Fe(II)/2-oxoglutarate dependent dioxygenases (ODDs) share a double stranded beta helix (DSBH) fold and utilise a common reactive intermediate, ferryl species, to catalyse oxidative transformations of substrates. Despite the structural similarities, ODDs accept a variety of substrates and facilitate a wide range of reactions, that is hydroxylations, desaturations, (oxa)cyclisations and ring rearrangements. In this review we present and discuss the factors contributing to the observed (regio)selectivities of ODDs. They span from inherent properties of the reactants, that is, substrate molecule and iron cofactor, to the interactions between the substrate and the enzyme's binding cavity; the latter can counterbalance the effect of the former. Based on results of both experimental and computational studies dedicated to ODDs, we also line out the properties of the reactants which promote reaction outcomes other than the “default” hydroxylation. It turns out that the reaction selectivity depends on a delicate balance of interactions between the components of the investigated system. 相似文献

Due to the hydrogen embrittlement effect, La(Fe,Si)13-based hydrides can only exist in powder form, which limits their practical application. In this work, ductile and thermally conductive Al metal was homogeneously mixed with La0.5Pr0.5Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2 using the ball milling method. Then hydrogenation and compactness shaping of the magnetocaloric composites were performed in one step via a sintering process under high hydrogen pressure. As the Al content reached 9 wt.%, the La0.5Pr0.5Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2Hy/Al composite showed the mechanical behavior of a ductile material with a yield strength of ~44 MPa and an ultimate strength of 269 MPa accompanied by a pronounced improvement in thermal conductivity. Due to the ease of formation of Fe-Al-Si phases and the several micron and submicron sizes of the composite particles caused by ball milling process, the magnetic entropy change of the composites was substantially reduced to ~1.2 J/kg· K-1.5 J/kg· K at 0 T-1.5 T. 相似文献

In the present study, novel representatives of the important group of biologically-active, dehydroabietic acid-bearing dithiocarbamate moiety, were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HR-MS. The in vitro antiproliferative activity evaluation (MTT) indicated that these compounds exhibited potent inhibitory activities in various cancer cell lines (HepG-2, MCF-7, HeLa, T-24, MGC-803). Particularly, compound III-b possessed extraordinary cytotoxicity with low micromolar IC50 values ranging from 4.07 to 38.84 µM against tested cancer cell lines, while displayed weak cytotoxicity on two normal cell lines (LO-2 and HEK 293 T). Subsequently, the potential mechanisms of representative compound III-b were elementarily investigated by Transwell experiment, which showed III-b can inhibit cancer cells migration. Annexin-V/PI dual staining showed that the compound can induce HepG-2 cells apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. Meanwhile this apoptosis may be related to the upregulated protein expression of cleaved-caspase 3, cleaved-caspase 9, Bax and downregulated of Bcl-2 indicated by Western Blot. Later study further confirmed that ROS levels in HepG-2 cells increased significantly with the rise of concentrations. In addition, through the network pharmacology data analyzing, the core targets and signaling pathways of compound III-b for treatment of liver neoplasms were forecasted. Molecular docking model showed that compound III-b had high affinity with hub targets (CASP3, EGFR, HSP90AA1, MAPK1, ERBB2, MDM2), suggesting that compound III-b might target the hub protein to modulate signaling activity. Taken together, these data indicated that dehydroabietic acid structural modification following the “Molecular hybridization” principle is a feasible way to discover the potential multi-targeted antitumor compounds. 相似文献

Constructing atomically dispersed active sites with densely exposed and dispersed double metal-Sx catalytic sites for favorable OER catalytic activity remains rare and challenging. Herein, we design and construct a Fe1Sx@Co3S4 electrocatalyst with Fe single atoms epitaxially confined in Co3S4 nanosheets for catalyzing the sluggish alkaline oxygen evolution reaction(OER). Consequently, in ultralow concentration alkaline solutions(0.1 mol/L KOH), such a catalyst is highly active and robust for OER with low overpotentials of 300 and 333 mV at current densities of 10 and 30 mA/cm2, respectively, accompanying long-term stability without significant degradation even for 350 h. In addition, Fe1Sx@Co3S4 shows a turnover frequency(TOF) value of 0.18 s−1, nearly three times that of Co3S4(0.07 s−1), suggesting the higher atomic utilization of Fe single atoms. Mössbauer and in-situ Raman spectra confirm that the OER activity of Fe1Sx@Co3S4 origins from a thin catalytic layer of Co(Fe)OOH that interacts with trace-level Fe species in the electrolyte, creating dynamically stable active sites. Combined with experimental characterizations, it suggests that the most active S-coordinated dual-metal site configurations are 2S-bridged (Fe-Co)S4, in which Co-S and Fe-S moieties are shared with two S atoms, which can strongly regulate the adsorption energy of reaction intermediates, accelerating the OER reaction kinetics. 相似文献

Excessive amounts of reactive oxygen species (ROS), unless counterbalanced by antioxidants, can cause cellular damage under oxidative stress conditions; therefore, antioxidative defenses against ROS must be measured. With the development of nanotechnology, nanoparticles have found numerous applications in science, health, and industries. Magnetite nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 :MNPs) have attracted attention because of their peroxidase-like activity. In this study, hydroxyl radicals (•OH) generated by MNPs-catalyzed degradation of H 2 O 2 converted the N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DMPD) probe into its colored DMPD•+ radical cation, which gave an absorbance maximum at λ = 553 nm. In the presence of antioxidants, •OH was partly scavenged by antioxidants and produced less DMPD• + , causing a decrease in the 553 nm-absorbance. Antioxidant concentrations were calculated with the aid of absorbance differences between the reference and sample solutions. The linear working ranges and trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity coefficients of different classes of antioxidants were determined by applying the developed method. In addition, binary and ternary mixtures of antioxidants were tested to observe the additivity of absorbances of mixture constituents. The method was applied to real samples such as orange juice and green tea. Student t-test, F tests, and the Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient were used for statistical comparisons. 相似文献

Polyaniline (PANI)/MIL-88A(Fe) (Px@M88) composites were constructed through a simple one-pot hydrothermal method. The photocatalytic and photo-Fenton activities of Px@M88 composites toward reduction of Cr(VI) and degradation organic pollutants were explored by white light irradiation. PANI, as a conductive polymer, can improve MIL-88A(Fe)’s conductivity and the efficiency of photogenerated e−–h+ pair separation. In the presence of H2O2, a photo-Fenton reaction occured to boost the degradation efficiency of organic pollutants like bisphenol A. In addition, P9@M88 showed excellent recycling and stability in cycling experiments. Finally, a possible reaction mechanism for photocatalytic degradation was proposed and verified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron spin resonance determination and electrochemical characterizations. 相似文献

Chromene substructure is an important structural motif present in a variety of medicines, natural products, and materials showing biological activities. Here, a simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrano[3,2-c]chromene derivatives is described. For this purpose, Fe3O4 nanoparticles supported on β-cyclodextrin-guanidine were successfully prepared and used as catalyst. The structure of this catalyst was assigned by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometer techniques. The prepared nanocomposites were used as a highly active, heterogeneous, and reusable nanocatalyst for the one-pot, three-component reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin, aromatic aldehydes, and ethyl cyanoacetate. This method has advantages such as mild conditions, high yields, easy workup and simple purification of products, little catalyst loading, cost efficiency, and reusability of the catalyst. 相似文献

The Fe-based transition metal oxides are promising anode candidates for lithium storage considering their high specific capacity, low cost, and environmental compatibility. However, the poor electron/ion conductivity and significant volume stress limit their cycle and rate performances. Furthermore, the phenomena of capacity rise and sudden decay for α-Fe2O3 have appeared in most reports. Here, a uniform micro/nano α-Fe2O3 nanoaggregate conformably enclosed in an ultrathin N-doped carbon network (denoted as M/N-α-Fe2O3@NC) is designed. The M/N porous balls combine the merits of secondary nanoparticles to shorten the Li+ transportation pathways as well as alleviating volume expansion, and primary microballs to stabilize the electrode/electrolyte interface. Furthermore, the ultrathin carbon shell favors fast electron transfer and protects the electrode from electrolyte corrosion. Therefore, the M/N-α-Fe2O3@NC electrode delivers an excellent reversible capacity of 901 mA h g−1 with capacity retention up to 94.0 % after 200 cycles at 0.2 A g−1. Notably, the capacity rise does not happen during cycling. Moreover, the lithium storage mechanism is elucidated by ex situ XRD and HRTEM experiments. It is verified that the reversible phase transformation of α↔γ occurs during the first cycle, whereas only the α-Fe2O3 phase is reversibly transformed during subsequent cycles. Yb3+掺杂晶体材料是重要的激光材料,在超短脉冲激光、大功率激光等领域有重要应用前景,但长期以来很难通过实验拟合确定Yb3+晶体场参数,尤其是低对称体系,从头计算是解决此问题的重要途经.本文介绍了适合计算稀土离子掺杂晶体的从头计算DV-Xα方法和有效哈密顿量模型,用该方法计算了Yb3+掺杂M型和M'型钽铌酸盐的晶场参数和旋轨耦合参数,得到的能级结构和实验能很好地符合,并发现了Yb3+掺杂钽铌酸盐的晶场强度参数随稀土原子序数呈现规律变化.表明结合DV-Xα计算和有效哈密顿量方法是计算Yb3+掺杂低对称钽铌酸盐晶体场的有效途径,结果显示Yb3+掺杂钽铌酸盐晶体有望成为新型全固态激光工作物质. 相似文献

通过等温吸附实验,探究了三氯甲烷(CHCl3)与二氯一溴甲烷(CHBrCl2)、二氯乙酸(Cl2CHCOOH)在活性炭上的竞争吸附关系,同时探究了在低浓度条件下CHBrCl2和Cl2CHCOOH浓度变化对活性炭吸附CHCl3的影响。实验结果表明,活性炭吸附CHCl3和CHBrCl2符合Freundlich模型,对Cl2CHCOOH的吸附符合Langmuir模型;活性炭对3种消毒副产物均为优先吸附,吸附能力由大到小依次为CHBrCl2、CHCl3、Cl2CHCOOH;低浓度条件下,活性炭对消毒副产物的吸附效果随体系中物质种类的增加而降低;低浓度条件下,Cl2CHCOOH的浓度变化对CHCl3的吸附效果影响不大,但吸附效果随水体中CHBrCl2浓度的升高而降低。 相似文献
