Cu(CH3COO)2 和4 氨基 3,5 二甲基 1,2,4 三氮唑反应制得标题化合物的单晶[Cu2(CH3COO)4(C4H8N4)2]·2CH3CN。晶体属三斜晶系 ,空间群 ,a=8.266(2),b=8.585(2),c=10.741(2) ,α=75.58(3),β=88.46(3),γ=86.35(3)°,V=736.7(3) 3 ,Z=1,Dc=1.509g·cm 3,F(000)=346,μ=1.502mm 1 。X 射线衍射结构分析表明 ,Cu2(CH3COO)4(C4H8N4)2 单元是中心对称的双核配合物 ,两个铜原子间距为2.698 。每个金属原子被围成四方锥的配位结构 ,四个乙酸根配体中最近的四个氧原子处在底面上[Cu O=1.965(3)~1.986(3) ] ,一个4 氨基 3,5 二甲基 1,2,4 三氮唑配体位于顶点位置Cu N=2.172 。 相似文献

以Ti(OBu)4为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2,其结构经XRD,DRS及IR表征。以SO4^2-/TiO2为催化剂,通过乙酸与戊醇反应合成了乙酸戊酯。讨论了影响酯化率的主要因素。实验结果表明,当催化剂用量为0.6g,乙酸87.3mmol,醇酸摩尔比为1.4:1.0,于115℃反应6h时,平行实验的平均酯化率可达94.2%。 相似文献

在Mg(ClO4):催化下,2-取代-4-甲酰基-1,2,3-三唑代替传统的芳香醛与β-环己二酮在乙腈介质中进行缩合反应生成氧杂葸,反应时间为5~6 h,产率75%~86%.该方法具有操作简便、反应时间短及产率高等优点,为此类化合物的合成提供了一种有效的新方法.在没有催化剂的体系中,反应生成的是氧杂蒽开环产物. 相似文献

复合型固体超强酸SO4^2-/SnO2-TiO2催化合成乙酸松油酯的研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了新型复合固体超强酸SO4^2-/SnO2-TiO2,通过XRD和IR对其结构进行了表征。以该固体酸为催化剂、松油醇和乙酸酐为原料合成乙酸松油酯,考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明:反应温度40-50℃、催化剂用量1.8-—2.2%、醇酐摩尔比1:1.6、反应时间4-5h是最适宜的反应条件,其松油醇转化率达到98%以上,产物中乙酸松油酯含量为88%。与普通单氧化物固体酸比较,该复合型固体酸有更高的催化活性和选择性。 相似文献

In a search for novel agrochemical with high activity and low toxicity, a series of substituted 4,5-dihydro-imidazol-5-one containing selenomorpholine group were synthesized by a three-step synthetic route starting from 2-azido-3-aryl-acrylic acid ethyl ester. The structures of title compounds were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay against GibbereUa zeae, Fusarium oxysporum, Pellicularia sasakii, Physalospora piricola and Cercospora beticola indicated that most title compounds displayed fungicidal activity at the concentration of 50 ppm and compounds 41,4n, 40 were found to have particularly high activities against Physalospora piricola. A further in vivo test showed that compounds 41, 4n and 4o possessed better fungicidal activity against Physalospora piricola at a concentration of 100 ppm than Carbendazim. To our knowledge, this is first report that 4,5-dihy-dro-imidazol-5-one containing selenomorpholine group display fungicidal activity against Physalospora piricola. 相似文献

The title compound, 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl) thioacetamide was synthesized by several reactions from 4-methoxyacetophenone, triazole and phenyl isothiocyanate. The structure was identified by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR, MS and IR. The single crystal structure of 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl)thioacetamide was determined withX-ray diffraction.
