简单介绍了近年来在研究重核和超重核衰变性质及熔合反应方面取得的理论成果和面临的挑战,着重阐述推广的液滴模型(GLDM) 理论框架及其应用。基于原子核的质量数、质子数以及反应Q 值,GLDM考虑了质量和电荷的不对称性、形状演化、亲近势和温度等,很好地描述了重核和超重核的质子放射性、 衰变、重离子放射性、自发裂变的半衰期和重离子熔合反应截面,同时也研究了原子核的粒子(质子、 、重离子) 放射性与自发裂变的竞争。Recent theoretical achievements and challenges about the fusion and decay properties of heavy and superheavy nuclei are generally introduced. Especially, the Generalized Liquid Drop Model(GLDM) as well as its application are emphatically described. Based on the mass number, proton number and the reaction Q value, the GLDM has taken the mass and charge asymmetry, the shape evolution, the proximity potential, as well as the temperature of nucleus into account, well described the proton radioactivity, the decay, the heavy particle radioactivity, the half life of spontaneous fission of heavy nuclei and superheavy nuclei, and the cross-sections of heavy ion fusion. The competitions between the spontaneous fission and other decay modes such as proton and heavy particle radioactivity, the alpha decay, and so on are also studied.  相似文献

运用推广的液滴模型(GLDM)来确定锕系原子核的自发裂变势垒, 采用量子力学中的WKB近似方法对相应自发裂变的半衰期进行了研究。 在GLDM中, 首次考虑了微观Strutinsky壳修正对裂变势垒的影响。 理论计算的锕系区重核自发裂变半衰期与实验值符合得很好, 表明包括微观壳修正的GLDM可以成功研究重核的自发裂变性质。 The spontaneous fission half lives of the actinides are calculated by the WKB approximation and the potential barriers are constructed by a General Liquid Drop Model (GLDM) including the proximity energy, the mass and charge asymmetry, and an accurate nucleus radius. The microscopic shell correction which plays a key role for the spontaneous fission barrier is considered for the first time. The two parameter quasi molecular shape and the proximity are described in details within the GLDM. The effects of the microscopic shell correction and proximity energy for fission barrier are discussed separately. The calcula ted spontaneous fission half lives for the actinides reasonably accord with the experimental data, implying the present GLDM combined with the microscopic shell correction can be used to study the spontaneous fission properties of heavy nuclei successfully.  相似文献

高温核衰变是当前中能重离子核物理中研究最热烈的课题.理论上对高温核的衰变进行了各种预言,相继裂变就是其中之一.本文从有关核裂变的时间尺度、裂前中子发射、裂变截面等随激发能的变化和多重碎裂的实验结果以及复杂碎片发射时间的实验结果分析了对高温核相继裂变的限制,提出了从复杂粒子蒸发向多重碎裂过渡的可能性. 用有源 (主动 )方法研究了贫化铀组合系统的中子诱发裂变缓发中子探测技术 .在不同屏蔽和组合等条件下测量和比较了贫化铀系统的缓发裂变中子分布 ,进一步研究了实验系统的可核查性 .探讨了区分核与非核系统的方法. The technique for detecting the delayed neutrons from neutron induced fission in uranium systems was studied by using an active method with 3He proportional counting tube array and a 14 MeV D T neutron source. Under the conditions of different shielding and combination, the distributions of delayed fission neutrons from depleted uranium systems were measured and the reliability of the systems was studied. The method to distinguish a nuclear system from a non nuclear one was discussed.  相似文献

考虑角动量相关性的情况下计算了超重核259Db的裂变位垒Bf.计算了258Rf,259Db,266Hs和267Mt 4个超重核单中子蒸发的存活概率Wsur及其随角动量分波的变化关系.给出了中子蒸发宽度、裂变宽度和超重核蒸发一个中子的概率对激发能与角动量分波的依赖关系. Considering the dependence on angular momentum, the fission barriers of super heavy nuclei 259Db have been calculated. The survival probability for 258Rf, 259Db,266Hs,267Mt compound and its relation with angular momentum have been estimated. 通过分析和计算锕系核裂变截面和全套中子反应截面获取了一组锕系核的裂变位垒参数.Fm)在此基础上,广泛收集实验裂变位垒参数,通过比对和评价,推荐了本组的129个核素(109Cd—255的实验裂变位垒参数.此外,对收集的不同裂变位垒参数作了分析与评价,推荐了7组实验和1组模型计算的裂变位垒参数,并组建了中国评价核参数库裂变位垒参数子库(CENPL FBPL). The experimental results of single event burnout induced by heavy ions and 252Cf fission fragments in power MOSFET devices have been investigated. It is concluded that the characteristics of single event burnout induced by 252Cf fission fragments is consistent to that in heavy ions. The power MOSFET in the "turn-off" state is more susceptible to single event burnout than it is in the "turn-on" state. The thresholds of the drain-source voltage for single event burnout induced by 173 MeV bromine ions and ^252Cf fission fragments are close to each other, and the burnout cross section is sensitive to variation of the drain-source voltage above the threshold of single event burnout. In addition, the current waveforms of single event burnouts induced by different sources are similar. Different power MOSFET devices may have different probabilities for the occurrence of single event burnout.  相似文献

在重离子熔合反应中,准裂变与熔合过程之间相互竞争。在双核模型中,常常在主方程中加入Kramers公式来描述准裂变。但只有当准裂变位垒足够高时,该公式才能成立。在本工作中,把弹靶核的间距作为独立的动力学变量,通过求解主方程来自洽地同时描述双核模型向全熔合和准裂变过程的演化,因此检验了Kramers 公式的适用条件。此外,在重离子熔合反应过程中,把动力学形变的演化和核子的转移过程都看成是耗散过程,在系统的势能面的约束下,同时求解含有动力学形变参量和质量不对称度参量的一系列主方程。研究显示了动力学形变对准裂变质量分布的直接影响,得到了与实验观测值符合得很好的计算结果。In heavy ion fusion reactions, the quasifission(QF) is competing with fusion, and which is often described by incorporating the Kramers formula(KRA-F) into the master equation(ME) within the Di-Nuclear System(DNS) model. However the KRA-F works well only if the QF barrier is high enough. Presently by takingthe relative distance of nuclei as an independent dynamical variable, the evolution of the DNS towards fusion and QF are both treated as a diffusion process in a consistent way by solving MEs. The validity of the KRA-F is thuschecked. Furthermore, the dynamical deformation and the nucleon transfer in heavy ion fusion reaction process are viewed simultaneously as a diffusion process, and are treated by solving a set of MEs with the variables of thequadrupole deformation of each nucleus and the mass asymmetry variable in the potential energy surface(PES) of the system. The distinct influence of the dynamical deformation on the QF mass yield distribution is discussed,and the experimental observations can be well reproduced by the calculation.  相似文献

基于球型光学模型、 预平衡发射和Hauser-Feshbach统计等理论, 编制了MENDF(Medium Energy Nuclear Data for Fission)程序, 该程序适用于裂变核在入射粒子能量低于200 MeV的中低能区的全套核数据计算。 对于中子和质子在200 MeV以下诱发的核反应, 其全截面、 反应截面、 弹性散射微分截面、 裂变截面和裂变中子谱、 5种发射粒子的单举截面和相应的能谱等理论计算值与相应的实验值基本符合。 MENDF在我国已被广泛用于核数据计算及建立中能核数据库。Based on the spherical optical model, pre equilibrium and Hauser Feshbach statistical theory, the code MENDF (Medium Energy Nuclear Data for Fission) is written to calculate a complete set of nuclear data for fission nuclei in the medium low energy region (≤200 MeV). For neutron and proton induced reactions below 200 MeV, the total cross sections, reaction cross sections, elastic scattering differential cross sections, fission cross section, energy spectra of fission neutron and five kinds of emitting particles, etc. are calculated by MENDF. The calculated data generally agree with their corresponding experimental data. MENDF is widely used for nuclear data calculation and to establish ENDF 6 formatted files for the medium low energy region in China.  相似文献

The nucleon exchange process between two nuclei in close proximity and its application to an explanation of fragment mass and charge distributions in fission and in heavy ion deep inelastic collisions are reviewed. An analysis of the measured correlations between the energy loss from relative motion and the fragment mass and charge variances in the heavy ion deep inelastic collisions is presented. The recent data on fragment mass and charge variances as a function of the fragment kinetic energy in thermal neutron induced fission of235U, lends added support to the hypothesis that the nucleon transport process plays a similar role both in fission and in heavy ion deep inelastic collisions.  相似文献

Nuclear fission process involves large scale shape changes of the nucleus, while it evolves from a nearly spherical configuration to two separated fission fragments. The dynamics of these shape changes in the nuclear many body system is governed by a strong interplay of the collective and single particle degrees of freedom. With the availability of heavy ion accelerators, there has been an impetus to study the nuclear dynamics through the investigations of nucleus-nucleus collisions involving fusion and fission process. From the various investigations carried out in the past years, it is now well recognized that there is large scale damping of collective modes in heavy ion induced fission reactions, which in other words implies that nuclear motion is highly viscous. In recent years, there have been many experimental observations in heavy ion induced fission reactions at medium bombarding energies, which suggest possible occurrence of various non-equilibrium modes of fission such as quasi-fission, fast fission and pre-equilibrium fission, where some of the internal degrees of freedom of the nucleus is not fully equilibrated. We have carried out extensive investigations on the fission fragment angular distributions at near barrier bombarding energies using heavy fissile targets. The measured fragment anisotropies when compared with the standard saddle point model (SSPM) calculations show that for projectile-target systems having zero or low ground state spins, the angular anisotropy exhibits a peak-like behaviour at the sub barrier energies, which cannot be explained by the SSPM calculations. For projectiles or targets with large ground state spins, the anomalous peaking gets washed out due to smearing of the K-distribution by the intrinsic entrance channel spins. Recently studies have been carried out on the spin distributions of fission fragments through the gamma ray multiplicity measurements. The fission fragments acquire spin mainly from two sources: (i) due to rigid rotation of the nascent fragments at scission and (ii) due to statistical excitation of the spin bearing collective modes in the fissioning nucleus. One of the collective modes — the tilting mode depends on the K quantum number and is responsible for the emission angle dependence of fragment spin. In our studies, we have shown conclusively that the collective statistical spin modes get strongly suppressed for high K values corresponding to large rotational frequencies along the fission axis. These results bring out the importance of the dynamical effects in the heavy ion induced fusion-fission reactions. The present article will review the work carried out on the above aspects in heavy ion fission reactions as well as on the fission time scales, and some of the recent studies on the mass-energy correlations of fission fragments at near-barrier bombarding energies.  相似文献

The static shear viscosity η0 of symmetric nuclear matter is estimated. It is found, that for reasonable nuclear temperatures the mean free path connected with ηo is considerably larger than the nuclear radii. We therefore conclude, that the concept of viscosity cannot be applied to nuclear fission and heavy ion collisions without taking into account the nuclear surface.  相似文献

简要介绍了载能粒子辐射损伤对反应堆结构材料性能的影响,阐述了载能粒子束特别是高能离子束开展模拟研究的优势,并举例说明了国内利用高能重离子模拟研究反应堆结构材料辐射效应取得的进展。实验结果和理论分析表明,载能离子特别是高能离子辐照非常适合用于模拟研究反应堆结构材料中由粒子辐射引起的材料微观结构和宏观性能变化,是模拟研究反应堆结构材料辐射效应的非常有效的手段。 Radiation damage in structural materials of fission/fusion reactors is mainly attributed to the evolution of intensive atom displacement damage induced by energetic particles ( n, α and/or fission fragments) and highrate helium doping by direct α particle bombardments and/or (n, α) reactions. It can cause severe degradation of reactor structural materials such as surface blistering, bulk void swelling, deformation, fatigue, embrittlement, stress erosion corrosion and so on that will significantly affect the operation safety of reactors. However, up to now, behavior of structural materials at the end of their service can hardly be fully tested in a real reactor. In the present paper, damage process in reactor structural materials is briefly introduced, then the advantages of energetic ion implantation/irradiation especially high-energy heavy ion irradiation are discussed, and several typical examples on simulation of radiation effects in reactor candidate structural materials using high-energy heavy ion irradiations are introduced. Experimental results and theoretical analysis suggested that irradiation with energetic particles especially high-energy heavy ions is a very useful technique for simulating the evolution of microstructures and macro-properties of reactor structural materials.  相似文献

Mass asymmetry relaxation as manifested in fission and heavy ion-induced binary reactions is reviewed. In fission, the dynamics is characteristic of a fully damped case and is well described by a stochastic theory. In heavy ion deep inelastic collisions and quasi-fission, on the other hand, the relaxation is incomplete giving rise to the possibility of studying its time evolution.  相似文献

The new approach to the interpretation of the process of spontaneous fission of heavy nuclei is suggested. It is based on nuclear physics data which are obtained in heavy ion collisions. The process of spontaneous fission consists of three sequential stages: clusterization of the valent nucleons of a heavy nucleus into a light nucleus-cluster, which leads to the formation of a dinuclear system; evolution of the dinuclear system which proceeds by nucleon transfer from the heavy to light nucleus and decay of the dinuclear system from the equilibrium configuration into two fragments.  相似文献

The coincidence measurements between heavy fission fragments and light charged particles with Z ⩽ 2 were carried out for the 40Ar+197Au reaction at 25 MeV/nucleon, to study the properties of hot nuclei in heavy ion induced reactions. The linear momentum transfers (LMTs) were deduced from the folding angle and the time-of-flight difference between two fission fragments of heavy residues. The relationship of the nuclear temperature (slope parameter of the energy spectrum) and the excitation energy was determined independently from the measurement of the kinetic energy spectra in the frames of the emitting sources and from the LMT analysis. Both the temperature and the excitation energy increase with decreasing impact parameter, which suggests that a plateau temperature of 5.5 MeV is reached at an excitation energy of 3.1 MeV/nucleon. The result was also compared with various statistical models that explain the plateau by the multifragmentation process, where the excitation energy is assumed to be stored in compression and expansion effects.  相似文献
