关于次中紧空间

本文得到如下主要结果：一个空间是次中紧的当且仅当它的每令定向开覆盖有σ-闭包保持闭加细使得它被一切紧子集组成的族所加细；次中紧空间在闭的紧覆盖映射下的象是次中紧的；一个空间是可度量的当且仅当它是次中紧的Moore空间。     

连通度量空间的映象

拓扑空间X称为s连通,若X不能表示为两个非空的不相交的序列开集之并.本文纠正了A.Fedeli 和A.Le Donne关于连通度量空间映象的错误论证,证明了s连通性可刻画为连通度量空间的连续的序列覆盖映象,从而导出连通的序列空间(或FrEchet空间)可刻画为连通度量空间的商映象(或伪开映象),回答了V.V.Tkachuk在Proc.Amer.Math Soc.上提出的问题.     

空间的几种超投影性质及其局部化

讨论Banach空间几种超投影性质(及其相应的局部化性质)之间的关系,证明了在Banach空间X自反的条件下,X是l_p-次投影空间的充要条件是X^*是l_p-超投影空间,X是局部l_p-次投影空间的充要条件是X^*是局部l_p-超投影空间,以及X是局部次投影空间的充要条件是X^*是局部超投影的。其中1/p+1/q=1(p>1,q>1)。     

一致覆盖和度量空间的紧映象

本文利用一致覆盖的概念,讨论了度量空间的序列覆盖紧映象的结构.主要结果有: (1)空间X是局部可分度量空间的序列覆盖紧映象当且仅当X具有由cosmic子空间构成的一致sn网; (2)空间X是局部可分度量空间的序列覆盖,商紧映象当且仅当X是度量空间的序列覆盖,商紧映象且是局部cosmic空间.     

On the Borelness of the intersection operation

We study the intersection operation of closed linear subspaces in a separable Banach space. We show that if the ambient space is quasi-reflexive, then the intersection operation is Borel. On the other hand, if the space contains a closed subspace with a Schauder decomposition into infinitely many non-reflexive spaces, then the intersection operation is not Borel. As a corollary, for a closed subspace of a Banach space with an unconditional basis, the intersection operation of the closed linear subspaces is Borel if and only if the space is reflexive. We also consider the intersection operation of additive subgroups in an infinite-dimensional separable Banach space, and show that if this intersection operation is Borel then the space is hereditarily indecomposable.

证明了如下结果：（l）拓扑空间X具有局评可数弱基当且仅当X＃A星空间的1一序列复盖商ss-掩映象；（2）拓升空间X具有局都可数基当且仅当XRk量空间的2一序列复盖商ss一映象．     

p-算子空间上的框架逼近和嵌入

介绍了p-算子空间上的p-完全有界框架概念.证明了可分p-算子空间X上存在p-完全有界框架当且仅当X满足p-完全有界逼近性质当且仅当X能够p-完全可补嵌入有p-完全有界基的p-算子空间.对于满足p-完全有界逼近性质的非可分的p-算子空间,还证明了其任意可分子空间均可以p-完全同构嵌入到有p-完全有界框架的p-算子空间.     

关于线性变换的像空间与核空间的直和

讨论数域P上有限维线性空间V上线性变换A的方幂A~k的像空间ImA~k与核空间KerA~k的直和,并将结论推广到无限维线性空间.证明了:V=ImA~k+KerA~k当且仅当ImA~k=ImA~(k+1),以及ImA~k∩KerA~k=0当且仅当KerA~k=KerA~(k+1).     

A characterization of dual spaces

A Banach space is a dual space if and only if it is isometric to the space of uniform functions on a set with graded constraints.     

基与拟基的关系

我们研究了某些基与拟基的关系,证明了空间具有有限秩的基当且仅当它有有限秩的拟基,空间具有正交基当且仅当它有正交的拟基．     

ech-complete spaces and the upper topology

Let X be a topological space and let be the set of all compact subsets of X. The purpose of this note is to prove the following: if X is regular and q-space, then X is Lindelöf and ech-complete if and only if there exists a continuous map f from a Lindelöf and ech-complete space Y to the space endowed with the upper topology, such that f(Y) is cofinal in . This result extends the following result of Saint Raymond and Christensen: if X is separable metrizable, then X is a Polish space if and only if the space endowed with the Vietoris topology is the continuous image of a Polish space.     

赋Orlicz范数的Orlicz-Bochner空间E_M(μ,X)的对偶空间

本文研究了Orlicz-Bochner空间E_M(μ,X)的对偶空间的充分必要条件.运用Radon-Nikodym性质,给出Orlicz-Bochner空间L_((N))(μ,X~*)为E_M(μ,X)~*的对偶空间当且仅当X~*具Radon-Nikodym性质,提升了Orlicz空间及Lebesgue-Bochner空间的相关结论.     

Operators on the orthogonal complement of the Dirichlet space

In this paper we prove that a dual Hankel operator is zero if and only if its symbol is orthogonal to the Dirichlet space in the Sobolev space, and characterize the symbols for (semi-)commuting dual Toeplitz operators on the orthogonal complement of the Dirichlet space in Sobolev space.     

强零维度量空间的刻画

本文研究了强零维度量空间,借助点星弱邻域网刻画了强零维度量空间,获得了强零维度量空间等价于具有离散覆盖列的点星弱邻域网的非空正则空间,回答了葛英提出的一个问题.     

ON LKUR SPACES

In this paper it is proved that if X is an LKUR space,then X has(H)property andif X is an LKUR space,then X has RNP.Also,if M is a Chebyshev subspace of LKURspace,then P(M) is continuous.     

On Commutators of Idempotents

It is shown that a pair of idempotent operators on a Banach space is triangularizable if their commutator is nilpotent. Moreover, if every operator on Hilbert space has an invariant subspace, then a pair of idempotents on Hilbert space is triangularizable if their commutator is quasinilpotent. These results are generalized from idempotents to quadratic operators.

It is shown that a pair of idempotent operators on a Banach space is triangularizable if their commutator is nilpotent. Summability and vector amarts

We show that an operator is absolutely summing if and only if it maps amarts into uniform amarts, from which we can deduce a theorem of A. Bellow and another of Edgar-Sucheston. We also show that the absolute value of a Banach lattice valued potential is a potential if and only if the lattice is an A-M space from which we deduce that the L¹-bounded amarts form a Ricsz space if and only if the space is finite dimensional.     

On the Quasinormal Convergence of Functions

Mathematical Notes - In the paper, it is proved that a topological space $$X$$ is a $$QN$$ -space if and only if every image of the space $$X$$ under a Baire mapping to the Baire space...     

Orthogonally Complemented Subspaces in Banach Spaces

In this paper, we extend the Moreau (Riesz) decomposition theorem from Hilbert spaces to Banach spaces. Criteria for a closed subspace to be (strongly) orthogonally complemented in a Banach space are given. We prove that every closed subspace of a Banach space X with dim X ≥ 3 (dim X ≤ 2) is strongly orthognally complemented if and only if the Banach space X is isometric to a Hilbert space (resp. strictly convex), which is complementary to the well-known result saying that every closed subspace of a Banach space X is topologically complemented if and only if the Banach space X is isomorphic to a Hilbert space.
