报道了1-(2-苯并噻唑)-3-(3,5-二溴吡啶)三氮烯(BTDPT)的合成及其与Cu(Ⅱ)的荧光反应研究。在pH 9.16的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂与Cu(Ⅱ)形成2:1的稳定络合物,体系的激发和发射波长分别为359和401 nm。Cu质量浓度在0.5~80.0μg/L范围内与△F呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为:ΔF=-0.178+0.209ρ(μg/L),相关系数r=0.9956,检出限为0.2μg/L,用于测定环境水中痕量Cu,结果与原子吸收光谱法相符。样品6次测定值相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为98.5%~103.0%。 相似文献

An efficient biocatalytic process has been developed to obtain optically pure (1S,4R)-N-(benzylcarbamoyl)- 4-aminocyclopent-2-en-1-ol which can be used as the key intermediate of ticagrelor. In this research, several N-(benzylcarbamoyl)-4-aminocyclopent-2-en-1-ol derivatives have been investigated in which Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) was used to catalyze the asymmetric hydrolysis reaction. As expected, some of these substrates successfully gave (1S,4R)-N-(benzylcarbamoyl)-4-aminocyclopent- 2-en-1-ol in >98% enantiomeric excess (ee) with conversion yields up to 45%. 相似文献

Solvolysis reaction of methyl (4S,5S)-4-(4'-methoxyphenyl)-5-tosyloxy-2(E)-hexenoate 5 in water-saturated MeNO(2) gave the 1,2-migration product, (4S,5S)-5-hydroxy-4-(4'-methoxyphenyl)-2-(E)-hexenoate 6 (55% yield), which was converted to methyl (R)-(4'-methylphenyl)hexanoate 11 in 25% overall yield (5 steps). Treatment of (R)-11 with MeLi gave tertiary alcohol congener 12, which was subjected to dehydration to afford (R)-(-)-curcumene 1. An introduction of hydroxyl group at meta-position of the aromatic ring in (R)-11 was achieved based on consecutive treatment [1) selective iodination, 2) conversion of aryl iodide to aryl boronate, 3) conversion of aryl boronate to phenol]. Thus obtained phenol (R)-16 was treated with MeLi to give tertiary alcohol congener 17, which was subjected to dehydration to afford (R)-(-)-xanthorrizol 2. 相似文献

A reaction of methyl (4R,5R)-4,5-epoxy-2(E)-hexenoate 1 with N-benzylmethylamine gave a diastereomerically pure methyl (4R,5R)-4,5-epoxy-(3S)-N-benzylmethylamino hexanoate 6 and methyl (4S,5R)-4-N-benzyl-methylamino-5-hydroxy-2(E)-hexenoate 7. The former was chemoenzymatically converted to (-)-osmundalactone 11, which is an aglycone of osmundalin. On the other hand, the directly conjugated addition of dimethylamine to methyl (4S,5S)-4,5-epoxy-2(E)-hexenoate 1 followed by treatment with MeOH at 40 degrees C exclusively provided methyl (4R,5S)-4-dimethylamino-5-hydroxy-2(E)-hexenoate 16, which was converted into L-(-)-forosamine 18. 相似文献
