研究了对硫磷在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)修饰碳糊电极(CPE)上的电化学行为,发现PVP能显著提高对硫磷的氧化还原峰电流.据此建立了一种直接测定对硫磷的电分析方法.对硫磷氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.5×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L及1.0×10-6~1.0 × 10-5mol/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系,开路富集5 min后,检出限为7.5×10-9mol/L.在1.0×10-5mol/L的对硫磷试液中连续测定10次,其RSD为2.8%.用此方法测定了蔬菜中的对硫磷.  相似文献

在0.01mol.L-1硼砂溶液(pH 9.18)中,用纳米二氧化铈修饰碳糊电极作为工作电极,线性扫描伏安法测定苯酚。伏安图上出现一灵敏的氧化峰,其峰电位为+0.56V(vs.SCE),峰电流与苯酚的浓度在1.0×10-7~2.0×10-4 mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为5.0×10-8 mol.L-1。富集时间为30s,同时采用线性扫描伏安法研究苯酚在纳米二氧化铈修饰碳糊电极上的氧化还原反应,结果表明此电极反应为一不可逆的吸附过程。  相似文献

羧基化碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极伏安法测定食盐中碘酸根   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
应用羧基化多壁碳纳米管(c-MWCNT)修饰碳糊电极,测定食盐中的碘酸根含量.在0.1 mol/L的NaOH电解液中,当IO3-在羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极表面富集60 s,电位扫速为300 mV/s时,该修饰电极在线性扫描伏安图上能出现一灵敏的阴极溶出峰,峰电位为-0.52 V,峰电流与IO3-浓度在8.0×10-10~5.0×10-8mol/L和1.0×10-7~3.0×10-6mol/L的范围内成良好线关系,相关系数分别为0.999和0.998,检出限可达1.0×10-11mol/L;该修饰电极无汞,稳定性较好,用于加碘食盐中碘酸根含量的测定灵敏度高,平均回收率为101.1%.循环伏安(CV)测试表明,碘酸根在修饰电极上电化学反应是一不可逆过程,其电极反应标准均相速率常数为0.0109 cm.s-1.  相似文献

制备了一种血红素修饰碳糊电极,用循环伏安法研究了甲巯咪唑在该修饰碳糊电极上的电化学响应特征,并对各实验参数进行了优化.相对于裸碳糊电极,甲巯咪唑在血红素修饰碳糊电极上的氧化峰电位明显负移,氧化峰电流大大提高,说明血红素对甲巯咪唑的氧化具有一定的促进作用.微分脉冲伏安实验结果表明,甲巯咪唑的氧化峰电流与其浓度在4×10-7 ~2×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为2×10-7 mol/L.该修饰碳糊电极显示了较好的抗干扰能力,尿酸几乎不干扰测定.用于实际尿样中甲巯咪唑的加标回收测定,结果满意.  相似文献

米吐尔在离子液体修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为及其测定   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1  
用离子液体1-庚基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸([HMIM][PF6])作修饰剂制备了离子液体修饰碳糊电极(IL/CPE).在0.5 mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH=4.8)缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法(CV)和方波伏安法(SWV)研究了米吐尔在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了测定米吐尔的新方法.研究表明,米吐尔在IL/CPE上的氧化、还原峰电位差比其在裸碳糊电极(CPE)上的小,而峰电流却显著增加,说明IL/CPE对米吐尔有电催化作用;共存物对苯二酚干扰米吐尔的测定,通过方波伏安法可以消除其干扰.在方波伏安曲线上,米吐尔的还原峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-7 ~2.0×10-5 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为3.0×10-8 mol/L.该法可用于照相废液中米吐尔的测定.  相似文献

利用线性扫描溶出伏安法研究了对氨基苯酚(PAP)在乙酰二茂铁修饰碳糊电极电化学行为。结果表明:在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH3.2)中,该修饰电极对PAP具有较好的催化活性,其峰电流与PAP浓度在7.0×10-7~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L(S/N=3)。利用该法测定了模拟水样中PAP的含量。  相似文献

以液体石蜡和硅油为混合粘合剂,与石墨粉混合制备了碳糊电极基底电极,将石墨烯/十二烷基硫酸钠复合物修饰在基底碳糊电极上,得到了基于石墨烯复合物的新型修饰碳糊电极。应用扫描电镜和循环伏安法分别研究了该电极的表面特性和电化学性质,结果表明,石墨烯和十二烷基硫酸钠修饰的碳糊电极增大了比表面积,有利于电子传递。在pH 3.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,该修饰碳糊电极对氯霉素具有良好的电化学响应,氧化峰电位为0.194 V,氧化峰电流是基底碳糊电极的10倍。在最优实验条件下,该氧化峰电流与氯霉素的浓度在1.0×10~(-8)~5.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10~(-9)mol/L。该方法简便,重现性及选择性好,用于测定氯霉素滴眼液和虾中氯霉素残留,结果满意。  相似文献

采用循环伏安法(CV)制备了聚钙羧酸(PCCA)膜修饰的碳糊电极(CPE)。考察了电极对多巴胺(DA)、尿酸(UA)的电氧化催化性能。结果显示,聚钙羧酸膜修饰碳糊电极(PCCA/CPE)对DA有良好的电催化效果,DA呈现出一对准可逆的氧化还原峰,氧化峰电流与DA浓度在3.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1×10-7mol/L(S/N=3)。使用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV),DA和UA在PCCA/CPE上的氧化峰能完全分离(ΔEp=192 mV),且峰电流与浓度均呈现良好的线性关系,可实现对DA和UA的同时测定。实验还进行了实际样品测定。  相似文献

研究了抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)在裸碳糊电极(CPE)和溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)现场修饰碳糊电极(CPB/CPE)上的电化学行为.研究结果表明,在PBS水溶液中,AA和UA在CPB/CPE上氧化峰电流增加,峰电位负移,CPB/CPE对AA,UA电化学氧化反应产生了催化作用.微分脉冲法研究表明,在AA和UA共存体系中,AA和UA的氧化峰电位相差约220 mV,以此建立了AA和UA的电化学选择性测定方法.AA和UA的微分脉冲伏安氧化峰电流和其相应浓度分别在7.0×10-6~6.0×10-3 mol/L和5.0×10-7~6.0×10-4 mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系.在200倍AA共存时UA的检出限为5.0×10-6 mol/L,CPB修饰的碳糊电极直接应用于实际尿样中UA的测定.  相似文献

利用极谱分析仪,在0.40 mol/L的HAc-NaAc(pH 6.0)缓冲液中,发现靛红在碳糊电极(CPE)上有一灵敏的吸附伏安还原峰,峰电位为-0.44 V(vs.SCE)。该还原峰的二阶导数峰电流与靛红的浓度在4.0×10-8~1.0×10-7mol/L(富集90 s)范围内成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9954,检出限为8.0×10-9mol/L(S/N=3,富集110 s)。探讨了靛红在碳糊电极上的伏安性质和电极反应机理,并且成功应用于中草药青黛中靛红含量的测定。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献
