Silver was stabilized on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by chemical-reduction technique using N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as a reducing agent. The influence of silver on the performance of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was investigated by employing Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy (RAS), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), zeta potential measurement, scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and reflectance spectroscopy (RS). FTIR as well as RS methods evidenced the synthesis procedure using chemical reduction method was successful. Performing TGA of the samples under oxygen atmosphere demonstrated that the silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) generated on MWCNTs surface can decrease the thermal stability of the particles by the catalytic oxidation of CNTs. In contrary, the thermal stability of the MWCNTs has improved under nitrogen atmosphere. EDX results showed the presence of Ag, Au and Co on the surface of deposited sample. The synthesised silver multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Ag–MWCNTs) were found to have higher UV reflection activity compared with untreated particles. The Ag–CNTs can be used in producing anti-UV composites.  相似文献

A series of novel fluorinated benzoxazole polymers (6FPBO) with high thermal stability and low dielectric constant were synthesized by copolymerization of 1,3-diamino-4, 6-dihydroxybenzene dihydrochloride (DAR), purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and various amount of 4′4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) bis(benzoic acid) (BIS-B-AF) in the medium of polyphosphoric acid (PPA). 6FPBO fibers were then obtained via dry-jet wet-spinning technique and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), broadband dielectric spectrometer, single fiber tensile testing machine, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The FTIR spectrum of 6FPBO fibers indicated that the fluorine groups were incorporated into PBO molecular chains successfully. TGA curves revealed that 6FPBO fibers possessed high thermal stability, just as pure PBO fibers. Moreover, the dielectric constant spectra of 6FPBO showed that the polymers had low dielectric constant, especially in the range of high-frequency.  相似文献

In the present work, the pure polyamide6 (PA6) nanofiber and PA6/organically modified montmorillonite (O-MMT) composite nanofiber were firstly prepared by a facile compounding process with electrospinning, and then coated by nanosize Fe2O3 using magnetron sputter technique. The effects of Fe2O3 sputter coating on structures, surface morphology and thermal stability were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), atomic force microscope (AFM) and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), respectively. The SEM images showed that the diameters of composite nanofiber were decreased with the loadings of O-MMT and the nanosize Fe2O3 is well coated on the surface of the homogeneous and cylindrical nanofibers. The XPS spectra reflected the chemical features of the deposited nanostructures. The EDX confirmed the presence of the O-MMT and Fe2O3 in the fibers. The AFM observation revealed that there was a remarkable difference in the surface morphology of composite nanofiber before and after sputter coating. The TGA analysis indicated the barrier effects of silicate clay layers and catalysis effects of Fe2O3 improved thermal stability properties of the composite nanofiber.  相似文献

本文采用共聚合法,以过硫酸钾作为发剂,N-N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,亚硫酸钠作为催化剂,合成了不同组成的SAPC样品系列.对比不同样品,找出中国粘土含量和丙烯酸含量对吸水和保水能力的影响.与原始粘土相比,中国粘土在SAPC中的层间距离有所扩大.SAPC中粘土含量对吸水性的影响表明,在45%含量以下,水的吸收率随粘土含量的增加而增加,而粘土含量的进一步增加降低了水的吸收性.在不同丙烯酸重量百分比样品中,最佳吸收率在丙烯酸重量百分比25%~35%之间.所得聚合物复合材料具有约190 g/g的高吸水性.  相似文献

Adsorption of octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) on mesoporous SBA-15 has been studied by using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. BET surface area analysis shows decrease of surface area from 930 to 416 m2/g after OTS adsorption. SEM pictures show close attachment of SBA-15 particles. EDAX measurements show increase of carbon weight percentage and decrease of oxygen and silicon weight percentage. XPS results closely support EDAX analysis. FTIR spectra shows presence of methyl (-CH3) and methylene (-CH2) bands and oriented OTS monolayer on SBA-15. Thermo-gravimetric analysis shows that the OTS adsorbed on SBA-15 are stable up to a temperature of 230 °C and that the OTS monolayers decompose between 230 and 400 °C.  相似文献

A series of polyimide (PI)-silica hybrid nanocomposites are prepared from 3,3′,4,4′biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA)-4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA) polyamic acid (PAA) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) or tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) by the sol-gel process. 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (3-APS) is used to enhance the interfacial interaction between polyimide and silica. The morphology, interfacial interaction, and properties of the hybrids are investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV-vis spectroscopy, atomic force microscope (AFM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). SEM and AFM images indicate that silica particles of ca. 45-55 nm size are uniformly distributed in polyimide matrices and that the interfacial interaction between PI and TEOS is better than that between PI and TMOS. The optical transparencies of the PI/TEOS hybrids are better than that of the PI/TMOS hybrids. FTIR spectra confirm the Si O Si bond as well as the conversion of PAA to polyimide and PI/silica hybrid films. The thermal stability is increased after incorporation of the silicas in the polyimide matrix.  相似文献

For the first time, Cadmium tungstate (CdWO4)-TiO2 composite nanofilms on a glass substrate were prepared by means of the dip-coating technique, in which collodion was used as a dispersant and film-forming agent. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermo gravimetric and thermal analyses (TG/DTA), FTIR and photoluminescence (PL) methods, respectively. SEM and XRD characterization of these films indicated that CdWO4 particles crystallized in a monoclinic wolframite-type structure whereas TiO2 particles were Anatase phase; and both of them were well distributed in the nanofilms. FTIR spectra proved the presence of CdWO4 on the nanofilms. Photoluminescent results showed that the emitting peak of CdWO4 films blue shifted slightly relative to that of CdWO4 crystal. Moreover, the PL intensity of CdWO4-TiO2 composite nanofilm was much higher than that of CdWO4 nanofilm. We ascribed that the introduction of TiO2 should be responsible for the PL enhancement.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Zn2SiO4基质中掺杂Eu3+,合成了红色荧光粉Zn2SiO4:Eu3+.通过样品的X射线衍射光谱、红外光谱、扫描电镜以及光致发光光谱的测试和表征,研究了Zn2SiO4:Eu3+的内部结构和发光特性.扣描电镜结果显示样品为球状荧光粉,颗粒直径为1~3μm.在395 nm激发下,样品在613 nm处发射出很强的红光.结合荧光光谱,分析了样品的退火温度,Eu3+的浓度,电荷补偿剂Li+的浓度对样品发光强度的影响.研究发现,红色荧光粉Zn2SiO4:Eu3+的发光强度随退火温度的升高而增加,发光强度随Eu3+和Li+浓度的增加先增大后减小.  相似文献

To obviate the brittleness and improve the mechanical properties of poly(tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate) (PTHFMA), clay mineral nano-composites of PTHFMA with two different montmorillonites (MMT), Cloisite® 20A and Cloisite® 30B, were prepared. The mechanical properties were investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and nanoindentation. The thermal properties of the nano-composites were studied using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). According to the DMA results, tanδ was increased by addition of the clay, leading to the improvement in the mechanical properties which was also confirmed by the nanoindentation results. TGA thermograms showed better thermal stability for the nano-composites compared to that of the homopolymer. Considering all results, the clay mineral polymer nano-composites (CPN) with Cloisite® 20A exhibited better properties compared to those with Cloisite® 30B. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) micrographs, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns validated intercalation-exfoliation of the clay mineral layers for the Cloisite 20A and intercalation of the Cloisite 30B in the polymer matrix.  相似文献

A series CdS/PVA nanocomposite films with different amount of Cd salt have been prepared by means of the in situ synthesis method via the reaction of Cd2+-dispersed poly vinyl-alcohol (PVA) with H2S. The as-prepared films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) absorption, photoluminescence (PL) spectra, Fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The XRD results indicated the formation of CdS nanoparticles with hexagonal phase in the PVA matrix. The primary FTIR spectra of CdS/PVA nanocomposite in different processing stages have been discussed. The vibrational absorption peak of CdS bond at 405 cm−1 was observed, which further testified the generation of CdS nanoparticles. The TGA results showed incorporation of CdS nanoparticles significantly altered the thermal properties of PVA matrix. The photoluminescence and UV-vis spectroscopy revealed that the CdS/PVA films showed quantum confinement effect.  相似文献

SiC films doped with aluminum (Al) were prepared by the rf-magnetron sputtering technique on p-Si substrates with a composite target of a single crystalline SiC containing several Al pieces on the surface. The as-deposited films were annealed in the temperature range of 400-800 °C under nitrogen ambient. The thin films have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the introduction of Al into films hinders crystalline formation process. And with the increase of annealing temperature, more Si particles are formed in the films, which strongly affect the optical absorption properties. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the samples show two peaks at 370 nm and 412 nm. The intensities of the PL peaks are evidently improved after Al doped. We attribute the origin of the two PL peaks to a kind of Si-related defect centres. The obtained results are expected to have important applications in modern optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

利用超声波的分散和粉碎作用,对纳米Al粒子进行了表面疏水处理。然后,以无水乙醇为反应介质,苯乙烯为单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,在氮气保护环境下,利用超声波的活化和引发作用,引发苯乙烯单体在纳米Al粒子表面进行分散聚合反应,制备出了纳米铝粉/聚苯乙烯包覆粒子。最后,运用多种测试手段对纳米Al/PS包覆粒子形貌、粒径大小及分布、表面特性、化学组成及结构等进行了表征。测试结果表明,所制备的纳米Al/PS包覆粒子已经形成了完整的球型核壳包覆结构,表面完整无缺陷,粒径大小约为2.0 m。  相似文献

Nano-Sb2O3 particles and brominated epoxy resin (BEO) powders were dispersed in poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) by high energy ball milling (HEBM). Then the nanocomposites were prepared by a twin screw extruder. The influence of the nano-Sb2O3 particles on the crystallization, thermal stability, flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the PBT/BEO/nano-Sb2O3 composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 tests and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the nano-Sb2O3 particles improved the crystallizability, thermal stability and flame retardancy properties of the PBT/BEO/nano-Sb2O3 composites. When the content of nano-Sb2O3 particles was 2.0?wt%, the LOI of nano-Sb2O3/BEO/PBT composites increased from 22.0 to 27.8 and the tensile strength reached its maximum value (62.44?MPa), which indicated that the optimum value of flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PBT/BEO/nano-Sb2O3 composites were obtained.  相似文献

A simple sonochemical method was developed to synthesize uniform sphere-like or cubic Co(3)O(4) and Mn(3)O(4) nanocrystals by using acetate salts and sodium hydroxide or tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) as precursors. Influence of some parameters such as time of reaction, alkali salts, and power of the ultrasound and the molar ratio of the starting materials on the size, morphology and degree of crystallinity of the products was studied. 西北旱作农田黄土指纹图谱的光谱学鉴定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、 X射线衍射(XRD)、 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR) 等手段对西北典型旱作农田黄土样品进行表征,Tessier连续提取法分析黄土Pb的赋存形态及含量。结果发现:黄土样品比表面积较大 (291 m2·g-1),粉粒土壤占到80.87%的比例。黄土表面轮廓清晰,可见颗粒聚集形成叠片状结构,晶片厚约3~5 μm。黄土矿物相主要为石英和钾云母,同时含有少量钾长石和蛇纹石等。FTIR图谱表明高岭石和方解石也是构成黄土样品的重要组分,但有机质的特征峰不明显,说明土样中有机质含量较低。Tessier连续提取法表明:土样中Pb全量比陕西省和全国土壤Pb的平均含量要高,其中残渣态Pb占Pb全量的64.04%。黄土指纹图谱的鉴定可以为后续污染土壤修复研究提供参考。  相似文献

Three zwitterionic surfactants, dodecyl dimethyl carboxylbetaine (DCB), dodecyl dimethyl sulfobetaine (DSB) and N-dodecyl-β-aminoprpionate (DAP), intercalated into NiZn-layered hydroxide salts (NZL-DCB, NZL-DSB and NZL-DAP) were synthesized by the coprecipitation method. The effect of surfactant content, pH, temperature and time of hydrothermal treatment on preparation was investigated and discussed. The NZL-DCB, NZL-DSB and NZL-DAP were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermogravimetry analysis and differential thermal analysis (TGA/DTA). The results showed that basal spacings of NZL-DCB, NZL-DSB and NZL-DAP were around 3.45, 3.68 and 3.94 nm, respectively. DCB, DSB and DAP probably form an overlapped bilayer in the gallery. TGA/DTA data indicated that NZL-DCB, NZL-DSB and NZL-DAP displayed three loss weight stages: loss of adsorbed and structural water, dehydroxylation of matrix and decomposition of nitrate ions, decomposition and combustion of surfactants. Furthermore, chemical analysis data, BET surface area and scanning electron microscopic (SEM) were also measured and analyzed.  相似文献

A series of phenolic resin-polyphenylsilsesquioxane (PR-PPSQ) composites were prepared by in situ formation from phenyltriethoxysilane (PTES) precursor during polymerization of the PR. The precursor was firstly hydrolyzed in a solution, and then the sol was added to the PR polymerization system. The structures of the composites were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and solid-state 29Si nuclear magnetic resonance (Si-NMR). The PPSQs were spherical particles with a diameter of about 3 µm and nearly uniformly dispersed in the matrix, as revealed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The influence of PTES content on the thermal behavior of the PR was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in nitrogen and air atmospheres. The results showed that the onset temperature and residual weight of the composite containing 20 wt% PTES content were improved by 47°C and 8.4%, respectively, compared to the pure PR. The thermal oxidative stability was also greatly increased; the 50 wt% weight loss temperature rose from 567°C for PR to 601°C. The flexural strength of the composites was improved; in particular, the value of the composite containing 15 wt% PTES content was elevated by 32% (from 41.66 to 55.33 MPa).  相似文献

Abstract

Liquid polybutadiene rubber (LPB) was blended with poly(lactic acid) (PLA) through reactive and non-reactive routes to enhance the toughness of the PLA. The reactively blended PLA (PBR10) was prepared by melt blending the PLA with the LPB in the presence of dicumyl peroxide (DCP), a radical initiator, while the PB10 was just melt blended without the DCP. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) patterns were used to study the molecular structure of the blends. Properties were investigated through universal testing machine (UTM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, and rheological measurements. The results indicated that the radical crosslinking by the DCP could increase the compatibility between the PLA and LPB and disperse the rubber particles at the nanoscale in the PLA matrix. As a result, the toughness and melt viscosity of the PLA was significantly enhanced through the reactive blending, which is promising for the practical application of the modified PLA in the area of packaging.  相似文献

东北4种典型土壤粘粒矿物的初步表征   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
以黑土、白浆土、棕壤和褐土为研究对象,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对东北4种典型土壤的粘粒矿物进行了表征,结果显示,它们属于蒙脱石型图谱。4种土壤的主要矿物成分均为石英,但黑土和白浆土还有蒙脱石和高山石等成分,棕壤和褐土还有高山石和云母等成分。黑土、棕壤和褐土的粘土矿物颗粒均呈层状结构,表面具有十分明显的非均匀特性,其中黑土粘土矿物表面粗糙不平,而棕壤和褐土的粘土矿物表面比黑土要光滑;与此相反,白浆土的粘土矿物表面轮廓清晰、表面光滑,且有较多的空洞。分析结果表明土壤粘粒矿物的组成和特性可以利用土样的光谱特征进行分析和检验,得到的信息是准确有效的。  相似文献
