转子与定子碰摩的动力学行为及其与系统参数关系对旋转机械设计和安全运行至关重要. 转子/定子碰摩系统是一类多参数控制的高维非光滑强非线性系统, 其动力学行为非常复杂. 本文主要从动力学与控制的角度对过去半个世纪有关转子与定子碰摩的研究成果进行归纳和总结, 其目的在于帮助读者尽可能全面系统地了解该问题的研究现状, 提炼尚待解决的问题, 以求推动转子与定子碰摩研究的进一步深入, 并为解决实际问题提供帮助. 本文将首先从碰摩局部模型和碰摩系统模型两个方面对已有的转子/定子碰摩系统的建模进行了简单的划分和归类. 其次, 以典型碰摩非线性响应为主线, 分别介绍了有关同频碰摩响应、谐波周期碰摩响应、准周期局部碰摩响应、干摩擦自激反向全周涡动响应、碰摩的全局响应行为以及碰摩响应的分岔与混沌方面的研究成果. 接下来讨论了在主被动抑制碰摩振动方面取得的结果. 最后, 给出结论并提出有待进一步研究的问题.  相似文献

提出了热冲击和碰摩故障共同作用下的旋转悬臂板系统动力特性解析解法. 基于变分原理,推导出考虑碰摩力沿宽度方向差异性的薄板系统运动微分方程,将该方程的解分解为热冲击悬臂板准静态解和碰摩薄板热冲击动力解. 通过计算旋转悬臂板的模态特性和温度分布函数,获得了碰摩叶片旋转悬臂板模型的热冲击振动解析解,讨论分析得出热冲击和碰摩故障对薄板振动的影响规律. 研究表明:碰摩振动表现为复杂的多频率耦合振动,高频振动较为显著;热冲击振动表现为简单的低频振动形式,强烈的热冲击导致碰摩薄板趋于低频振动. 碰摩引起的振动形式较热冲击故障更加复杂,更容易引起叶片的破坏. 增大的摩擦系数加剧了碰摩引起的振动,利用减小表面粗糙程度等方法降低摩擦系数,可以达到减小碰摩破坏程度的目的.   相似文献

以支承在油膜轴承上的Jeffcott转子为对象,分析了油膜力对碰摩转子动力学行为的影响。通过与刚支情形对比,发现油膜力是耦合作用于碰摩转子系统,有时能够抑制振动,有时却加剧振动。因此实际转子碰摩故障诊断过程中,必须在充分考虑支承情况的基础上建立合理的非线性动力学模型,才能为实际转子系统的碰摩故障分析提供必要的理论依据。  相似文献

本文基于线性碰摩力模型,分析了转定子存在偏心时柔性JEFFCOTT转子的碰摩响应。通过数值仿真,揭示了转子碰摩响应与系统参数之间的定性关系,指出较小的定子刚度、较大的系统阻尼有利于抑制转子的混沌振动。  相似文献

以具有支承松动的Jeffcott转子为研究对象,并考虑到转子系统转子和定子间的碰摩现象,分析了支承松动和碰摩对转子系统刚度的影响,建立了转子系统振动的微分方程,并用数值方法分析了其非线性动力学特性。数值分析表明,转子在碰摩和支承松动这两种非线性因素的作用下,表现出复杂的非线性行为。  相似文献

研究了柔性联接的双跨度挠性转子发生碰摩时系统的响应征兆;将振动信号的快速付立叶变换(FFT)幅值谱阵列和轴心轨迹设置为特征参量,对不同截面和2个相互垂直方位的碰摩特征进行了对比.结果表明:碰摩故障在转子间具有传播能力,靠近碰摩部位的响应强度最大;碰摩的典型特征表现为FFT谱中1X分量幅值增大,并出现2X、3X、4X谐波分量;轴心轨迹形状显示出碰摩作用点的截面方位信息;最典型征兆表现为碰摩响应的1X分量所对应的频率坐标降低,其降低幅度与碰摩的程度相关.  相似文献

对考虑定子质量和碰撞面刚度的四自由度转子/定子模型的全局响应特性进行了研究。首先,通过解析方法确定了无碰摩响应的边界,然后,求解了同频全周碰摩解并进行了稳定性分析得到了同频全周碰摩响应的区域。在此基础上,利用非线性动力学分析的数值方法,确定了准周期局部碰摩与反向涡动失稳的边界,由此得出了参数平面内的不同碰摩响应的稳定区域图。进而研究了定子与转子质量比和碰撞面刚度对碰摩全局响应特性的影响,得到了不同碰摩响应共存及随系统参数变化的典型全局响应分岔图。  相似文献

Lubrication oil in a rotor system guarantees the rotating components working smoothly and protects the system from being damaged due to friction. A volume of lubrication oil, however, sometimes leaks into the inner cavity of shaft and drums of rotor system and forms an oil-block during rotating operation. The oil-block usually induces abnormal vibration of the rotating machine, which is often observed in practical cases, such as in aero-engine. The work in this paper studies the nonsynchronous vibration (NSV) induced by an oil-block in a rotating drum of a Jeffcott rotor system, which consists of a shaft, a drum and two supporting isotropic bearings. The additional effect due to an oil-block rotating on the inner wall of the drum is included into rotor system differential equations considering the Coriolis acceleration and friction interaction between the oil-block and the drum. Numerical simulations are carried out under two rotating speeds conditions: a lower one and a higher one than the first critical rotor speed, which are defined as rigid rotor case and flexible rotor case. Numerical results states the transverse vibrations by bifurcation diagrams, shaft center trajectories, frequency spectra and Poincare diagrams, which reveal multi-periodic, quasi-periodic and other complex motions due to the existing of oil-block. The internal friction coefficient and mass of the oil-block are found to have a significant effect on the generation and development of NSV. As the oil-block case is very common in practice, the investigation of NSV caused by oil-block in rotor system would benefit the understanding of complex phenomena and contribute to fault detection and diagnosis of rotating machine.  相似文献

面向航空发动机整机振动, 建立了航空发动机转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型. 该模型具有如下特点: (1)考虑转子、滚动轴承及机匣之间的耦合作用; (2)考虑了实际航空发动机的弹性支承及挤压油膜阻尼效应; (3)将转子考虑为等截面自由欧拉梁模型, 运用模态截断法进行分析; (4)考虑了滚动轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触力以及变柔性VC(Varyingcompliance)振动; (5)考虑了转子与机匣之间的碰摩故障. 运用数值积分方法研究了航空发动机的整机振动规律, 包括: 滚动轴承VC振动分析、弹性支承刚度对耦合系统临界转速的影响、转轴模态截断阶数NM对系统响应的影响分析、挤压油膜阻尼器参数对系统响应的影响分析、突加不平衡的瞬态响应分析以及转静碰摩故障特性分析等.   相似文献

An efficient and automatic attenuation technique for the whirling motion of rotating machinery can be achieved by supporting the journal boxes elastically and providing them with suitable rubbing surfaces subject to dry friction normal to the shaft axis. The critical flexural speeds are easily cut off and the whirl amplitude is minimized throughout the frequency range. Confining the usual operative angular speed of the rotor in the range of adhesive contact between the dry friction surfaces, there is no significant increase of power dissipation or heat production as a whole due to this type of suspension system, whose task is just to suppress the resonant peaks when passing the critical speeds. Moreover, the wear of the rubbing surfaces can be easily compensated by use of suitable spring loading systems for the friction contact. The dry friction damping is also compared with an equivalent viscous damping, where the equivalence has to be understood in terms of work dissipated per single revolution of the rotor. As for other conventional cases, the shaft hysteresis is found to exert a destabilizing effect above the first critical speed, which however can be compensated by the other dissipation sources. The system stability is here studied perturbing the periodic motion and applying the Floquet theory.  相似文献

中心刚体-旋转悬臂板耦合系统碰摩动力特性解析法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对大型旋转机械叶片与机壳间发生的碰摩故障,建立了中心刚体-旋转悬臂板耦合系统碰摩动力学模型,考虑了离心刚化效应,利用Hamilton原理推导出运动微分方程。基于实验和有限元分析碰摩力的结果,给出了碰摩力的近似数学表达式,得到了系统振动响应解析解,通过与文献中实验结果的对比,验证了模型及方法的准确性,讨论了叶片梁模型和薄板模型在不同点碰摩及线碰摩情况下各自的适用范围,分析了转速对碰摩动力响应的影响。结果表明:论文解析解具有较高精度;薄板模型能够更全面地反映叶片各种不同碰摩情况下的动力特性,比梁模型更准确、可靠;随着转速的增大,碰摩力导致薄板自由端幅值突变,这是引发工程中叶片掉角,甚至折断的重要原因。  相似文献

The object of this research aims at the hydraulic generator unit rotor system. According to fault problems of the generator rotor local rubbing caused by the parallel misalignment and mass eccentricity, a dynamic model for the rotor system coupled with misalignment and rub-impact is established. The dynamic behaviors of this system are investigated using numerical integral method, as the parallel misalignment, mass eccentricity and bearing stiffness vary. The nonlinear dynamic responses of the generator rotor and turbine rotor with coupling faults are analyzed by means of bifurcation diagrams, Poincaré maps, axis orbits, time histories and amplitude spectrum diagrams. Various nonlinear phenomena in the system, such as periodic, three-periodic and quasi-periodic motions, are studied with the change of the parallel misalignment. The results reveal that vibration characteristics of the rotor system with coupling faults are extremely complex and there are some low frequencies with large amplitude in the 0.3–0.4× components. As the increase in mass eccentricity, the interval of nonperiodic motions will be continuously moved forward. It suggests that the reduction in mass eccentricity or increase in bearing stiffness could preclude nonlinear vibration. These might provide some important theory references for safety operating and exact identification of the faults in rotating machinery.  相似文献

A rotor-stator rubbing Jeffcott model of a rotor system with mass unbalance including the mass eccentricity and the initial permanent deflection was set up and the corresponding governing motion equation was derived by d’Alembert principle. Through the analytical method, the rubbing condition was analyzed. Whether the rub would happen and when the rub would happen were well solved. The amplitude of the rotor center was calculated, and the rubbing factor was introduced to determine whether the rub would happen or not for all rotating speeds. Rubbing speeds when rub began to happen were obtained. Parameters such as the mass eccentricity, the initial permanent deflection, damping coefficients, and the phase angle between the mass eccentricity and the permanent deflection were used to analyze their effect on the rubbing condition. Results were obtained and could be used to prevent the rubbing fault or decrease the damage of the rub and diagnose or balance the initial permanent deflection fault.  相似文献

Aiming at the oil film instability of the sliding bearing at high speeds, a rotor test rig is built to study the non-linear dynamic behaviours caused by the first- and second-mode instability. A lumped mass model (LMM) of the rotor system considering the gyroscopic effect is established, in which the graphite self-lubricating bearing and the sliding bearing are simulated by a spring–damping model and a nonlinear oil film force model based on the assumption of short bearings, respectively. Moreover, a finite element model is also established to verify the validity of the LMM. The researches focus on the effects of two loading conditions (the first- and second-mode imbalance excitation) on the onset of instability and nonlinear responses of the rotor-bearing system by using the amplitude–frequency response, spectrum cascade, vibration waveform, orbit, and Poincaré map. Finally, experiments are carried out on the test rig. Simulation and experiment all show that oil film instability can excite complicated combination frequency components about the rotating frequency and the first-/second-mode whirl/whip frequency.  相似文献

超声波电机是通过逆压电效应产生高频振动并通过摩擦实现驱动的电机,其定转子摩擦接触面的高频、微幅的行波振动有其特殊性,跟以往的摩擦接触显著不同,并对电机的换能效率、电机寿命和摩擦材料的选择等都有影响.本文建立了超声波电机定转子接触面摩擦系数测量装置,通过试验比较了摩擦接触面在常规、定子驻波振动以及行波振动下的动态摩擦系数,分析了定子相对转速(速度)、预紧力以及温度对定转子接触面摩擦系数的影响.根据摩擦二项式和电机定转子表面弹塑性接触状态对摩擦系数与预紧力等的对应关系进行了说明,分析了驻波振动和行波振动的超声减摩效果以及温度对摩擦系数的影响,确定了适合行波型超声波电机的摩擦系数计算模型.超声波电机的驱动摩擦特性是1项基础性工作,有助于行波形超声波电机设计、建模和驱动控制等.  相似文献

Electromagnetic and mechanical forces are main reasons resulting in vibrations in hydraulic generating set. The non-symmetric air-gap between the rotor and stator creates an attraction force called unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP). The UMP can produce large oscillations which will be dangerous to the machines. In this paper, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a rotor-bearing system with rub-impact for hydraulic generating set under the UMP are studied. The rubbing model is established based on the classic impact theory. Through the numerical calculation, the excitation current, mass eccentricity, stiffness of shaft and radial stiffness of stator are used as control parameters to investigate their effect on the system, by means of bifurcation diagrams, Poincaré maps, trajectories and frequency spectrums. Various nonlinear phenomena including periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic motions are observed. The results reveal that the UMP has significant influence in the response of the rotor system that the continuous increase in the excitation current induces the alternation of quasi-periodic and chaotic motions, the co-occurrence of oil whip and rub in a wide excitation range aggravates the vibration and leads to the instability of the system. In addition, the large eccentricity and radial stiffness of stator, as well as the small stiffness of shaft may lead to the occurrence of full annular rubbing while increasing the stiffness of the shaft can play an important role of suppressing the chaotic motion, reducing the vibration and improving stability of the system.  相似文献
