本文用毛细管气相色谱、气相色谱/质谱/计算、气相色谱/红外光谱等现代仪器分析技术,对马山前胡挥发油的化学成分进行了分析研究,从毛细管色谱分离出80多个峰,确认了其中37种成分,占色谱总馏出峰面积的97%以上,该挥发油的主要化学成分为蒎烯。 相似文献

在程序升温条件下,用气相色谱法分析烷基化汽油样品,将各组分的程序升温保留时间转化的恒温保留指数。根据各组分在SE-54固定相和OV-1固定相上的气相色谱保留指数差对其进行类别定性。利用色谱-质谱分析法进行了验证,结果表明该方法简便可行。 相似文献

传统上用气相色谱正构烃类为基准的Kovats保留指数或线性保留指数对汽油的组份进行定性,分析汽油族组成.但此方法有一定的局限性,一是不适合多阶程序升温过程的分析,其次是对于烯烃含量较多的汽油用软件自动识别分析时,需人工干预,色谱峰总的识别率经常低于90.0%.提出了模拟指数的概念和计算规则.采用模拟保留指数定性,色谱峰识别准确,色谱峰总的识别率一般能达99.5%以上. 相似文献

利用静态顶空-毛细管气相色谱-质谱方法对复方祛风湿止痛药中挥发性成分进行了分析,运用质谱检索和保留指数对其中主要的60种挥发性成分进行了定性.该药中各种挥发性成分的相对含量分别为萜类(54.5%)、萜类衍生物(9.6%)、酚醚类(15.0%)和脂肪醇醛(8.5%),主要为β-古芸烯(20.5%)、蒿脑(14.5%)、β-蛇床烯(6.0%)和β-绿叶烯(5.7%).分析结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.54%~8.39%之间. 相似文献

利用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取五灵中的挥发性组分。SE-54柱和PEG-20M柱上用气相色谱-质谱法分别检出122个和96个峰。其中有51种峰质谱检索结果相同,它们占总峰面积的56.3%。进一步用程序升温保留指数确认了其中33种化合物,占总峰面积的35.7%。含量较高的组分有:十二酸(7.00%),α-雪松醇(4.41%),四甲基吡嗪(4.10%),寸上酸(3.37%),1-(3-甲苯基)乙酮(2.53%),苯甲醛(2.42%),2-甲氧基苯酚(2.11%)。从化合物的种类来看,主要为醇类(10种),酮类(8种),醛类(8种),醛类(6种)、烯类(5种)、酸类(4种),酚类(4种)。 相似文献

利用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取了有治疗痔疮效果的鸽子粪中的挥发性成分。用毛细管GC/MS/DS联用法分离鉴定了47种组分,占总峰面积的71.59%,再用保留指数和标样进一步确证了其中39种化合物,占总峰面积的57.15%,其中含量较高的组分是十六碳酸(9.03%)、乙酸乙酯(6.85%)、乙醇(4.03%)、1-乙氧基-2-甲基丙烷(3.87%)。从化合物的种类看,主要为醇类(4个)、醛类(11个)、酮类(4个)、酸类(8个)、酯类(5个)和酚类(2个),它们共占总峰面积的43.68%。 相似文献

Distillation foreruns from East Indian sandalwood oil (Santalum album L .), representing 5–8% of the oil, have been investigated using fractional distillation, preparative column chromatography, gas liquid chromatography (GLC.), and chemical treatments. This allowed the isolation and characterization by their spectral data of 46 compounds. 32 of them were newly identified sandalwood oil constituents including 4 novel substances: santalone ( 2 ), 4-methylcyclohexa-1,3-dien-1-yl methyl ketone ( 4 ), 5,6-dimethyl-5-norbornen-exo-2-ol ( 7 ), and (E)-5-(2,3-dimethyl-3-nortricyclyl)-pent-3-en-2-one ( 20 ). The other constituents identified were 1-furfuryl-pyrrole ( 10 ) and 10 phenols accompanied by 17 terpene and sesquiterpene derivatives. Endo-2,endo-3-dimethyl-norbornan-exo-2-ol ( 6 ), an α-santenol ( z ), precursor, was present in the last group of constituents. The compounds 2, 4, 6, 7, 20 have been synthesized as well as another novel constituent, endo-2-mythyl-3-methylidene-norbornan-exo-2-ol ( 5 ). 相似文献

The direct qualification and quantitation of the volatile organic components of four Eucalyptus camaldulensis fruit samples, obtained from different geographical areas in Turkey, is studied using a direct thermal desorption (DTD) technique coupled with comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry. It is found that the E. camaldulensis sample from Adrasan gave a slightly higher oil yield (1.18%) than the others. The number of components quantitatively identified from Adrasan, Belek, Kuyucak, and Cesme were 46, 54, 55, and 59, respectively. The main compounds found in the volatile oils were: aromadendrene (6.45-15.02%), eucalyptol (0.17-12.61%), gamma-gurjunene (8.40-10.08%), terpinolen (1.98-8.39%), spathulenol (1.42-8.34%), alpha-pinene (0.85-6.81%), ledene (0.94-6.72%), and longifonene (0.07-6.22%). The composition of the volatiles desorbed from samples from all four different areas varied qualitatively and quantitatively. All identified compounds were quantitated using total ion chromatogram peak areas. DTD is a good method for qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of complex mixtures, and in particular for quantitative analysis of plant samples, which can yield data without the traditional obligation for costly and time consuming extraction techniques. 相似文献

Thymus linearis (Benth. ex Benth) was collected from five distinct locations of western Himalaya (India) during the summer season. The hydro-distilled essential oil (yield 0.84-0.95%) was analysed by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of 56 constituents, representing 81.55% to 98.11% of the total oil composition, were identified. Thymol (52.28-66.65%), p-cymene (1.81-21.60%) and γ-terpinene (1.94-12.48%) were the major constituents in all populations. Other constituents identified in significant amounts were carvacrol, p-cymen-8-ol, borneol, terpinen-4-ol and thymol methyl ether. The presence of high phenol and essential oil contents in this species make it a suitable substitute for common thyme oil. 相似文献

Mushrooms are very popular in the market for their nutritional and medicinal use. Mushroom volatiles are not only an important factor in the flavor, but also contain many antioxidant compounds. Antioxidant activity is a very important property for disease prevention. The volatile compositional characteristics of straw mushrooms (Volvariella volvacea [Bull. ex Fr.] Sing.) and oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus [Jacq. ex Fr.] Kummer) during maturity and the mushroom antioxidant activity related to the non-volatiles and volatiles are studied by a chromatographic method in combination with a spectrophotometric method. The volatile compounds of straw and oyster mushrooms are sampled and identified by a combination sampling method, including headspace solid phase microextraction and steam distillation, followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection. Among all the volatile compounds identified, 1-octen-3-ol and 3-octanone are the two main compounds with the highest amounts in the volatile compositions of straw and oyster mushrooms. During maturity time of the straw mushrooms, the unsaturated 1-octen-3-ol peak area is reduced, whereas the saturated 3-octanone peak area is increased. However, during normal maturity time of oyster mushrooms, the peak areas of 1-octen-3-ol and 3-octanone remain at the same level. 1-Octen-3-ol has a different antioxidant activity from 3-octanone. Combining the results of antioxidant experiments of water extract and main volatile components by the use of a phosphomolybdenum spectrophotometric method, the conclusion is drawn that oyster mushrooms might possess stronger antioxidant activities than straw mushrooms. 相似文献

The volatiles from the fruits of Ammodaucus leucotrichus subsp. leucotrichus and subsp. nanocarpus (two endemic species, the first from North Africa and the second from the Canary Islands, Spain) were studied by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The major components of the volatiles of subsp. nanocarpus were found to be, beta-pinene (22.2-33.6%), bornyl angelate (20.6-21.8%) and camphor (8.3-11.7%) whereas in the fruits of subsp. leucotrichus, the main constituents were perillaldehyde (63.6%) and limonene (26.8%). We also suggest that subsp. nanocarpus should have the status of species and should be named Ammodaucus nanocarpus. 相似文献
