农林高校无机及分析化学基础课教学改革探索与实践

化学课程为农林专业不可或缺的基础课,无机及分析化学是化学课程的必要基础。无机及分析化学的教学质量对促进化学类课程质量提高,进而促进农林专业课程的提升甚为重要。本文分析比较了当前无机及分析化学线上线下教学方法,探讨了浙江农林大学无机及分析化学教学中存在的一些不足,提出无机及分析化学加强教学内容设计、交叉融合化学课程及专业课,缩小个体差异、满足学生个性化需求,改进教学模式、加强课程思政建设等解决方案。并在无机及分析化学教学中实践,教学效果得到明显改善,学生的学习效率、学习能力及化学思维能力明显提升。     

高师分析化学实验教学改革尝试

分析化学实验是高等师范院校化学教育、化工工艺、环境科学等专业学生必修的一门专业基础课,它与分析化学理论课密切相关,但又是一门独立的课程。根据教学大纲要求,课时安排为理论课72学时,实验112学时;从本科二年级开始,开设时间为一年。分析化学实验不仅能验证分析化学的理论知识,还使学生能正确和熟练地掌握分析的基本技能,对于培养严谨求实的科学作风能起一定的作用。由于分析化学的发展对促进生命科学、材料科学、环境科学及其他诸多学科的发展具有重要的意义,关于分析化学实验应向学生传授哪些基本理论知识和实验技术,近年来一直是高等院校分析化学教学工作者讨论的热门课题。

分析化学是一门实践性很强的技术基础课,实验课的学时约占总学时的三分之二。所以,分析化学实验课上得如何,直接关系到该课程的教学质量。我们认为,上好分析化学实验课,关键在于教师如何调动学生的学习积极性。     

分析化学"去公式化"新课程体系

分析化学(定量化学分析部分)是一门重要基础课,传统课程体系的特点可以概括为"记忆换运算"和"近似换简化"。大量公式不仅导致沉重的记忆负担,而且割裂了化学平衡理论的内在统一性,难以满足现阶段人才培养的要求。为了克服这些问题,提出分析化学"去公式化"新课程体系。新体系具有记忆负担轻、统一性强等优点,而且能够对化学平衡问题进行精确解析。从教研背景、体系特点、课程资源、考查考试和教学实践5个方面详细介绍新课程体系,为分析化学课程改革提供参考。     

球棍模型及ChemBioOffice在有机化学教学中的应用

有机化学是药学专业非常重要又较难学习的一门专业基础课,认识有机化合物的结构是学好这门课程的基础,单纯平面教学无法深入地将分子的实际空间结构充分展示。通过在有机化学教学中引入球棍模型及ChemBioOffice软件,可以帮助学生迅速地理解、掌握有机化合物的立体结构,为后续的教学内容打下良好的基础。     

发展PBL模式改革药学专业的分析化学课堂教学

PBL教学是以问题为基础的教学模式,将PBL教学模式应用到分析化学课堂教学中,有助于提高学生发现问题、分析问题和在实践中解决问题的能力。对发展PBL模式用于药学专业的分析化学课堂教学进行了探讨,提出了可以在教学及考核阶段从教学内容和课堂教学方式上应用PBL模式,结合多媒体、网络、CAI等现代化的教学手段,促进分析化学课堂教学的改革,培养具备创新能力的药学专业大学生。     

药学专业留学生分析化学实验全英文教学的体会

留学生教育已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,而全英文教学是无中文基础的留学生的最佳选择。分析化学实验为药学专业本科生的必修课,本文针对药学专业留学生分析化学实验课的全英文教学过程,从课程的教学安排、教材选用、教学师资、授课方式和考评方式等方面讲述了教学实践中的体会,希望为开设同类课程的全英文教学提供借鉴和参考。     

试论目标导向论在高职分析化学教学中的应用

分析化学课质量的好坏,直接影响到农牧业类专业学生后续专业课的顺利进行,本文试通过对园艺、牧医专业的分析化学课采用目标导向论方法和常规方法的教学效果的对比,寻求教学中的可控因素,以提高教学质量。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
