方法制备了Keggin结构多金属氧酸盐[Mn(phen)3]2(H3O)·2H2O,用元素分析、红外光谱、热分析和X射线单晶衍射测试技术对其结构进行了表征. 结果表明,该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=2.728 5(3) nm,b=2.506 0(3) nm,c=1.633 6(18) nm,β=104.911(2)°,V=10.79 4(2) nm3,Z=4,R1=0.078 4,wR2=0.199 9. 化合物分子结构单元由1个Keggin结构多金属氧酸盐阴离子5-,2个配位阳离子[Mn(phen)3]2+,1个质子和2个结晶水分子构成. 化合物分子之间通过π-π堆积作用形成了三维超分子结构.     

A 2D organic-inorganic hybrid [Cu(En)2(H2O)]2[Cu(En)2]4[Si2Cu2W22O78]·7H2O assembled from monocopper(II)-substituted Keggin silicotungstate dimers

The reaction of Na₁₀[A-α-SiW₉O₃₄] · 18H₂O with CuCl₂ · 2H₂O in the participation of ethylenediamine (En) under hydrothermal conditions resulted in a 2D organic-inorganic hybrid monocopper(II)-substituted Keggin silicotungstate [Cu(En)₂(H₂O)]₂[Cu(En)₂]₄[Si₂Cu₂W₂₂O₇₈] · 7H₂O (I), which was structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum, UV spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single crystal structural analysis shows that adjacent monocopper(II)-substituted Keggin silicotungstate [Si₂Cu₂W₂₂O₇₈]^12? dimeric subunits are interconnected by sharing terminal oxygen atoms to make the 1D polymeric linear chain and neighboring chains are combined with each other through [Cu(En)₂]²⁺ connectors giving rise to an interesting 2D organic-inorganic hybrid sheet architecture with a 4-connected topology. To our knowledge, I is the rare organic-inorganic hybrid 2D polyoxometate constructed by mono-transition-metal substituted Keggin silicotungstate dimeric subunits. The photocatalytic measurement illustrates that I can to some extent inhibit the photodegradation of rhodamine-B.

在二甲亚砜(DMSO)中,以MnCl_2·2H_2O和K_3[Cr(OX)_3]·3H_2O为原料,合成了离子型配合物[Mn(phen)_2(H_2O)_2]_2[Cr(OX)_3][HOCH_2CH_2O]·4H_2O.晶体结构测定表明,该晶体属单斜晶系,P2/c空间群.晶体学参数:a=1.0602(3),b=1.3515(3),c=2.1508(3)nm,β=102.57(2)°,V=3.008(1)nm~3,Z=2,Dc=1.49g/cm~3,F(000)=1392.最后的偏差因子R=0.067.测定了化合物的UV-Vis-NIR,IR,XPS,ESR光谱和变温磁化率,讨论了相应的性质.

微量热法研究 [Cu(phen)2]~(2 )、[Cu(bpy)_2]~(2 )与DNA的作用

用微量热法对菲咯啉合铜（ [Cu(phen)2]2＋）和联吡啶合铜（ [Cu(bpy)2]2＋）与小牛胸腺 DNA的相互作用进行了研究,依据 McGhee-Von Hippel邻近排斥方程确定了结合反应的平衡常数 K、结合位点距离 n及热力学参数Δ rHm、Δ rGm和Δ rSm。结果表明这两种铜的配合物与 DNA之间均可形成稳定的三元配合物,且反应为熵驱动过程, DNA与这些配合物的键合过程中同时存在插入和静电作用两种模式,插入作用的强弱与金属配合物中配体的平面性质有关。     

Synthesis and crystal structures of supramolecular compounds: [Cu(mpca)2(H2O)] · 3H2O and [Cu2(mpca)2(pyr)4]

A new chelate ligand, 5-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (mpca), has been synthesized. This ligand reacts with cupric sulfate to give two supramolecular compounds [Cu(mpca)₂(H₂O)] · 3H₂O (1) and [Cu₂(mpca)₂(pyr)₄] (Pyr = pyridine) (2), which were characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray crystal diffraction. Helical water chain and strong π–π interaction are important for the stability of the 3-D structure of these supramolecules.

Three new inorganic-organic composite polyoxotungstates [Cu(2,2'- bpy)2]5[α- PW11.5Cu0.5O40]·2H2O 1, [Co(2,2'-bp3)2(N3)2]4H3[α-PW12O40]·3H2O 2 and [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2(4,4'- bpy)]2[α-GeW12O40].4H2O 3 (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombie space group Pna21 with α = 27.847(3), b = 21.597(2), c = 20.1179(19) A, V = 12099(2) A3, Z = 4, GOF= 1.038, R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1035; 2 belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a= 12.31150(10), b = 16.1954(4), c = 19.36290(10) A, α = 99.366(11), β=105.168(8),γ = 111.836(8)°, V = 3309.98(9) A3, Z = 1, GOF = 1.024, R = 0.0739 and wR = 0.2216; and 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 12.858(4), b = 20.943(6), c = 15.598(5) A, β = 102.338(5)°, V = 4103(2) A3, Z = 2, GOF = 1.026, R = 0.0557 and wR = 0.1316. The common structural features of 1～3 are that their molecular structures all consist of a saturated a-Keggin polyoxoanion and several discrete metal-organic moieties. Intriguingly, 2 and 3 are composed of metal-organic coordination moieties with two mixed ligands.
