当x<0.5时,Nd2(Fe1-xMnx)14B可形成四方晶体结构,空间群为P42/mnm。在低温下,该赝三元化合物的大块铸态样品具有高矫顽力。此矫顽力不依赖于热处理等工艺过程,因此具有内禀性质。内禀矫顽力 iHc与样品的成分有关。Nd2(Fe1-xMnx)14B的起始磁化曲线具有传播场Hp,并且Hp的数值与 iHc接近。这表明内禀矫顽力是由畴壁钉扎造成的。研究了 iHc与温度的变化关系,并估算了钉扎位垒的强度。测量了Nd2(Fe1-xMnx)14B的居里温度和饱和磁化强度。在此赝三元化合物中,交换作用随Mn对Fe的替换而急剧降低。这使得畴壁厚度变窄。Nd2(Fe1-xMnx)14B的磁化和反磁化行为可用窄畴壁的特征来解释。 关键词:  相似文献

用正电子湮没技术、1000kV超高压电子显微镜结合磁测量研究了SmCo5永磁合金在回火中相析出和矫顽力机制。得出:从SmCo5析出的Sm2Co17相本身不是反磁化形核中心,析出的Sm2Co17相中存在的某些多缺陷区域可以具有很低的磁各向异性,从而成为反磁化形核中心,使内禀矫顽力下降。实验中发现:SmCo5从25℃到900℃回火,750℃出现最大磁不可逆损失。各种近邻Sm3+分布的中心Sm3+的磁各向异性随温度变化,越接近Sm2Co17结构,Sm3+为负磁各向异性的可能性越大。 关键词:  相似文献

在等离子体增强化学气相沉积系统中利用大氢稀释逐层淀积技术制备nc-Si量子点阵列,用硅烷和氨气混合气体淀积氮化硅层,制备了a-SiNx/nc-Si/a-SiNx不对称双势垒结构,其中隧穿和控制a-SiNx层的厚度分别为3和20 nm.利用电导-电压和电容-电压测量研究结构中的载流子隧穿和存储特性.在同一样品中观测到由于电荷隧穿引起的电导峰和由于电荷存储引起的电容回滞现象.研究结果表明,合理地选择隧穿层和控制栅层的厚度,就能够实现载流子发生共振隧穿进入到nc-Si量子点中,并被保存在nc-Si量子点中. 关键词: nc-Si量子点 电导峰 存储效应  相似文献

本文研究了Al在R2(Fe1-xAlx)14B多元合金中的固溶度(R=Nd和Y),当x<0.1时,可形成四方结构。研究了在此类合金中,饱和磁化强度、居里温度、磁晶各向异性等内禀磁性,以及矫顽力和磁能积等永磁性能随Al含量的变化。发现以Al代换Fe时,使铁次点阵的磁晶各向异性出现极值;同时以Al代换Fe时,可使磁体的矫顽力显著提高。以Co和Al同时对Fe进行代换,制造成分约为Nd16.5B 关键词:  相似文献

用电弧熔炼法制备了Nd3.6Pr5.4Fe83Co3B5合金铸锭,然后利用熔旋快淬法在铜辊转速V=20m/s下制备了Nd3.6Pr5.4Fe83Co3B5薄带.快淬带主要由软磁相α-Fe和Nd2Fe14B型的硬磁相组成.采用直流退磁剩磁曲线方法分析了样品在反磁化过程中的可逆与不可逆磁化部分,并研究了软磁相和硬磁相的反磁化行为,得到样品的不可逆磁化形核场Hno约为440kA/m.同时研究了样品的磁黏滞性,结果表明由于软磁相的存在使得热激活体积较大. 关键词:  相似文献

本文研究了压力对CrO2样品低温磁输运性质的影响.样品的X射线衍射结果表明(110)峰的相对强度随压力的增加而增大,说明压力对CrO2针状纳米颗粒有取向的作用.低温时CrO2样品的电阻和磁阻均随压力的增加而减少.实验结果表明,低温下样品的电导呈现出典型的晶粒间隧穿特征,其Δ值随着压力和磁场的增加而减小,并且Δ随磁场的变化幅度与成型压力有关,成型压力越高,Δ随磁场的变化越小.这些变化可以归因为压力对晶粒间隧穿势垒的调制. 关键词: 磁阻 压力 隧穿 势垒厚度  相似文献

研究了PrxFe82-x-yTiyCo10B4C4 (x=9—10.5;y=0, 2)纳米晶薄带的结构与磁性. 结果表明,所有薄带皆主要由2∶14∶1, 2∶17和α-(Fe, Co)三相组成. 对于y=0的合金,其内禀矫顽力随Pr含量x的增加而增加,剩磁随Pr含量x的增加而减小. 以Ti置换部分Fe (y=2),合金的磁性能得到显著提高,表现为:添加Ti后,合金的剩磁Br基本不降低,x=10.5时合金的Br值甚至有较明显的提高;同时添加Ti后,合金的内禀矫顽力及退磁曲线的方形度都明显改善. 当x=10.5,y=2时,合金薄带的磁性能达到最佳值为: Br=9.6 kGs(1 Gs=10-4 T),iHc =10.2 kOe(1 Oe=79.5775 A/m)和(BH)max=17.4 MGOe. 随着Pr含量的提高,合金中的硬磁相2 ∶14 ∶1的含量相对增加,内禀矫顽力提高;而Ti置换Fe抑制了软磁相α-(Fe, Co)在快淬和热处理过程中的优先长大,使合金中软磁相和硬磁相的晶粒尺寸及比例趋向最佳组合,交换耦合作用明显增强. 关键词: 纳米晶永磁材料 2Fe14(C')" href="#">Pr2Fe14(C B) Ti添加 交换耦合  相似文献

研究了赝二元立方化合物Dy(Fe_1-xGa_x)_2(x≤0.3)的磁性.观测到Ga对Fe的无序置换,导致磁性的重大改变.T>4K的磁性属于正常型,用畴壁内禀钉扎受到热激活的概念,解释了实验结果;由此导出的矫顽力随温度变化的公式(8)与实验符合得相当好.T<4K的磁性属于异常型,表现为退磁曲线有台阶和大跳跃、矫顽力随温度变化出现峰值、磁粘滞性系数与温度无关等.用畴壁隧道效应量子形核的概念,说明了实验结果,而且从理论上估算出由经典热激活到量子隧道效应的交界温度,得到的数值2.21—3.03K与实验值~3K 关键词:  相似文献

用量子理论计算了Dy3Al5O12的晶场能谱、Zeeman劈裂能级和波函数. 在外磁场He为0<He<9 T, 温度为3<T<42 K 范围内, 计算了该晶体的磁矩、磁熵变, 计算结果与相关实验数据吻合较好. 该计算结果表明, Dy3Al5O12内磁性离子间的交换作用非常微弱, 可以忽略. 从理论上给出了绝热退磁过程中温度变化ΔTT的关系, 并与Gd3Ga5O12晶体进行了比较, 发现不同外磁场下, Dy3Al5O12和Gd3Ga5O12的低温制冷性能在不同温区有差别. 在进行低温(T<10 K)制冷时, 若外磁场较低, 选择Dy3Al5O12作为磁制冷材料较好; 若外磁场较高, 选择Gd3Ga5O12作为磁制冷材料较好.  相似文献

研究了赝二元化合物Dy(Fe0.9M0.1)2(M=B,Al,Ga)的磁性。M对Fe的置换,使居里温度下降,Fe原子的磁矩改变。矫顽力随温度的降低,增加很快,增加的幅度与M有关。磁化强度的温度关系,在磁场小于临界值时,出现反常和热磁效应。用Fe原子局域环境的变迁和低温下内禀磁硬度的急剧增加,解释了上述现象。 关键词:  相似文献

We present the experimental results of the magnetic viscosity, demagnetization curve and recoil loop for isotropic nanocrystalline Pr12Fe82B6 ribbons prepared by melt-spinning. The thermal fluctuation field, activation volume and irreversible demagnetization are discussed. The coercivity mechanism is mainly determined by the inhomogeneous nucleation rather than a simple nucleation of reverse domain.  相似文献

We have investigated the temperature dependence of the magnetic properties and the magnetic relaxation of the Fe55Co45 nanowire arrays electrodeposited into self-assembled porous alumina templates with the diameter about 10 nm. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern indicates that the nanowire arrays are BCC structure with [1 1 0] orientation along the nanowire axes. Owing to the strong shape anisotropy, the nanowire arrays exhibit uniaxial magnetic anisotropy with the easy magnetization direction along the nanowire axes. The coercivity at 5 K can be explained by the sphere chains of the symmetric fanning mechanism. The temperature dependence of coercivity can be interpreted by thermally activated reversal mechanism as being the localized nucleation reversal mechanism with the activation volume much smaller than the wire volume. Strong field and temperature-dependent magnetic viscosity effects were also observed.  相似文献

Magnetic hysteresis behavior of the oxide spinel MnCo2O4 has been studied at different temperatures below its Tc≈184 K. Normal hysteresis behavior is observed down to 130 K whereas below this temperature the initial magnetization curve, at higher magnetic fields, lies outside the main loop. No related anomaly is observed in the temperature variation of magnetization or coercivity. However, the anisotropy field overcomes the coercivity below 130 K. The unusual magnetic hysteresis behavior of MnCo2O4, at low temperatures, may be associated with irreversible domain wall movements due to the rearrangement of the valence electrons.  相似文献

Torque measurements have been performed at several temperatures and magnetic fields, on a single crystal of HoAl2 in the (1 1 0) plane. The easy magnetization direction changes from the [1 0 0] to [1 1 0] near TR = 20 K in magnetic fields between 0.2 and 1.6 T. At temperatures below TR a new non-major cubic symmetry easy direction appears which rotates with temperature in the plane of the sample. This behaviour and that of the complete torque curves have been interpreted on the basis of a single ion model.  相似文献

Neutron diffraction experiments have been performed on single crystal samples of U3P4 and U3As4. The magnetic ordering is found to be a non-collinear three axial structure in which magnetic moments of U4+ ions are tilted from the [111] axis by an angle of about twenty degrees within (110) planes.  相似文献

采用提拉法制备了Gd3Ga5-xAlxO12(以下简称GGAG)单晶,经X射线粉末照相证实为石榴石型单相结构。在T=1.5—77K温区里,场强从45—60000Oe范围内,沿[111]晶轴方向测量了磁化强度和磁化率,并与本文所用钇镓石榴石Gd3Ga5O12(以下简称GGG)和文献[1,2]报道的GGG单晶数据作了比较。实验结果表明:(1)在场强H<500Oe时,磁化率X与温度T的关系遵守居里-外斯定律,其有序温度TN远低于1.5K;(2)H>10000Oe时,该材料的磁化强度(或磁化率)比GGG高3—4%;(3)在H~30000Oe时,特定温度Tmin对应的临界场Hc比GGG约高4000Oe。实验研究表明,采用离子代换法寻找新的性能良好的磁致冷剂的途径是可行的。 关键词:  相似文献

用熔体快淬法制备了纳米复合永磁样品Pr9Fe74Co12B5 与Pr9Fe74Co12B5Sn0.5,分析了样品的起始磁化、反磁化过程,测得样品的总磁化率、可逆磁化率以及样品的磁黏滞性.结果表明,两样品在室温下均表现为单一硬磁相磁化行为,在低温下表现为双相行为,且由于添加Sn后使晶粒均匀化从而导致样品低温下的双相行为更加明显.添加Sn后引起样品中软磁相含量和软磁相晶粒尺寸的增加,使磁化反转中可逆磁化部分增多,且使反磁化形核场降低.磁黏滞性研究表明,热激活体积与软磁相晶粒的大小有关. 关键词: 纳米复合永磁 磁化反转 磁粘滞  相似文献

The phenomenon of giant intrinsic magnetic hardness is investigated in compounds R1−x Sm x Co2Ni3 with R=Y, Pr, Gd, Tb, Er. Partial Er substitution for Sm actually increases magnetic hardness while all other substitutions decrease magnetic hardness. The strength of coercivity is thus dependent on both the sign and magnitude of the crystal field interaction. The temperature dependence of coercivity is complex in the case of Pr substitution as a result of competing effects from thermal activation and a decrease in anisotropy at low temperatures. Antiferromagnetic Co3O4 nanoparticles with diameter around 30 nm have been synthesized by a solution-based method. The phase identification by the wide-angle X-ray powder diffraction indicates that the Co3O4 nanoparticle has a cubic spinel structure with a lattice constant of 0.80843(2) nm. The image of field emission scanning electron microscope shows that the nanoparticles are assembled together to form nanorods. The magnetic properties of Co3O4 fine particles have been measured by a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer. A deviation of the Néel temperature from the bulk is observed, which can be well described by the theory of finite-size scaling. An enhanced coercivity as well as a loop shift are observed in the field-cooled hysteresis loop. The exchange bias field decreases with increasing temperature and diminishes at the Néel temperature. The training effect and the opening of the loop reveal the existence of the spin-glass-like surface spins.  相似文献
