戊二酸(1)与3-芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(2a~2o)在相转移催化剂四丁基碘化铵和POCl3作用下, 高收率合成了一系列新的1,2-双[3-芳基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑-6-基]丙烷(3a~3o). 其结构经IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析确证. 相似文献

Abstract 1-Aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chlorides were selected as starting materials for the Boulton–Katritzky rearrangement. When 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole was acylated by 1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chlorides, 1-aryl-5-methyl-N-(5-methylisoxazol-3-yl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamides 5 were obtained and no further rearrangement occurred. On the other hand, when 1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbonyl chlorides were first converted into isothiocyanates by the reaction with KSCN and then were allowed to react with 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole 4 in one pot, intermediate thioureas were formed and spontaneously transformed in statu nascendi into 1,2,4-thiadiazole derivatives 6. 以芳亚甲基丙二腈或2-氰基-3-芳基丙烯酸酯和4-羟基喹啉-2-酮为原料, 水为溶剂, 在TEBA(三乙基苄基氯化铵)催化下90 ℃, 合成了2-氨基-4-芳基-5,6-二氢化-4H-吡喃[3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮衍生物. 和其它方法相比, 该反应具有反应条件温和, 产率高(87%~96%)和环境友好等优点. 产物的结构通过熔点, IR, 1H NMR和元素分析表征. 化合物3m的结构通过X单晶衍射分析确证. 相似文献

The reactions of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole, 5-aminotetrazole, and 2-aminobenzimidazole with 2-aryl-4-arylidene-4H-oxazol-5-ones (azlactones) were studied. The electron-releasing properties of the azole ring were demonstrated to influence the reaction pathway of azlactones with aminoazoles. The structures of the resulting compounds were established by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy using spin-spin decoupling and the nuclear Overhauser effect.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The reactions of substituted 3-cinnamoyl-4-hydroxycoumarins and 3-cinnamoyl-4-hydroxy-2-quinolones with different phenylhydrazines
gave 3-hetaryl-1H-4,5-dihydropyrazoles. The product structures were studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. 4-Hydroxy-3-pyrazo-linylcoumarins exist in DMSO as two tautomers (4-enol and chromane-2,4-dione),
while 4-hydroxy-3-pyrazolinyl-2-quinolones exist only in the enol form.

Abstract The resin-bound bismethylthiomethylene cyclic malonic acid ester 3 was built up efficiently. Resin 3 can react with arylamines and subsequent thermal cyclizations give 2-alkylthio-4-(1H)-quinolones. Furthermore, conjugate addition of Grignard reagents to the resin 3 forms the resin 6 which was reacted with aryl amines and subsequent thermal-cyclization-cleavages afford the 2-alkyl-4-(1H)-quinolones. 相似文献

基于二氢吡啶化合物的构效关系, 设计了一系列1,4-二氢-4-芳基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸酯新化合物. 含有易于水解基团的1,4-二氢-4-芳基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸酯类化合物在碱性条件下水解合成了重要中间体1,4-二氢-4-芳基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸单酯, 收率93%~99.8%. 该二羧酸单酯与α-溴代芳基乙酮在相转移剂催化下反应合成目标化合物, 收率74%~99%. 中间体和目标化合物经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS和元素分析等确证. 相似文献

AbstractWe report herein a new method for the synthesis of 4-aryl-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[g]chromene-2,5,10-triones 4 that proceeds in good yields (74–86%) and mild reaction conditions between readily available 2-amino-4-aryl-5,10-dioxo-5,10-dihydro-4H-benzo[g]chromene-3-carbonitriles 1, and formic acid (88%), at reflux for 6?h. 报道了2-氨基-6-氟-9-(4-羟基-3-羟甲基丁基)嘌呤(1)的合成, 通过对起始原料2-氨基-6-氯-9-(4-乙酰氧基-3-乙酰氧甲基丁基)嘌呤(2)水解脱去乙酰基, 得到2-氨基-6-氯-9-(4-羟基-3-羟甲基丁基)嘌呤(3). 化合物3与三甲胺乙醇溶液在混合溶剂[V(THF)∶V(DMF)=3∶1]中反应得到相应的氯化铵盐4, 然后与KF在DMF溶剂中反应, 得到化合物1. 产品经UV-vis, IR, 1H NMR, 19F NMR和MS表征. 考察了反应温度、氟化试剂等因素对氟化反应的影响, 为6位含氟的嘌呤核苷类化合物的合成提供了一种直接、简易的新方法. 相似文献

应用芳基异氰酸酯与烯基膦亚胺1的氮杂Wittig反应, 得到的碳二亚胺2, 再与水合肼作用得到氨基咪唑啉酮衍生物4. 而后用4与芳基异氰酸酯(或酰氯)、三苯基膦、六氯乙烷和三乙胺“一锅”反应, 得到4,5-二氢咪唑并[1,2-b]-1',2',4'-三唑-4-酮衍生物6或7. 探讨了所合成新型稠杂环化合物的生物活性, 结果表明部分化合物表现出良好的杀菌活性. 如7c在50 mg/L浓度时, 对棉花枯萎菌、稻瘟菌、黄瓜灰霉菌和油菜菌核菌的抑制率均达100%. 相似文献

The condensation of 2-aminoacetophenone with RFCO2Et (RF = CF3, CF2H, CF2CF2H) in the presence of LiH in THF or ButOK in ButOH affords either 2-polyfluoroalkyl-4-quinolones or 1-(2-polyfluoroacylaminophenyl)-3-polyfluoroalkylpropane-1,3-diones, depending on the ratio of the initial reactants. The latter are hydrolyzed in an acidic medium to produce 2-polyfluoroalkyl-4-quinolones. N-Methyl-2-trifluoromethyl-4-quinolone was synthesized from 2-aminoacetophenone, CF3CO2Et, and MeI in the presence of ButOK. 相似文献
