中国工业、环境和居民健康的相关性分析

通过向量自回归模型(VAR模型)和分位数回归模型来定量地分析我国工业发展水平、环境和居民健康之间的动态影响过程.研究表明:工业发展水平对环境污染影响以及环境污染对健康的影响都是持续增长的,从侧面反映了我国工业的发展仍是以环境污染为代价,并通过环境污染对居民健康造成了深远影响,最终导致居民死亡率的增加.     

邯郸市水资源承载力评价与预测研究

选取水资源评价指标体系,运用复合模糊评价模型,对201.2年邯郸市水资源承载力(WRCC)进行了评价,得出WRCC为0.4145,表明邯郸市处于可承载的中游水平.接着通过灰色预测方法对邯郸市2020年的主要相关指标进行预测,再次利用复合模糊评价模型对水资源承载力进行综合评价,得出WRCC为0.5495,表明邯郸市的水资源还处于可承载的范畴,而且比2012年的水资源承载能力有所提高,分析结果为邯郸市水资源的合理利用及可持续发展提供一定理论依据.     

基于中医健康云的健康养老服务平台设计与应用

中医健康云能将中医的特色化、标准化与大数据、人工智能应用完美融合。本文基于中医健康云技术和老龄群体对养老服务的迫切需求,对中医健康云服务平台和架构设计进行建设性研究,同时分析中医健康云平台的关键技术所在,进而提出中医健康云在健康养老服务中的应用设计。以期利用互联网与大数据,融合传统中医智慧,对老龄群体的健康进行动态跟踪与实时咨询,为老年群体提供及时、有效和针对性的健康养老服务。     

城镇居民体育健身行为整合理论模型的构建与系列实证

建立并验证基于计划行为理论和健康信念模式的城镇居民体育健身行为的整合模型;采用问卷调查、数理统计、结构方程模型等方法,针对部分城镇居民干预试验的基线数据建立计划行为理论和健康信念模式整合模型,同时利用追踪调查数据对模型进行验证和修正;主观控制感、行为意向是影响行为发生的重要因素,行为益处认知是帮助克服行为障碍认知和促进行为发生的重要因素;整合模型对居民体育健身行为具有较好的解释作用,并可以据此进行重点因素干预.     

基于手机信令大数据的城市居民出行OD预测

为得到具有客观性、动态性的居民出行起止点间交通出行量(OD trips),以中国移动手机信令大数据为基础,阐述了手机信令数据的来源与构成,针对城市居民出行目的,通过数据分析,设置10分钟为划分出行活动的阈值,提出基于手机信令数据获得的OD矩阵的原理与方法,应用数据挖掘技术,对贵阳市居民出行OD矩阵进行了预测.为进一步加强大数据与城市智能交通系统的融合,将得到的城市居民出行OD矩阵应用到真实的城市公交线网中.最后通过MicroCity平台,将数据结果实现可视化.分析结果表明:与传统OD调查方式相比,利用手机信令大数据获得的OD矩阵客观性、动态性较强,信息采集分析周期短,更容易与城市智能交通系统融合,应用可视化平台,可实时反映出城市公交运营状态,为城市智能规划和调度提供重要参考.     

对居民消费品限价政策效果的模拟研究

出于社会稳定、经济健康发展以及规避风险的需要,政府经常对居民消费品使用限价政策.为分析对消费品限价政策的效果,分别设置了5种情景,模拟在石油天然气开采部门产品提价时,不同限价政策对居民部门价格指数的抑制效果.以投入产出技术为模拟工具,利用生产时滞价格传导时序模型和2007年中国投入产出表进行了模拟.模拟提供的时间序列数据表明,限价政策对抑制价格风险有效,限价政策力度直接决定着对价格指数的抑制效果,限价政策只能降低而不能完全化解风险等结论.     

基于灰色GM(1.1)模型的预测研究——邯郸市城镇化水平预测

灰色GM(1.1)模型适合少量数据的系统预测.当随时间序列的数据只有少量几个,无法采用统计和其他的预测方法时,它作为一种少数据的系统预测十分有效.将1999-2003年5年中的邯郸的城镇化水平作为灰色预测的原始数据,建立邯郸市城镇化水平灰色预测模型,并采用残差估计进行模型检验.成功地建立了邯郸市城镇化水平灰色预测模型.     

家庭收入与父母受教育水平:哪个对孩子的健康更重要?

以中国健康营养调查2006年的数据为样本,本文估计了家庭收入和父母的受教育程度对小孩健康的影响。研究发现,家庭收入对小孩健康水平的提高有正向作用,但该作用并不显著。父母的受教育程度对小孩的健康有显著的改善作用,随着小孩年龄的增加,父母的受教育水平越有助于小孩健康水平的提高。另一个发现是,社区内家庭收入差距越大,小孩的健康状况越差。     

考虑大众健康数据共享回报的数据定价决策

健康大数据是健康数据平台(HDP)的重要资产。如何对其合理定价以激励大众共享健康数据并满足不同类型的数据需求就成为一个关键的科学问题。文章考虑数据价值和健康数据隐私级别,应用委托代理与激励机制理论,研究由HDP和数据需求方构成的健康数据供应链定价及大众共享数据货币回报等运营决策问题。研究发现：HDP可为不同隐私级别的数据制定最优价格。同时,平台给大众货币回报的增加会提升HDP数据的可变价格,但可降低固定价格及数据需求量;而货币回报最优决策的获得由隐私成本率决定。并且货币回报在一定条件下与供需数据匹配程度成正相关,与平台处理数据能力成负相关。数值分析表明低隐私数据固定价格随平台数据处理能力的增强先减小后增大。     

高科技企业健康度评价研究

高科技企业的生存和健康发展越来越受到各级政府的广泛关注。章以模糊数学和层次分析理论为指导构建了高科技企业健康度评价的指标体系和评价模型，评价过程不仅考虑了影响健康度的所有因素，而且保留了各级评价的全部信息。实例采用典型的高科技企业指标数据，评价结果直观地反映了高科技企业的实际情况。     

Qualitative Analysis of Bifurcating Solutions in the Lengyel-Epstein Model

One of the most fundamental problems in theoretical biology is to explain the mechanisms by which patterns and forms are created in the＇living world. In his seminal paper ＂The Chemical Basis of Morphogenesis＂, Turing showed that a system of coupled reaction-diffusion equations can be used to describe patterns and forms in biological systems. However, the first experimental evidence to the Turing patterns was observed by De Kepper and her associates（1990） on the CIMA reaction in an open unstirred reactor, almost 40 years after Turing＇s prediction. Lengyel and Epstein characterized this famous experiment using a system of reaction-diffusion equations. The Lengyel-Epstein model is in the form as follows     

RECENT PROGRESS ON SPHERICAL HARMONIC APPROXIMATION MADE BY BNU RESEARCH GROUP ——In memory of Professor Sun Yongsheng

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years （2001-2005）. The main topics are： convergence of Cesaro summability, a.e. and strong summability of Fourier-Laplace series; smoothness and K-functionals; Kolmogorov and linear widths.     

(0,1 ;0)-INTERPOLATION ON INFINITE INTERVAL (-∞, +∞)

In this paper, we study the explicit representation and convergence of (0, 1; 0)-interpolation on infinite interval, which means to determine a polynomial of degree ≤ 3n - 2 when the function values are prescribed at two set of points namely the zeros of Hn(x) and H′n(x) and the first derivatives at the zeros of H′n(x).     

On a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments in higher order Wiener chaoses

We study a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments belonging to higher order Wiener chaoses which are similar to Hermite processes. We obtain an almost sure wavelet-like expansion of these processes. This allows us to compute the pointwise and local Hölder regularity of sample paths and to analyse their behaviour at infinity. We also provide some results on the Hausdorff dimension of the range and graphs of multidimensional anisotropic self-similar processes with stationary increments defined by multiple Wiener–Itô integrals.     

A REPRESENTATION FORMULA RELATED TO SCHR(O)DINGER OPERATORS

Schr(o)dinger operator is a central subject in the mathematical study of quantum mechanics.Consider the Schrodinger operator H = -△ V on R, where △ = d2/dx2 and the potential function V is real valued. In Fourier analysis, it is well-known that a square integrable function admits an expansion with exponentials as eigenfunctions of -△. A natural conjecture is that an L2 function admits a similar expansion in terms of "eigenfunctions" of H, a perturbation of the Laplacian (see [7], Ch. Ⅺ and the notes), under certain condition on V.     

Boundedness for commutators of multipliers on Hardy type spaces

In this paper, we study the commutators generalized by multipliers and a BMO function. Under some assumptions, we establish its boundedness properties from certain atomic Hardy space Hb^p（R^n） into the Lebesgue space L^p with p 〈 1.     

A unified approach to certain problems of best local approximation

In this paper we study best local quasi-rational approximation and best local approximation from finite dimensional subspaces of vectorial functions of several variables. Our approach extends and unifies several problems concerning best local multi-point approximation in different norms.
