The γ-Al2O3 supported CuO samples were studied. XRD results showed that the loading and calcination temperature affected the surface structure. For example, CuO crystallite appeared at the CuO loading of 7% (about 0.82mmol/100m2) on the support. Both CuO crystallite and CuAl2O4 spinel were present when the CuO/γ-Al2O3 sample was calcined at the same temperature (400℃). Microcalorimetric adsorption of CO2 and NH3 revealed that the strength of both the acidity and basicity decreased with the increase of CuO loading for the CuO/γ-Al2O3 sample. The increase of calcination temperature further decreased the basicity while the acidity was not affected.  相似文献

Gd2O3∶Tb3+ luminescent nanoparticles were prepared by the thermal decomposition of the nanosized oxlate prepared in the reverse microemulsions based on triton X-100 / n-hexyl alcohol, n-octane, and water. From TG-DTA, XRD and FTIR analyses, the mechanism of thermal decomposition of the nanosized oxalate precursor is suggested as follows: Gd2(C2O4)3·10H2O → Gd2(C2O4)3 + 10H2O, Gd2(C2O4)3 → Gd2O2(CO3) + 3CO +2CO2, Gd2O2(CO3) → Gd2O3 + CO2. The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition reaction-activation energy E of stage 2 and 3 are 194.6 kJ·mol-1, 110.9 kJ·mol-1, respectively, using Ozawa method. And the reaction order n is 2.9 and 0.43, respectively, according to the TG curves.  相似文献

Hydrolysis reaction of Fe(NO3)3 at a high temperature in the presence of urea as the homogeneous precipitant was studied. With the prepared ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 after high temperature calcination, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the porous ceramic filter balls from Fe(NO3)3 solutions of different concentrations and mechanical stability of the loaded α-Fe2O3 were studied. The product was characterized using XRD and SEM. Adsorption experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the product in adsorbing NH3-N. It turned out that the specific surface area of the ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 had increased to 36.5387 m2/g from original 4.6127 m2/g. When the concentration of Fe(NO3)3 was 0.40 mol/L, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the ceramic filter balls accounted for 8.4% of the total mass of the adsorbent and α-Fe2O3 was adsorbed on the filter balls very well. The adsorption isotherm of NH3-N on the ceramic filter ball adsorbent loaded with α-Fe2O3 was of Langmuir type. The saturated adsorption capacity was 3.33 mg/L, and the adsorption constant K was 0.1873. NH3-N was adsorbed by α-Fe2O3 more easily, which was a kind of specific adsorption.  相似文献

共沉淀法制备负热膨胀性ZrW2O8粉体及其粒径控制初探   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
Negative thermal expansion (NTE) material ZrW2O8 powders were synthesized using co-precipitation route. The precursor of ZrW2O8 was studied by Thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC). The structure and morphology of the resulting powders were characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The results showed that the samples were single phase of α-ZrW2O8 with regular shape. High temperature X-ray diffraction measurement indicated that the thermal expansion coefficient of ZrW2O8 was -10.35 × 10-6 K-1 in the temperature range from room temperature to 150 ℃, -3.08 ×10-6 K-1 from 200 ℃ to 600 ℃ and the average value was -5.38 × 10-6 K-1. At the same time, polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as dispersant to primary control the size of ZrW2O8.  相似文献

A new stearic acid method(SAM) has been used to prepare ultrafine K2La2Ti3O10 nanocrystalline. Each state of synthesis process was followed by the use of FT-IR analysis. The resulting materials have been characterized by means of XRD, TEM, BET surface area analysis. The acid-exchanging property of the obtained product was also studied. The experimental results showed that comparing with the product of traditional solid-state reaction, the particle size of the K2La2Ti3O10 synthesized by SAM is greatly reduced, BET surface area is high(more than 11.83m2·g-1) and has different acid-exchanging properties. It can be easily exfoliated in 2mol·L-1 HNO3 so-lution.  相似文献

A red luminescent Sr3Al2O6∶Eu2+ nanocrystallites with new morphology were synthesized by sol-gel route assisted by microwave irradiation. The phosphor powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results reveal that the calcination temperature of the Sr3Al2O6∶Eu2+ phosphor crystallites greatly affects its morphology. With temperature increasing, the phosphor crystallites morphology showed primarily from nanorod-like, mixture of nanorod and flower-like to homogeneous flower-like morphology. The effects of new morphology on luminescent properties of phosphors were investigated. Uniformly dispersed flower-like Sr3Al2O6∶Eu2+ phosphor powders showed the strongest luminescent intensity and the longest afterglow time.  相似文献

Hematite (α-Fe2O3) nanopowder was synthesized from 0.1 mol·L-1 FeCl3 solution by sonochemical hydrolysis method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron micrograph (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), Fourier transform Raman (FT-Raman) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that the spherical, well-dispersed α-Fe2O3 nanopowder was obtained with the average size of 20 nm. The possible mechanism for the formation of α-Fe2O3 nanoparticals was also discussed.  相似文献

NH4MO(OH)HCO3(M=Al3+, Cr3+) precursors were synthesized by a co-precipition method with the solutions of mixed nitrates as starting materials and ammonium bicarbonate as precipitator. The precursors and powders sintered at various temperatures were characterized by thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA), infrared spectroscopy(IR), X-ray diffractormetry(XRD), transmittion electron microscopy(TEM). The luminescent spectra of Cr3+∶Al2O3 nano-powder was measured. The XRD results show that the pure-α-Al2O3 phase can be obtained at 1 200 ℃. TEM analysis indicates that the nano-powders about 20~30 nm are well-dispersed and less-aggregated. Spectral analysis demonstrates that the sample has good photoluminescence.  相似文献

MgFe2O4 nanoparticles were hydrothermally synthesized at 150 ℃ using iron nitrate [Fe(NO3)3·9H2O], magnesium nitrate [Mg(NO3)2·6H2O] and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as starting materials by carefully controlling the reaction conditions. The influences of several factors such as presence or absence of Na+, molar ratio of Fe3+ / Mg2+, concentration of mental ions, temperature and reaction time on resultant products were investigated in the hydrothermal process. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and its magnetic properties were measured using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).  相似文献

The formation process of pseudo-spherical α-Fe2O3 particles obtained through the hydrolysis of 0.01 mol·L-1 FeCl3 solution was studied by means of TEM and XRD. The results show that the growth of α-Fe2O3 nuclies is through the diffusion mechanism. Although the presence of CTAB in the FeCl3 solution has no effect on the growth process of pseudo-spheric α-Fe2O3 particles, more uniform particles are obtained, and the particles are self-assembled to form two-dimensional ordered structure due to the effect of CTAB. The optical character of these α-Fe2O3 particles was investigated, and the band-gap of which is about 2.49 eV.  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles.
