2-Phenyl-3-thioformylindolizine and 1,2-dimethyl-3-thioformylindolizine undergo a novel desulfur coupling reaction in the presence of tributylphosphine to give (E)-1,2-bis(3-indolizinyl)ethenes in high yields. The structures of products were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The mechanisms involved in various stages of the reaction were discussed.  相似文献

A convenient and practical route to functionalized conjugated 1,3-enynes and 1,3-dienes is described. 1,4-Bis(heteroaryl)- 1,3-diene and 1-heteroarylbut- 1-en-3-yne derivatives were prepared from 1,4-dichloro-2-butyne and corresponding N-heteroarenes such as imidazole, pyrrole, pyrazole and indole derivatives in the presence of bases in good to high yields.  相似文献

(E)-a-Iodovinyl sulfones 1 underwent the Sonogashira coupling reactions with terminal alkynes 2 in piperidine at room temperature in the presence of 5 mol% of Pd(PPh3)4 and 10 mol% of CuI to stereospecifically afford the corresponding (Z)-2- sulfonyl-substituted 1,3-enynes 3 in high yields.  相似文献

A variety of 2-arylnaphtho[ 1,2-d]oxazole derivatives were efficiently synthesized in moderate to high yields by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes with 1-amino-2-naphthol derivatives in the presence of triethylamine in refluxing ethanol in air. Seven new 2-arylnaphtho[1,2-d]oxazole derivatives were obtained and characterized by the spectral data and elemental analysis. In addition, the X-ray crystal structures of 2-[4-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenyl]naphtho[ 1,2-d] oxzole (3d) and 1, 1'-bis(naphtho[ 1,2-d]oxazol-2-yl)ferrocene (3n) have been determined.  相似文献

Ethyl 3-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-thioxothiazolidine-4-carboxylates were prepared in excellent yields from the reaction of corresponding primary amines with carbon disulfide and ethyl 3-bromo-2-oxopropanoate in the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate in DMF at room temperature within 1 h. The structures of the highly functionalized products were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, EI-MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for such type of cyclization was proposed.  相似文献

4-(4,6-Dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-3-thio-allophanic acid methyl ester was synthesized with mixing 2-amino-4,6- dimethylpyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction measurement were obtained by recrystallization from dimethylformamide at room temperature. The crystal belongs to monoclinic symmetry with space group C2/m, and crystal parameters of a= 1.7537(5) nm, b= 0.6759(2) nm, c=1.1148(3) nm, β=118.557(4)°, V=1.1605(6) nm^3, Z=4, De= 1.375 g/cm^3,μ=0.271 mm^-1, F(000)=504, and 1519 [1〉2σ(I)] observable independent reflections were used for the determination and refmement of the crystal structures with final R1 of 0.0372 and wR2 of 0.0992. The theoretical investigation of the title compound was carried out with DRT-B3LYP/6-311G, HF/6-311G and MP2/6-311G methods, and the atomic net charges and the population were discussed.  相似文献

Regioselective ring-opening reactions of 1,2-epoxides with ArSeH catalyzed by Ti(O^tPr)4 under solvent-free conditions were investigated. A variety of β-hydroxyselenides were obtained in excellent yields of 90%-97% and regioselectivities by a simple, atom economic and environment-friendly procedure. Several N-tosyl- 1,3-oxazolidin-2-ones were prepared starting from the corresponding 1,2-epoxides and ArSeH by a one-pot three-step procedure.  相似文献

Fe(NO3)3-9H2O/Fe(HSO4)3 was used as an efficient reagent system for the oxidation of alcohols to their corresponding carbonyl compounds. All reactions were performed in the absence of solvent in good to high yields. Thioacetalization using 2‐(1,3‐dithian‐2‐ylidene)malonic acid 1 as a nonthiolic, odorless 1,3‐propanedithiol equivalent promoted by p‐dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid in water has been achieved. A range of selected carbonyl compounds 2 was converted into the corresponding dithioacetals 3 in high yields. Moreover, the thioacetalization showed high chemoselectivity between aldehydes and ketones.  相似文献

The reactivity of 1,1‐diethoxy‐3‐(1,3‐dithian‐2‐yl)propan‐2‐one, a diacetal of oxobutanedial, and some of its derivatives toward selected reagents has been studied. As expected, hydride and Grignard‐type additions take place at the oxo moiety only and give the corresponding alcohols in good‐to‐excellent yields. Standard reductive amination occurs at the oxo moiety as well, but the reaction was in most cases not selective and furnished the expected amine mixed with 3‐(1,3‐dithian‐2‐yl)‐1,1‐diethoxypropan‐2‐ol. The conversion of the diethyl acetal moiety to an aldehyde group is generally an efficient transformation, but some aldehydes are unstable, making the deprotection useless. If the acetal contains a tertiary alcohol or a benzyloxy moiety, however, stable products are formed in good yields. Attempts to convert the 1,3‐dithiane substituent into an aldehyde group without concomitant decomposition of the product were totally unsuccessful. The chemical potential of this moiety, therefore, has to be utilized at an earlier stage and under different conditions.  相似文献

Novel palladium‐1,3‐dialkylperhydrobenzimidazolin‐2‐ylidene (2a–c) and palladium‐1,3‐dialkylimidazolin‐2‐ylidene complexes (4a,b) have been prepared and characterized by C, H, N analysis, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR. Styrene or phenylboronic acid reacts with aryl halide derivatives in the presence of catalytic amounts of the new palladium‐carbene complexes, PdCl2(1,3‐dialkylperhydrobenzimidazolin‐2‐ylidene) or PdCl2(1,3‐dialkylimidazolin‐2‐ylidene) to give the corresponding C? Derivatives of 2‐methylidene‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4‐ones 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f , 2g were synthesized by interaction of 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil and 6‐phenyl‐2‐thiouracil 1a , 1b with some activated halogenides: diethyl bromomalonate, ethyl 2‐chloro‐3‐oxobutanoate, ethyl 2‐bromocyanoacetate, 2‐bromo‐5,5‐dimethylcyclohexan‐1,3‐dione, and bromomalononitrile. The boiling of 1a with ethyl 2‐bromocyanoacetate in mixture of ethanol and EtONa results in intramolecular cyclization and formation of thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐5‐one 3 . Interaction of 1a with 3‐chloropentane‐2,4‐dione and 2‐bromo‐1,3‐diphenylpropane‐1,3‐dione yielded corresponding S‐substituted thiopyrimidines 4a , 4b . In general, the products of 1b S‐alkylation are less prone to sulfur extrusion. Reaction of 1b with diethyl bromomalonate in the absence of EtONa stops at the S‐alkylation step, while in the presence of EtONa in ethanol or PPh3 in dioxane 2‐(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)thio‐6‐phenyl‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one 6 is formed exclusively. Molecular structure and crystal structure of 2‐(1,1‐diethoxycarbonylmethyliden)‐6‐methyl‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one 2a are discussed.  相似文献

A concise and efficient approach to the spiro‐tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives has been developed by 1,4‐dipolar cycloaddition of zwitterions resulting from isoquinoline and acetylene esters and (1,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐dioxo‐2H‐inden‐2‐ylidene)malononitrile in MeCN at room temperature. The significance of this method lies in good yields and ease of product purification, and no inert atmosphere is required. The structures of the products were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme).  相似文献

The reaction of 3‐(3‐amino‐5‐oxo‐1,5‐dihydropyrazol‐4‐ylidene)‐1,3‐dihydroindol‐2‐one with N‐aryl‐2‐oxopropane hydrazonoyl chlorides in dioxane in the presence of triethylamine proceeded regio‐ and site selectively to give 3‐(2‐arylazo‐3‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐imidazo[1,2‐b ]pyrazol‐7‐ylidene‐indol‐2‐ones rather than the isomeric form 3‐(3‐arylazo‐2‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐imidazo[1,2‐b ]pyrazol‐7‐ylidene‐indol‐2‐ones. On the other hand, the reaction of N ’‐(2‐oxoindoline‐3‐ylidene)hydrazinecarbothiohydrazide with hydrazonoyl chlorides in refluxing ethanol and in the presence of triethylamine proceeded regio‐ and site selectively to give the respective 3‐(substituted‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐ylidenehydrazono)indolin‐2‐ones. The mechanism of formation of the new products was also discussed. The structure assigned for the products was established by elemental and spectral data (1H‐NMR, IR, and Mass) and NOE experiment. Moreover, the biological activity of the products was evaluated against some fungi and bacteria, and the results obtained revealed the high potency of some of them compared with the used standard references.  相似文献
