三维荧光光谱法连续测定苯胺、二苯胺和N-甲基苯胺   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文比较了苯胺、二苯胺、N-甲基苯胺的二维荧光光谱和三维荧光光谱。提出了同时测定苯胺,二苯胺和N甲基苯胺的分析方法,它们的浓度分别在2.0×10~(-7)~5.0×10~(-6)mol/L,9.0×10~(-8)~7.4×10~(-6)mol/L,1.3×10~(-7)~2.0×10~(-8)mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10~(-7)mol/L,8.0×10~(-9)mol/L,1.0×10~(-7)mol/L.相对标准偏差分别为5%,7%,7%.此方法用于混合样品和工业废水的分析,获得较满意的结果.  相似文献

提出一种测定痕量铋的微分吸附计时电位法.利用悬汞电极作工作电极,置富集电位于0.10 V,在0.015 mol/L HAc-0.005 mol/L NaAc-7.5×10-7 mol/L芦丁的底液中,测定铋(Ⅲ)的线性范围为1.0×10-10~7.5×10-8 mol/L,检出限为5×10-11 mol/L.探讨了影响方法灵敏度的主要因素,研究了电极过程.利用此法测定了中草药样品中的铋含量,结果满意.  相似文献

在pH 10,0.04 mol/L的NH3*H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,钴-百里香酚酞在NaNO2存在下,于-1.25 V(vs.SCE)产生一尖锐、灵敏的二次导数极谱波,峰电流与钴(Ⅱ)浓度在5.0×10-8~5.0×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-8 mol/L.研究了该波的性质,证明该波为吸附波.方法用于维生素B12中痕量钴的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

高效毛细管电泳电化学检测同时测定了6种茶叶中的咖啡因、表儿茶素和抗坏血酸的含量,考察了实验参数对分离、检测的影响。在最佳实验条件下,以300 靘直径的碳圆盘电极为检测电极,检测电极为1.20 V(vs.SCE),在25 mmol/L硼酸盐25 mmol/L磷酸盐(pH 7.6)的混合运行缓冲液中,上述各组分在16 min内能完全分离。咖啡因、表儿茶素和抗坏血酸在2×10-3mol/L~1×10-5 mol/L、5×10-5mol/L~5×10-7mol/L、2×10-4 mol/L~1×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限分别为6×10-6mol/L、4×10-7mol/L和1×10-6mol/L。该法直接用于茶叶中咖啡因、表儿茶素和抗坏血酸的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

在含有 3.6×10-3mol/L 的 VOSO4、6.0×10-5mol/L 的 3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(DHBA)、 0.1mol/L 的甲酸盐缓冲溶液(pH3.3)体系中,Sn(Ⅳ)-DHBA 络合物产生一灵敏的吸附平行催化波,峰电位在 -0.52 V(vs.SCE).二次导数波高与锡浓度在 3.4×10-10~5.1×10-7mol/L 范围内呈良好线性关系.检出限达浓度 2×10-10mol/L .研究了催化波的性质和电极反应机理.方法已应用于罐头食品中微量锡的测定.  相似文献

研究了吲哚乙酸与磷钼杂多酸在浓度为 0 .0 3 mol/L的硫酸介质中发生氧化还原反应 ,形成的还原产物 (钼蓝 )在 NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液 (p H8.4)中最大吸收波长为 314 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε值为 3.5 4× 10 4L· mol-1·cm-1 ,吲哚乙酸含量在 5 .0× 10 -7~ 5 .0× 10 -5 mol/L范围内符合比尔定律 ,检出限为 1.0× 10 -7mol/L,对 2 .0 0× 10 -5 mol/L吲哚乙酸测定 10次的相对标准偏差为 6 .42 % ,加标回收率为 94.2 %~ 10 0 .1%  相似文献

研究了钒 荧光镓(LMG)络合物在碳糊电极上的吸附伏安行为,发现其在+0.81V(vs.SCE)的阳极二次导数峰电流与钒(V)的浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系。在pH=4.3的0.26mol/L的HAc NH4Ac缓冲溶液中,于+0.4V富集,从+0.4至+1.4V以300mV/s线性扫描,方法线性范围为4.0×10-9~1.0×10-7mol/L(5.0×10-7mol/LLMG)和1.0×10-7~1.2×10-6mol/L(2.0×10-6mol/LLMG),检出限为1.0×10-9mol/L(S/N=3)。该法用于煤飞灰,粉煤灰和水样中钒的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

提出了一种测定戊二醛的新的化学发光分析法.基于在硫酸介质中戊二醛增强铈(IV)氧化钌(II)-联吡啶的化学发光强度.在优化后的条件下,方法的线性范围和检测限分别为2.5×10-6~2.5×10-3 mol/L和3.1×10-7 mol/L戊二醛.拟定的方法体系简单,用于消毒液中戊二醛含量的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

提出了Ru(bipy) 2+ 3-CO 2- 3-SO 2- 3-KClO 3体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐的方法.SO 2- 3浓度与化学发光强度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L 范围内成正比,检出限为8.76×10-8 mol/L,对1.0×10-4 mol/L SO2-3溶液6次测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%.该法用三乙醇胺作为吸收液,成功地用于测定空气中二氧化硫的含量,结果满意.  相似文献

建立了测定紫草素的单扫描极谱分析方法;在0.03mol/LNa2CO3+0.2mol/LNaOH(pH=12.63)底液中,紫草素于-0.60V(SCE)处有一灵敏的二次导数还原峰,电流峰高与浓度在7.0×10-8~5.6×10-7mol/L和6.0×10-7~4.2×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为3.5×10-8mol/L;用于中药紫草中紫草素的测定,结果良好;同时还研究了紫草素的电极反应机理.  相似文献

A novel electrode was prepared by implanting NH2 + into an ITO film (NH2/ITO). Gold nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of NH2/ITO electrode. The NH2/ITO and Au/NH2/ITO electrodes were used to determine hemoglobin (Hb) immobilized on the electrodes surfaces. The relationship of the reductive peak current value of Hb among different electrodes was: Hb/ITO:Hb/Au/ITO:Hb/NH2/ITO:Hb/Au/NH2/ITO=1:1.5:2:4. The linkage between the –NH2 implanted into ITO film and the –COOH of Hb was recognized to be the reason for the increase of active Hb coverage on NH2/ITO electrode compared with the ITO electrode. Increase of active Hb coverage on Au/NH2/ITO compared with Au/ITO was attributed to the different amount of gold nanoparticles deposited. The determination of Hb at an Au/NH2/ITO electrode was optimized. Calibration curve was obtained over the range of 1.0 × 10−8 – 1.0 × 10−6 mol · L−1 with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10−8 mol · L−1. Results showed that the novel NH2/ITO and Au/NH2/ITO electrodes exhibited good stability, reproducibility besides better electrochemical performance. Nicotinamide (NA) yields a polarographic catalytic wave with a peak potential –1.38 V (vs. SCE) in 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc (pH 4.7)/4 × 10–3 mol/L KIO3 buffer solution. The sensitivity of the catalytic wave increased in one order of magnitude as compared to that of the responding reduction wave without KIO3. Based on this observation, a new method for the determination of NA was recommended. The second order derivative peak current was proportional to the NA concentration in the range of 5 × 10–8 – 6 × 10–7 mol/L. 0.11-fold vitamin B1, 0.13-fold B2, 0.14-fold B6 and 8-fold nicotinic acid amounts do not interfere the determination of 1 × 10–6 mol/L NA. The proposed method was used to determine the NA content in multivitamin tablets, with good agreement to the declared amount. A simple and fast flow injection fluorescence quenching method for the determination of iron in water has been developed. Fluorimetric determination is based on the measurement of the quenching effect of iron on salicylic acid fluorescence. An emission peak of salicylic acid in aqueous solution occurs at 409 nm with excitation at 299 nm. The carrier solution used was 2 × 10−6 mol L−1 salicylic acid in 0.1 mol L−1 NH4+/NH3 buffer solution at pH 8.5. Linear calibration was obtained for 5–100 μg L−1 iron(III) and the relative standard deviation was 1.25 % (n = 5) for a 20 μL injection volume iron(III). The limit of detection was 0.3 μg L−1 and the sampling rate was 60 h−1. The effect of interferences from various metals and anions commonly present in water was also studied. The method was successfully applied to the determination of low levels of iron in real samples (river, sea, and spring waters).  相似文献

 A differential pulse voltammetric method for the determination of nitrate has been described, which is applicable to the analysis of natural water samples with nitrate levels greater than 2.8 × 10−6 M. A reduction peak for the nitrate ions at a freshly copper plated glassy carbon electrode was observed at about −0.50 V vs Ag ∣AgCl∣KClsatd electrode in a solution of 2.0 × 10−2 M Cu2+, 0.5 M H2SO4 and 1.0 × 10−3 M KCl and exploited for analytical purposes. The working linear range was established by regression analysis and found to extend from 2.8 ×10−6 M to 8.0 × 10−5 M. The proposed method was applied for the determination of nitrate in natural waters. The detection limit of the method was 2.8 × 10−6 M and the sensitivity was 0.9683 A·L/mol. The possible interferences by some ions such as phosphate, nitrite and some halides were determined and found to lead to shifts of the peak position and increasing the peak heights. A highly selective method for the deter- mination of gold by anodic stripping voltammetry is described. For preconcentration a glassy carbon electrode, activated by deposition of small amounts of gold before the measurement, is proposed. The Au3+ reduction process at such an electrode is effective starting with the potential +0.4 V vs. Ag/AgCl electrode. A linear dependence of the current of the gold stripping peak on the gold concentration was obtained in the range from 5×10−8 to 1×10−6 mol/l. The relative standard deviation for 2×10-7 mol/l HAuCl4 was 4.2% (n=5). The detection limit was 4×10-9 mol/l. The accuracy of the method was verified by the determination of gold in reference materials.  相似文献

A reliable and highly sensitive method for the determination of hesperidin is described. It involves the formation of a highly fluorescent complex between hesperidin and aluminium (III) in a micellar medium. There is a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity (λem = 496 nm, λex = 391 nm) and hesperidin concentration over the range 5 × 10–7– 2 × 10–5 mol L–1. The detection limit is 79 μg L–1. The method can easily be adapted to a flow system using a three-channel manifold, the peak height being proportional to the hesperidin concentration over the range 1 × 10–6– 1 × 10–4 mol L–1. Manual and flow-injection procedures have been successfully applied to the determination of hesperidin in orange peel and orange juice. A new method is described for the determination of ammonium in aqueous solutions with electrodes modified by Prussian blue (PB). The specific voltammetric response of PB-modified electrodes to ammonium ions is used for their analytical determination. In the presence of ammonium ions, a concentration-dependent inhibition of the low-spin iron(II/III) system of PB occurs. Only thallium and rubidium ions cause similar inhibition. A useful electrochemical determination method is thus available for detecting ammonium ions in the presence of frequently interfering potassium and sodium ions. Paraffin-impregnated graphite electrodes modified with a mechanically transferred PB layer and bulk-modified PB-composite electrodes are studied. The method is applicable within a concentration range which extends from 4 × 10−5 mol/l to 10−2 mol/l NH4 +. A sensitive and convenient method for the determination of trace europium ions using an oscillating chemical reaction involving Ce(IV) - KBrO3 - acetone - oxalic acid - H2SO4 was proposed. The results indicated that the changes in oscillating period (T) was linearly proportional to the negative logarithmic concentration of Eu3+ (-log C) in the range of 1.41 × 10−8 ˜ 1.41 × 10−4 mol L−1 (r = 0.9982) with a detection limit of 1.04 × 10−9 mol L−1. The recoveries were limited to the range of 99.5% to 100.8%. Under the same conditions, other rare earth ions did not interfere with the determination of Eu3+. In addition, a perturbation mechanism was also discussed briefly.   相似文献

 A selective and sensitive method is proposed for the determination of mercury by anodic stripping voltammetry after its preconcentration from the gas phase. Mercury from the sample solution is reduced to elemental Hg by SnCl2 and volatilized by the bubbles of a carrier gas. The gas containing mercury vapour is dried and passed through a capillary onto a gold coated graphite electrode. An anodic stripping voltammogram is recorded from 0.1 mol/l HClO4+3×10-3 mol/l HCl solution. The calibration curve is linear from 1×10-9 to 4×10-8 mol/l Hg(NO3)2. The absolute detection limit is 0.46 ng Hg. The relative standard deviations for 4×10-9 mol/l and 2×10-8 mol/l Hg(NO3)2 are 9.8% and 6.1%, respectively (n=5). The determination of prilocain, used to manage tonic-clonic seizures, has been carried out at micro gold electrode (Au UME) using continuous fast Fourier transform square wave voltammetry. The Au UME electrode exhibited an effective response towards prilocaine adsorption. The peak current was also found to be significantly increased. The determination was carried out in phosphate containing electrolyte in the pH of 2.0 and a well-defined change on the peak current were noticed. The peak current was found to be linearly dependent on concentration of prilocain in the concentration range 5.0 × 10−7–1.0 × 10−11 M with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10−12 M. This paper describes development of a new analysis system to determine of prilocain by a novel square wave voltammetry method to perform a very sensitive method. The method used for determination of prilocain by measuring the changes in admittance voltammogram of a gold ultramicroelectrode (in 0.05 M H3PO4 solution) caused by adsorption of the prilocain on the electrode surface. Variation of admittance in the detection process is created by inhibition of oxidation reaction of the electrode surface, by adsorbed of prilocain. Furthermore, signal-to-noise ratio has significantly increased by application of discrete Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method, background subtraction and two-dimensional integration of the electrode response over a selected potential range and time window. Also in this work some parameters such as SW frequency, eluent pH, and accumulation time were optimized. The relative standard deviation at concentration 5.0 × 10−8 M is 5.8% for 5 reported measurements.  相似文献
