The Kapchinsky Vladimirsky (K-V) beam through a hackle periodic-focusing magnetic field is studied using the particle-core model. The beam halo-chaos is found, and an idea of fraction power-law function controller is proposed based on the mechanism of halo formation and the strategy of controlling halo-chaos. The method is applied to the multi-particle simulation to control the halo. The numerical results show that the halo-chaos and its regeneration can be eliminated effectively by using the fraction power-law function control method. At the same time, the radial particle density is uniform at the beam's center as long as the control method and appropriate parameter are chosen.  相似文献

This work is concerned with lag projective synchronization of chaotic systems with increasing order. The systems under consideration have unknown parameters and different structures. Combining the adaptive control method and feedback control technique, we design a suitable controller and parameter update law to achieve lag synchronization of chaotic systems with increasing order. The result is rigorously proved by the Lyapunov stability theorem. Moreover, corresponding simulation results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

To investigate the leader-following formation control, in this paper we present the design problem of control protocols and distributed observers under which the agents can achieve and maintain the desired formation from any initial states, while the velocity converges to that of the virtual leader whose velocity cannot be measured by agents in real time. The two cases of switching topologies without communication delay and fixed topology with time-varying communication delay are both considered for multi-agent networks. By using the Lyapunov stability theory, the issue of stability is analysed for multi-agent systems with switching topologies. Then, by considering the time-varying communication delay, the sufficient condition is proposed for the multi-agent systems with fixed topology. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed leader-following formation control protocols.  相似文献

The incubation layers in microcrystalline silicon films (\muc-Si:H) are studied in detail. The incubation layers in \muc-Si:H films are investigated by bifacial Raman spectra, and the results indicate that either decreasing silane concentration (SC) or increasing plasma power can reduce the thickness of incubation layer. The analysis of the in-situ diagnosis by plasma optical emission spectrum (OES) shows that the emission intensities of the SiH*(412\,nm) and H_\al (656nm) lines are time-dependent, thus SiH*/H_\al ratio is of temporal evolution. The variation of SiH*/H_\al ratio can indicate the variation in relative concentration of precursor and atomic hydrogen in the plasma. And the atomic hydrogen plays a crucial role in the formation of \muc-Si:H; thus, with the plasma excited, the temporal-evolution SiH*/H_\al ratio has a great influence on the formation of an incubation layer in the initial growth stage. The fact that decreasing the SC or increasing the plasma power can decrease the SiH*/H_\al ratio is used to explain why the thickness of incubation layer can reduce with decreasing the SC or increasing the plasma power.  相似文献

Coherence resonance in a discrete excitable neuronal model with noises and time delays is investigated. The effects of the time delays on coherence resonance are revealed in two cases: Gaussian white and Gaussian color noises, respectively. The coefficient of variation of interspike intervals is calculated by numerical simulation. The results show that the coherence resonance is enhanced with the time delay increasing in the weak noises intensity cases, while there is no effect in the large noise intensity. Moreover, the coherence resonance can be held back by the self-correlation time, when the system is driven by a color noise.  相似文献

Cubic boron nitride (c-BN) films were deposited on Si(001) substrates in an ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD) system under various conditions, and the growth parameter spaces and optical properties of c-BN films have been investigated systematically. The results indicate that suitable ion bombardment is necessary for the growth of c-BN films, and a well defined parameter space can be established by using the P/a-parameter. The refractive index of BN films keeps a constant of 1.8 for the c-BN content lower than 50%, while for c-BN films with higher cubic phase the refractive index increases with the c-BN content from 1.8 at χc =50% to 2.1 at χc = 90%. Furthermore, the relationship between n and p for BN films can be described by the Anderson-Schreiber equation, and the overlap field parameter γ is determined to be 2.05.  相似文献

The time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy measured by the gradually increasing start delay time is utilized as a tool for the determination of the luminescence of quantmn dots (QDs). The luminescence evolution of self-assembled CdSe QDs during the luminescence decay is fully revealed in terms of the experiment technique. The characteristic narrow luminescence lines of self-assembled CdSe QDs are obtained with increasing start delay time.  相似文献

The structural evolution during the oxidation process of graphite by a modified Hummers method is investigated. The graphite oxide (GO) composition, disorder parameter, and structures are confirmed by means of x-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman, and scanning electron microscope techniques. Results show that: Hydroxyl, carboxyl and ether groups are present in the low-temperature oxide (at 0℃); and the degree of oxidation is increased with a longer oxidation time. The middle-temperature oxidation (35℃) is a transitory stage with a slight change to the GO structures. While for the high-temperature oxidation (95℃), the hydroxyl, carboxyl and epoxide functional groups are largely originated on the GO flakes. Hydroxyl groups are transformed into more epoxide groups with longer oxidation time, and at the same time, ether groups are eliminated, leading to defects (such as holes) on the GO flakes.  相似文献

The imaginary time step (ITS) method is applied to solve the Dirac equation with the nonlocal potential in coordinate space by the ITS evolution for the corresponding Schrfdinger-like equation for the upper component. It is demonstrated that the ITS evolution can be equivalently performed for the Schrodinger-like equation with or without localization. The latter algorithm is recommended in the application for the reason of simplicity and efficiency. The feasibility and reliability of this algorithm are also illustrated by taking the nucleus ^16O as an example, where the same results as the shooting method for the Dirae equation with localized effective potentials are obtained.  相似文献

Spontaneous symmetry breaking is related to the appearance of emergent phenomena, while a non-vanishing order parameter has been viewed as the sign of turning into such symmetry-breaking phase. We study the spontaneous symmetry breaking in the conventional superconductor and Bose–Einstein condensation with a continuous measure of symmetry by showing that both the many-body systems can be mapped into the many spin model. We also formulate the underlying relation between the spontaneous symmetry breaking and the order parameter quantitatively. The degree of symmetry stays unity in the absence of the two emergent phenomena, while decreases exponentially at the appearance of the order parameter which indicates the inextricable relation between the spontaneous symmetry and the order parameter.  相似文献

Ca3Y2 (BO3)4:Eu^3+ phosphor is synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method, and the Iuminescence characteristics are investigated. The emission spectrum exhibits two strong red emissions at 613 and 621 nm corresponding to the electric dipole ^5 Do- ^7F2 transition of Eu^3+ under 365 nm excitation, the reason is that Eu^3+ substituting for Y^3+ occupies the non-centrosymmetric position in the crystal structure of Ca3 Y2 (BO3)4. The excitation spectrum for 613 nm indicates that the phosphor can be effectively excited by ultraviolet (UV) (254 nm, 365nm and 400nm) and blue (470nm) light. The effect of Eu^3+ concentration on the emission intensity of Ca3 Y2 (BO3)4 :Eu^3+ phosphor is measured, the result shows that the emission intensities increase with increasing Eu^3+ concentration, then decrease. The CIE colour coordinates of Ca3Y2 (BO3)4:Eu^3+ phosphor is (0.639, 0.357) at 15mol% Eu^3+.  相似文献

The compressional behavlour of natural pyrope garnet is investigated by using angle-dlspersive synchrotron radiation x-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy in a diamond anvil cell at room temperature. The pressureinduced phase transition does not occur under given pressure. The equation of state of pyrope garnet is determined under pressure up to 25.3 GPa. The bulk modulus KTO is 199 GPa, with its first pressure derivative K′TO fixed to 4. The Raman spectra of pyrope garnet are studied. A new Raman peak nearly at 743 cm^-1 is observed in a bending vibration of the SiO4 tetrahedra frequency range at pressure of about 28 GPa. We suggest that the new Raman peak results from the lattice distortion of the SiO4 tetrahedra. All the Raman frequencies continuously increase with the increasing pressure. The average pressure derivative of the high frequency modes (650-1000 cm^-1) is larger than that of the low frequency (smaller than 650 cm^-1). Based on these data, the mode Grǖneisen parameters for pyrope are obtained.  相似文献

Carrier injection performed in Pro.7 Cao.aMnOa junctions demonstrate resistance switching (RS) characteristic with dramatic changes in both resistances and interface barriers, which suggests a charge carrier self-trapping model in strongly correlated electronic framework. Un-stable RS behaviour without electric fields in epitaxial Pr0.7(Ca1-xSrx)0.3MnO3 (PCSMO) films shows dependences on insulator-metal transition temperature, which indicates that RS process is really related to the intrinsic property of carriers. The switched resistance of epitaxial PCSMO films also depends on the amount of current pulses, which shouM be another evidence of the carrier self-trapping model, similarly to the dependence on the amount of self-trapped charge carriers.  相似文献

The novel vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) excited Na3 Y9O3 (BO3)8:Tb^3+ (NYOB:Tb^3+) green phosphor is prepared. Strong VUV photoluminescence and high quenching concentration of Tb^3+ (20 wt%) are observed in NYOB: Tb^3+ and the strong emission are correlated with the unique layer-type structure of NYOB. All the characteristic 4 f - 5d transitions of Tb^3+ and the host absorption band in VUV region are identified in the excitation spectrum. Based on the results, the energy levels scheme of Tb^3+ in NYOB:Tb^3+ is first established. This newly developed NYOB:Tb^3+ phosphor shows excellent optical properties when compared with the commercial Zn2SiO4:Mn^2+ and would be a potential VUV-excited green phosphor.  相似文献

Bi0.5 (Na0.72K0.28- x Lix )0.5 TiO3 (BNKLT- 100x) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are synthesized by conventional solid state sintering techniques. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the BNKLT-100x ceramics as a function of Li content are systematically investigated. It is found that not only Li content but also the sintering temperature has a strong effect on the piezoelectric properties of BNKLT. The piezoelectric constant d33 Of BNKLT varies from 120 to 252pC/N in the Li content range from 0.03 to 0.16. In the sintering temperature range from 1080 to 1130℃, the d33 value of BNKLT-6 changes from 200pC/N to 252pC/N. The BNKLT-6 sample sintered at 1100℃ has the highest piezoelectric constant d33 of 252pC/N, with the electromechanical coupling factors kp of 0.32 and kt of 0.44.  相似文献

In order to investigate the behavior of vortices in high-Tc superconductors under low magnetic fields, we have performed scanning SQUID microscopy (SSM) on the ab-surfaces of (La1-xSrx)2CuO4 (LSCO) single crystals at low temperatures. The observed magnetic images clearly demonstrated vortices in units of K0 (=hc/2e) below Tc. Vortices trapped inside the overdoped LSCO tended to be arranged in a one-dimensional manner, while those in optimally doped crystals were randomly distributed. From the variable-temperature SSM measurements, it was directly visualized that the normal state with regular magnetic-field distribution gradually changed into the inhomogeneous Meissner state, and finally vortices evolved, with decreasing temperature.  相似文献

Thermophysical properties of undercooled liquid monotectic alloys are usually difficult to be determined because of the great dittlculty in achieving large undercoolings. We measure the surface tension of liquid Fe77.5 Cu13Mo9.5 monotectic alloy by an electromagnetic oscillating drop method over a wide temperature range from 1577 to 1784 K, including both superheated and undercooled states. A good linear relationship exists between the surface tension and temperature. The surface tension value is 1.588 N/m at the monotectic temperature of 1703K, and its temperature coefficient is -3.7 × 10^-4 Nm^-1 K^-1. Based on the Butler equation, the surface tension is also calculated theoretically. The experimental and calculated results indicate that the effect of the enriched element on droplet surface is much more conspicuous than the other elements to decrease the surface tension.  相似文献

La0.7Ca0.3MnO3:xZn0.95Co0.05O (x=0.0,0.05, 0.1, 0.15mol) composites are prepared by a sol-gel process. X- ray diffraction and energy diffraction spectroscopy reveal that there is no evidence of a reaction between the La0.7 Ca0.3 MnO3 (LCMO) and Zn0.95Co0.05 O (ZCO). Magnetization M, Curie temperature Tc and metal-insulator transition temperatures Tp are observed to decrease with increasing ZCO content. Compared with x = 0.0, a great enhancement in the magnetoresistance (MR) is observed at around Tc for x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15. Based on the tunneling MR and percolation models, this great change of MR is well explained.  相似文献
