| 摘 要： | 以噻吩为原料，经乙酰基反应、氧化重排生成2-噻吩乙酸甲酯(2)，2经水解得2-噻吩乙酸(3)，总收率53．0％，其结构经IR和^1H NMR确证。

| Abstract: | Thiopheneacetic acid was synthesized by the reaction of acetyliation, oxidation rearrangement, hydrolysis of methyl 2-thiopheneacetate with the overall yield of 53.0%, and its structure was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. |
