The title compound 2-(4-fluoro-2-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol- 1-ylmethyl)-3-methoxy-isopropy alcohol has been synthesized by the treatment of 1-[2-(4-fluoro- 2-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl)-2,3-epoxypropyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole with sodium methoxide. It belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121, with a = 9.7229(19), b = 11.516(2), c = 16.047(3)A, C18H17F2 N3O3, Mr = 361.35, V = 1796.7(6)A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.3359 g/cm^3, F(000) = 752, p = 0.106 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0329 and wR = 0.0803 for 1821 unique reflections. The dihedral angles made by the triazole ring with two benzene rings are 43.56(3) and 54.78(2)°, respectively. The intermolecular hydrogen bond in the crystal lattice plays an important role in stabilizing the structure.  相似文献

6-(3,5-Dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-3-(2,4,6-trinitroanilino)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin (1) has been synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis, infrared spectra and thermal analyses. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. 1 is crystallized in P21/c space group of monoclinic crystal system, and exhibits good physical properties, such as high densities (〉 1.55 g·cm^-3) and good thermal stabilities (Td〉220 ℃). The intrermolecular hydrogen bonds construct the P- and M-helices from organic molecules and may contribute to the high melting points.  相似文献

An antimetastatic tetrasaccharide T1,β-D-Gal-(1→4)-β-D-GlcpNAc-(1→6)-α-D-Manp-(1→6)-β-D-Manp-OMe,was synthesized with two approaches.The first approach was a conventional method employing thioglycoside and Koenigs-Knorr glycosylation reaction in 24%overall yield.The second one was a novel route through the azidoiodo-glycosylation strategy by using 2-iodo-2-deoxylactosyl azide as the donor in 36%overall yield.  相似文献

A β-(1→)6)-branched β-(1→)3)-linked glucohexaose (1) and its lauryl glycoside (2), present in many biologically active polysaccharides from traditional herbal medicines such as Ganoderma lucidum, Schizophyllum commune and Lentinus edodes, were highly efficiently synthesized. Coupling of 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzoyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1--)3)-2-O-benzoyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-a-D-glucopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate (7) with 3,6-branched acceptors 8 and 12 gave β-(1→)3)-linked pentasaccharides (9) and (13), then via simple chemical transformation 4',6'-OH pentasaccharide acceptors 10 and 14 were obtained. Regio- and stereoselective coupling of 3 with 10 and 14 gave β-(1→)3)-linked hexasaccharides (11) and (15) as the major products. Deprotection of 11 and 15 provided the target sugar 1 and 2. Thus, a new method for the preparation of this kind of compounds was developed.  相似文献

Cigarette smoking is correlated with the development of various cancers. 4- (Methylnitresoamino) -1- (3-pyridyl) - 1-butanone(NNK) is one of the major tobacco-specific carcinogens in the cigarette smoke, which increases the risk of breast cancer. In the present study, it was demonstrated that NNK rapidly activated ERK1 and ERK2 MAP kinases in human normal mammary epithelial cells. It was found that there are two different routes for the activation of ERK1/2 with NNK. One is from nicotinic receptor nAchR to MEK1/2, and the other is from tyrosine kinase containing receptor to MEK1/2. The tobacco-specific carcinogen NNK shows a strong proliferative effect on normal human mammary epithelial cells and cancer mammary epithelial cells.  相似文献

The title compound trans-4-[(5-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-3-methyl- 1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)methyleneamino]- 1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-3-one 3 (C28H23Cl2N5O2, Mr = 532.41) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1- with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6)A, α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)°, V= 1315.65(10) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.282 mm^-1, λ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer. Intra- and intermolecular C( 12)-H(12)…O(1) and C(28)-H(28)...O(1)# 1 hydrogen bonds were observed in the title compound.  相似文献

Some 1-(6-chloroquinoxalin-2-yl)-2-[4-(trifluoromethyl)-2,6-dinitrophenyl] hydrazine derivatives have been synthesized via both conventional and microwave assisted organic synthesis(MAOS) methods. The MAOS method is more effective on synthesizing these compounds than the conventional method in regard to the higher chemical yields of products(76%-98%) and the shorter reaction time(1-15 min).  相似文献

a-Oxo ketene dithioacetals, methyl 2-(1,3-dithian/dithiolan-2-ylidene)-3-oxobutanoate (2a/2b) prepared in nearly quantitative yields simply from methyl acetylacetate, carbon disulfide and 1,3-dibromopropane/1,2-dibromoethane in the presence of potassium carbonate, were investigated in the thioacetalization with various carbonyl compounds 3. It has been demonstrated that methyl 2-(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-3-oxobutanoate (2a) could act as a nonthiolic, odorless and practical thioacetalization reagent. A range of aldehydes and ketones 3 were converted into the corresponding dithioacetals 4 in high yields (up to 91%) in the presence of 2a. Moreover, 2a showed high chemoselectivity between aldehyde and ketone in thioacetalization.  相似文献

Two series of 1-(benzoxazole-2-yl)piperazine (Sa-i) and 4-(benzoxazole-2-yl)piperidine compounds (10a-i) were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their α1-AR antagonistic activities. The reactions of 2-nitro-5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin (1) and its Ni (Ⅱ) (2), Cu (Ⅱ) (3), Zn (Ⅱ) (4) complexes with sodium 2-naphthoxide have been investigated in different solvents for preparing 2-substituted porphyrins. 2-(2-Hydroxynaphthyl)-5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl porphyrin (5) and its Ni (Ⅱ) (6), Cu (Ⅱ) (7), Zn (Ⅱ) (8) complexes were obtained in 72%, 78%, 81% and 65% yields in 2-naphthol at 150 ℃ respectively. The same products were also obtained in other protic solvents such as diglycol and diglycol monomethyl ether. When the reactions proceeded in aprotic solvent DMF at 150 ℃, besides 5 (70%), 6 (34%), 7 (54%) and 8 (50%), the corresponding 2-(2-naphythoxy)-5, 10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin (9), and its Ni (Ⅱ) (10), Cu (Ⅱ) (11), Zn (Ⅱ) (12) complexes were also obtained in minor, 40%, 18% and 2% yields respectively, but only 5, 6, 7, 8 were found at room temperature in DMF or DMSO. These reactions axe much faster than those of 1-4 with sodium phenoxide. The formation of C-coupling products 5-8 was proposed via SRN 1 mechanism.  相似文献

合成了一种新的有机非线性光学(NLO)材料1-(芘-1-基)-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙烯酮(PMPAK),通过1H NMR、IR、HR-MS和元素分析表征其结构。 以Nd:YAG-Laser System作为光源,激光波长450 nm,脉冲宽度4 ns(FWHM),采用4f相位相干成像技术测定了PMPAK的三阶NLO性质并确定了相关参数:非线性折射率n2=-1.84×10-16 m2/W,非线性吸收系数β=2.53×10-9 m/W,非线性极化率χ(3)=1.137×10-10 esu。  相似文献

Likewise the 1,3,4-thiadiazole nucleus which incorporates an N-C-S linkage exhibits a large number of biological activities[1]. The fused 1,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects, such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. The novel 3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole 6 have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with formic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The compound 5 was prepared from 4 that was prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. Recently, we obtained the crystal structure of the novel compound 3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole, C14H12Cl3N7S, Mr=416.72, Crystallizes in the triclinic space group with unit cell parameters a=9.049(2), b=10.486(3), c=10.843(2)Å, α=116.79(2), β=93.83(2), γ-100.64(3)°. V=889.3(4)Å3, Z=1, Dx-0.778 Mgm-3. The final R was 0.0535.  相似文献

There has been study on heterocyclicazo reagent for the determination of microamount of nickel,but no study on the color reactron of nickel with a new chromogenic reagent 1- (5 -nitro - 2 - pyridylazo) - 2.7 - dihydroxy - naphthalene (5- NO2 - PADN). So, here is a systematic study on condition under which the color reaction takes place. It proved that within PH 5.5~6.5,the maximnm absotption of the reagent lies at 460nm, that of the 2:1 turquoise chelate by 5 - NO2 - PADN with nickel (Ⅱ) together is 650nm, and the apparent absorptivity is 1.02×105 L · mol-1 · cm-1. The proposed method can be applied in the standard steel and the determination of microamounts of nickel in ore with satisfactory results.  相似文献

1,2,3-Triazole derivatives have been reported as inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis[1]. The fused l,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. We have reported several 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles in the previous paper[4]. The novel 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[2,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 6a-j have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with various aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The mercaptotriazole 5 was prepared from 4,the latter being prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. The title compounds 6 were depicted in scheme 1. The structures of these compounds were established by elemental analysis, NMR, MS and IR techniques.  相似文献

Two novel isomorphic coordination polymers [Zn(HPyImDC)H2O](1) and [Co(HPyImDC)H2O](2) were synthesized from 2-(pyridine-3-yl)-1H-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid (H3PyImDC) under hydrothermal conditions. Both the compounds crystallized in P212121 chiral space group, possessing left-hand helical chains and right-hand helical chains. Two types of helical chains connected with each other to form an interesting 2D bilayer structure which extended to a 3D supermolecular structure via the hydrogen-bonding interactions. Topology analysis shows that H3PyImDC ligand and metal center can be regarded as 3-connected T-shaped nodes, thus leading to a (3,3)-connected network with vertex symbol of (82·10).  相似文献

The title compound, CF3CF2CF2(CF3)2CCH2CH2CH2CF(CF3)2, was synthesised in high yield by a free radical addition of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide to 3-(perfluoro-1, 1-dimethylbutyl)-1- propene followed by reduction of the adduct. Physical properties and solubilities for oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and air of the new fluorohydrocarbon have been determined.  相似文献

A new emissive mononuclear homoleptic Cu(I) complex of 5-tert-butyl-3-(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (bmptzH),[Cu(bmptzH)2](ClO4) (1), has been synthesized by treatment of [Cu(PPh3)2(CH3CN)2](ClO4) or[Cu(CH3CN)4](ClO4) with the bmptzH ligand. It is revealed that complex 1 displays a distorted N4 tetrahedral arrangement formed by two bmptzH chelates, in which bmptzH adopts a neutral bidentate chelating coordination mode using the N atom of the pyridyl ring and the 4-N not 2-N atom of the 1,2,4-triazolyl ring. It is shown that complex 1 is highly stable and exhibits good luminescence properties in solution and solid states at room temperature due to the introduction of a methyl group at the ortho-position of the pyridyl ring.  相似文献

研究了三氟化硼乙醚(BF3·OEt2)催化2-(N-取代氨基甲酰基甲基氨基)苯甲醇与醛的反应,发展了合成取代3,1-苯并噁嗪类化合物的方法,通过该方法合成了一系列新型结构的1-(氨基甲酰基甲基)-2-烃基-3,1-苯并噁嗪类化合物。 对于这类反应BF3·OEt2比三甲基氯硅烷(TMSCl)和四氯化锡(SnCl4)的普适性更广,它能有效催化这类反应,而后二者却不能。 探讨了TMSCl和SnCl4不能催化2-(N-取代氨基甲酰甲基氨基)苯甲醇与醛反应的原因。  相似文献

本文报道用α-萘胺和琥珀酸酐合成1-萘基-琥珀酰亚胺(NPr),并用FT-IR、DSC、X-射线衍射和荧光等方法研究了该化合物的结构与性能.DSC和X-射线衍射结果表明,纯净NPr的熔点与John L. Hubbard报道结果(147~149℃)不同,应为(158.3±0.2℃);熔融淬火样品仍存在部分结晶,并且在一定温度下发生冷结晶;FT-IR结果表明羰基伸缩振动产生反对称振动(1705 cm-1)和对称振动(1779 cm-1)的能级分裂;荧光光谱结果则进-步表明该化合物的电子云排布结构与单体萘环相似, 其原因可归于羰基的诱导效应和共轭效应对氮原子的影响.  相似文献
