以酮和硝基甲烷为原料,经3步反应合成了2种氮取代的二氮杂双环结构化合物N-二氯乙酰基-9-氧代-1,5-二氮杂二环[4.3.0]壬烷,采用红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析对产物结构进行了表征。并利用土培法对化合物进行了初步的生物活性试验。结果表明,化合物能够减轻普施特对玉米的伤害。  相似文献

以氢化铝锂为还原剂,甲基叔丁基醚为溶剂,1,5-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]-5-壬烯(1)于55℃反应9 h制得1,5-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]壬烷(2),收率87.9%,纯度95.0%。2分别与溴代苯乙酮(3a),对甲氧基溴代苯乙酮(3b)和对溴基溴代苯乙酮(3c)进行消除反应合成了3个新型的苯乙酰基潜双环脒类化合物(4a~4c),其结构经1H NMR和LC-MS表征。采用正交实验对合成4a~4c的反应条件进行了优化。在最佳反应条件[以甲苯为溶剂,3a 25.2 mmol,n(3a)∶n(K2CO3)∶n(2)=1.0∶2.0∶1.4,于15℃反应24 h]下,1,5-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]-5-苯乙酰基壬烷(4a)收率89.0%,纯度87.9%。感光性能研究结果表明,1,5-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]-5-(4-甲氧基)苯乙酰基壬烷(4b)经紫外曝光400 mJ·cm-1,其引发性能最强,分解转化近45%;曝光2 000 mJ·cm-1,4b分解转化近90%。  相似文献

合成了新型除草剂安全剂N-二氯乙酰基-3,6-二甲基-3-乙基-9-氧代-1,5-二氮杂二环[4.3.0]壬烷.以丁酮为原料,与硝基甲烷作用,制得二硝基化合物,然后将其还原,还原产物与乙酰丙酸成环,再与二氯乙酰氯反应,即得到标题化合物.采用红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析对产物进行了结构表征,并利用土培法对其进行了初步的生物活性测定.结果表明:化合物能够减轻绿磺隆对玉米的伤害.  相似文献

基于具有潜在杀线虫活性的托烷衍生物结构,通过1,3-偶极环加成反应,设计合成了19个未见报道的8-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-3-异噁唑肟类衍生物,通过~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和高分辨质谱对目标化合物的结构进行表征.初步的生物活性测试表明:在浓度25 mg/L下,目标化合物对南方根结线虫表现出良好的抑制活性,活性最好的化合物8-甲基-8-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-3-酮-O-((3-(4-硝基苯基)-4,5-二氢异噁唑-5-基)甲基)肟(9e)在1 mg/L浓度下对根结线虫的抑制率达55.6%.  相似文献

本文报导了3,7-二亚氨基-2,6-二硫杂-4,8-二氮杂双环[3,3,0]辛烷(5)及其衍生物四硝基(4),四乙酰基(7),二乙酰基(8)和苦味酸盐(6)的制备。(7)易失去两个乙酰基而得到二乙酰基衍生物(8),(8)还可以再乙酰化而重新得到(7)。(7)用Raney镍脱硫而得到一个直链四乙酰含氮化合物(9)。通过上述反应和有关化合物的元素分析、红外光谱、~1H核磁共振、质谱等确证了上述化合物的化学结构。  相似文献

以邻氨基二苯甲酮为原料,经自身缩合环化合成了3种二苯并[1,5]二氮杂芳辛四烯衍生物(1a~1c);以邻苯二甲酸酐和溴苯为原料经傅-克反应制得中间体2-(4-溴苯甲酰溴)苯甲酸(M1);M1经叠氮化后自缩合制得6,12-二(4-溴苯基)二苯并[b,f][1,5]二氮杂环辛四烯(1d);以邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯为原料,经自身缩合环化制得中间体二苯并[b,f][1,5]二氮杂环辛四烯-6,12(5H,11H)-二酮(M2);M2经氯化合成6,12-二氯二苯并[b,f][1,5]二氮杂环辛四烯(1e),化合物1a~1e的结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和ESI-MS表征,其中化合物1c为新化合物。利用超临界色谱(SFC)技术对化合物1a~1e实现了手性拆分,获得5对具有高旋光度的光学活性异构体(ee99%)。  相似文献

在低价钛(TiCl~4-Zn)试剂作用下,4-硝基酮发生分子内还原成环反应,生成△'-吡咯啉.在同样条件下,4-硝基-1,7-二酮则可反应得到产率较高的8-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷.该化合物具有颠茄生物碱母核结构,从而本文提供了合成这类化合物的新方法.  相似文献

我们曾对1-亚甲基氨基烷基-2,8,9-三氧杂-5-氮杂-1-硅杂双环[3,3,3]十一烷的合成及其抗肿瘤活性作过研究,发现1-[3-(2-羟基苯亚甲基氨基)丙基]-2,8,9-三氧杂-5-氮杂-1-硅杂双环[3,3,3]十一烷和1-[3-(2,4-二羟基苯亚甲基氨基)丙基]-2,8,9-三氧杂-5-氮杂-1-硅杂双环[3,3,3]十一烷具有较好的抗肿瘤活性。已知亚甲胺类(Schiff碱)化合物与某些金属离子形成络合物后,能提高它们的抗肿瘤活性。为此,我们进一步研究了这两种亚甲胺衍生物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性。  相似文献

1-Carbethoxy-2,4,6,8-tetraaryl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1] nonan-9-ones (1, 2) were synthesized and their 1H and 13C NMR data are reported. Chemical shifts and spectral assignments for 2,4,6,8-tetrakis(4-chlorophenyl)-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one (3), 2,4,6,8-tetraphenyl-3-thia-7-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one (4) and 2,4,6,8-tetraaryl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes (5-7) are also included.  相似文献

The reduction of 8-methyl-5-methylsulfanylmethyl-3-thiabicyclo[3.3.1]non-7-en-6-one with aluminum hydride, lithium tetrahydridoaluminate, or lithium tris(tert-butoxy)hydridoaluminate in tetrahydrofuran gave 8-methyl-5-methylsulfanylmethyl-3-thiabicyclo[3.3.1]non-7-en-6-ol. 8-Methyl-5-methylsulfanylmethyl-3-thiabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-6-ol was obtained by reduction of the title compound with sodium tetrahydridoborate in pyridine or dimethylformamide. The reaction of 8-methyl-5-methylsulfanylmethyl-3-thiabicyclo[3.3.1]non-7-en-6-one with hydroxylamine hydrochloride afforded the corresponding oxime.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The facile stereoselective syntheses of endo-8-hydroxybicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-2-one and endo-7-hydroxybicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2-one, featuring an alpha-amino acid catalyzed intramolecular aldolization of sigma-symmetric substrates, are described. A high enantioselectivity and a high catalytic efficiency have been exhibited by (4R,2S)-tetrabutylammonium 4-TBDPSoxy-prolinate in the aldolization of 3-(4-oxocyclohexyl)propionaldehyde to give highly enantiomerically enriched (1S,5R,8R)-8-hydroxybicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-2-one.  相似文献

The synthesis of bicyclic phosphorus–nitrogen (PN) compounds containing the rigid bicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one framework was attempted using the Mannich condensation reaction of four different phosphorinanone classes with amines and aldehydes. Three different isomers of 4-tert-butyl-2,6-di(methoxycarbonyl)-3,5-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-4-phosphacyclohexanone were obtained from the Michael addition reaction of tert-butylphosphine with 2,4-di(methoxycarbonyl)-1,5-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)penta-1,4-dien-3-one. The reaction of the all-equatorial isomer with methylamine and formaldehyde produced the bicyclic PN compound 7-tert-butyl-1,5-di(methoxycarbonyl)-6,8-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-3-methyl-3-aza-7-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one. The identical Mannich reaction of the enol tautomer also yielded the same product, as well as the PN compound 4-tert-butyl-6-methoxycarbonyl-5-(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-2-methyl-2-aza-4-phosphacyclohexanone and the E/Z isomers of 3-(p-dimethylaminophenyl)methyl-2-propenoate. The newly synthesised 3-aza-7-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one PN compound adopts a chair–chair conformation both in solution and the solid state.  相似文献

Two new lactones comprising the gem-dimethylcyclohexane ring: 2-chloro-5,5-dimethyl-9-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonan-8-one and 2-bromo-5,5-dimethyl-9-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonan-8-one as well as the already known 2-iodo-5,5-dimethyl-9-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonan-8-one, were obtained from (6,6-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl)acetic acid. These lactones were used as substrates for the screening of biotransformation by whole cells of nine fungal strains (Fusarium species, Syncephalastrum racemosum and Cunninghamella japonica). Some of these microorganisms (mainly Fusarium species) transformed all three lactones during the hydrolytic dehalogenation into 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-9-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonan-8-one. It is worth noting that two microorganisms (Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium scirpi) converted iodolactone with very high enantioselectivity (75.1% and 91.6%, respectively). The (+) isomer of hydroxy lactone was preferred. At the last step the hydroxy lactone obtained during biotransformation was examined for its biological activity against bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It was found that this compound inhibits growth of some tested microorganisms.  相似文献

New taxanes 15 and 18, containing the unsaturated and saturated baccatin[14,1-d]furan-2-one nucleus, respectively, were prepared starting from the readily available 13-oxo-7-Tes-baccatin III (3). Sequential formation of the enolate of 3 and reaction with ethyl glyoxylate gave the 13-oxo-7-Tes-baccatin[14,1-d]-3,4-dehydrofuran-2-one 4. The reduction of 4 can result in the formation of a mixture of compounds corresponding to 13-hydroxy alcohol 5 and 13-enol derivative 6. Both 5 and 6 were transformed into 13-oxo-7-Tes-baccatin[14,1-d]furan-2-one 8 by treatment with a base. Further reduction of 8 gave 13-hydroxy compound 9. Esterification of 6 and 9 with N,O-protected norstatine 12, followed by deprotection, gave the new promising anticancer taxanes 15 and 18, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-acetyl-2-methoxytropone ( 2a ) with hydroxylamine under the acidic condition gave 4, 5 , and 4-methyl-1H-2,3-benzoxazin-1-one ( 7 ), and under the neutral condition gave 4, 7 , 3-methyl-8H-cyclohept[c]isoxazol-8-one ( 8 ), and its oxime ( 9 ). The reaction of 7-acetyl-2-methoxytropone ( 2b ) with hydroxylamine under the acidic condition gave 4 and 5 , and under the neutral condition gave 5, 7 , and 9 .  相似文献

1-Aza-3-oxa-7-thiabicyclo[3.4.0]nonan-2-one was obtained by reduction of 3,4-dimethoxycarbonyltetrahydro-1,4-thiazine. The reduction of this product with lithium aluminum hydride led to 3-hydroxymethyl-4-methyltetrahydro-1,4-thiazine. 3-Acetyltropolone ( 1 ) reacted with phenylhydrazine to give 3-acetyltropolone phenylhydrazone ( 3 ) and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one ( 4 ). The former ( 3 ) cyclized to afford the latter ( 4 ). The reaction of 3-acetyl-2-methoxytropone ( 2a ) with phenylhydrazine gave 4 , 3-methyl-2-phenyl-2,8-dihydrocyclo-heptapyrazol-8-one ( 5 ), and 3-methyl-2-phenyl-2,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one phenylhydrazone ( 6 ). The compound ( 5 ) reacted with phenylhydrazine to afford 6 . The reaction of 7-acetyl-2-methoxytropone ( 2b ) with phenylhydrazone gave 7-acetyl-2-methoxytropone phenylhydrazone ( 7 ), 7-acetyl-2-(N′-phenylhydrazino)-tropone phenylhydrazone ( 8 ), 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one phenylhydrazone ( 9 ), and 6 . The compound ( 7 ) was heated to afford 4 and reacted with phenylhydrazine to afford 8 and 9 . The compound ( 8 ) was also refluxed to give 9 .  相似文献
