在ψ(3770)处, D0→K-π+是研究D0-D0混合的非常理想的衰变道. 实验上, 良好K/π识别技术将对寻找D0-D0混合过程起着决定性的作用. 在BESⅢ实验的物理预研究中, 发现利用飞行时间的信息, 能够精确测定末态中含有多条带电径迹事例的起始时间, 从而可以改善飞行时间计数器的时间分辨率. 进一步的研究表明, 应用该方法后, BESⅢ双层TOF的时间分辨率从~78ps降到~64ps. 按照20fb-1的ψ(3770)数据量进行估算, 在95%置信度下, D0-D0混合率的上限值可以提高7%左右. 相似文献

We established a method on measuring the D0-■ mixing parameter y for BESⅢ experiment at the BEPCⅡ e e-collider. In this method, the doubly tagged ψ(3770) → D0■ events, with one D decays to CP-eigenstates and the other D decays semileptonically, are used to reconstruct the signals. Since this analysis requires good e/π separation, a likelihood approach, which combines the dE/dx, time of flight and the electromagnetic shower detectors information, is used for particle identification. We estimate the sensitivity of the measurement of y to be 0.007 based on a 20 fb-1 fully simulated MC sample. 相似文献

Using ~14×106ψ(2S) and ~58×106J/ψ data collected at BESⅡ/BEPC,the branching fraction of ψ(2S) →Ω+Ωˉ+ is measured with about 5σ statistical significance.The Λ electric dipole and Λ decay parameter are studied using the decay J/ψ→ΛΛ→ ppˉπ+π-.Using(106±3)×106 ψ(2S) decays collected at BESⅢ/BEPCⅡ,we have obtained some interesting physics results.The branching fractions of χcJ →π0π0,ηη are measured with precision improved.The mass and width of hc(11P1) state,together with the branching fractions of Br(ψ(2S) →π0hc) and Br(hc →γηc) are the first measurements.Surprisingly,the decays of χc1 →φφ,ωω,and ωφ are firstly observed in BESⅢ data. 相似文献

Recently,both BaBar and Belle experiments found evidences of neutral D mixing.In this paper, we discuss the sensitivities of the measurements of D mixing parameters at BES-Ⅲ.With CP tag technique atψ(3770)peak,the extraction of the strong phase difference in D~0→Kπdecay at BES-Ⅲare discussed.We also make an estimate on the measurements of the mixing rate R_M by using the coherent data atψ(3770)peak. 观测到ψ(3770)衰变到J/ψπ+π—非DD末态迹象.利用工作在北京正负电子对撞机上的北京谱仪探测器在质心系能量3.773GeV附近获取的8.0±0.5pb-1数据样本,共观测到6.8±3.0个ψ(3770)→J/ψπ+π—事例.由此得到的分支比为BF(ψ(3770)→J/ψπ+π—)=(0.59±0.26±0.16)%,其对应的分宽度为Γ(ψ(3770)→J/ψπ+π—)=(139±61±41)keV. 相似文献
