近临界水中苄叉乙酰苯的合成研究

以近临界水作为反应介质,在无外加催化剂的条件下,苯甲醛与苯乙酮可顺利反应生成苄叉乙酰苯。在最佳条件下,苄叉乙酰苯的收率可达31.4%。该方法避免了常规合成方法中有机溶剂的使用以及NaOH催化剂的加入,产物后处理简单,是一种绿色合成新过程。     

离子液体作为微波吸收剂促进苯甲醛与巴比妥酸的缩合反应

离子液体是纯粹由离子组成的液体,通常由二烷基季铵阳离子与四氟硼酸根、六氟磷酸根、卤素负离子等阴离子组成.离子液体具有强极性、低蒸汽压,对无机和有机物具有良好的溶解性以及对绝大部分试剂稳定等一系列特殊性质,常作为反应介质或催化剂用于有机合成中[1,2].     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3-Benzoyl-7,7-dimethyl-4-phenyl-2-phenylamino-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-chromen-5-one

The title compound (C30H27NO3) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from β-benzoylthioacetanilide, benzaldehyde and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, and its struc- ture was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P, with a = 6.325(2), b = 11.243(3), c = 17.553(4) , α = 87.306(4), β = 80.822(4), γ = 77.798(4)°, V = 1204.2(5) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 449.53, Dc = 1.240 g/cm3, μ = 0.080 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.0970 for 2301 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).     

Mechanism and Kinetics of Thermal Dissociation of Inclusion Complex of Benzaldehyde with β-Cyclodextrin

The inclusion complex of benzaldehyde (BA) with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was prepared and was studied by thermal analysis and X-ray diffractometry. The composition of the complex was identified by TG and elemental analysis as β-CD·BA·9H₂O. TG and DSC studies showed that the thermal dissociation of β-CD·BA·9H₂O took place in three stages: dehydration in the range 70-120°C; dissociation of β-CD·BA in the range 235-270°C; and decomposition of β-CD above 280°C. The kinetics of dissociation of β-CD·BA in flowing dry nitrogen was studied by means of TG both at constant temperature and at linearly increasing temperature. The results showed that the dissociation of β-CD·BA was dominated by a one-dimensional random nucleation and subsequent growth process (A₂). The activation energy E was 124. 8 kJ mol^-1, and the pre-exponential factor A 5.04·10¹¹ min^-1. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

过氧化氢氧化酸碱滴定法测定苯甲醛的含量

本文提出和建立了一种分析醛类化合物的方法，并用此方法测定了分析纯苯甲醛的含量为９９．４％，相对标准偏差为０．２１％，实验苯甲醛中所带的寻质苯甲醇以及乙醇，甲醇均不干扰测定，苯甲酸的干扰可以扣除，本法操作简单，终点易于掌握，推广应用方便。     

Synthesis and Cytotoxic Activity of 4-Substituted 3-Cyano-6,6-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-2-pyranones

The respective 4-(arylvinyl)lactones and compounds of the Michael adduct type were synthesized by the condensation of substituted benzaldehydes with 3-cyano-4,6,6-trimethyl-5,6-dihydro-2-pyranone in the presence of catalytic amounts of sodium hydroxide. It was shown by the semiempirical AM1 method that the indicated products can be formed through one and the same intermediate compound. Some of the synthesized phenylvinyl-5,6-dihydro-2-pyranones have a cytotoxic effect, and this corresponds to the prognosis of the OREX expert system.     

双核钯配合物［Ph_2P（o－C_6H_4CO）PdCl］_2·2CH_2Cl_

合成了双氯桥双核钯配合物［Ｐｈ_２Ｐ（ｏ－Ｃ_６Ｈ_４ＣＯ）ＰｄＣｌ］_２·２ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ_２进行了元素分析、红外光谱表征和晶体结构测定，研究了其催化氢化性能。在３０～８０℃、氢分压１．０～５．０ＭＰａ的范围内。发现该配合物是催化氢化丙烯酸为丙酸的有效催化剂．晶体［Ｐｄ_２Ｃｌ_２（Ｃ_（１９）Ｈ_（１４）ＯＰ）_２］·２ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ_２属Ｐ１空间群，ａ＝０．９３０４（３）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．０３９２（２）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．１０６２（３）ｎｍ；ａ＝１０２．７８（２），Ｂ＝９７．３５（３），γ＝９５．２５（２），Ｖ＝１．０２６４ｎｍ~３，Ｍ＝１０３２．１７，２＝１，Ｄｃ＝１．６７０ｇ／ｃｍ~３，ｕ＝１３．６９５ｃｍ~（－１），Ｆ（０００）＝５１２，用１９４５个独立衍射精修结构，最终Ｒ＝０．０３６。     

有机溶剂中(R)-醇腈酶催化不对称合成(R)-苯乙醇腈

 研究了来源于杏仁的（R）－醇腈酶在有机溶剂异丙醚中催化苯甲醛与HCN不对称合成（R）－苯乙醇腈，初步探讨了来源于不同杏仁的（R）－醇腈酶的筛选、最适酶量的确定以及底物HCN与苯甲醛的配比、底物浓度、酶的微环境pH和反应温度对不对称合成反应的影响．结果发现，来源于苦杏仁的（R）－醇腈酶优于来源于甜杏仁的（R）－醇腈酶．优化的反应条件为：最适酶量150g／L，HCN与苯甲醛的配比2．5，苯甲醛浓度300mmol／L，酶的微环境pH5．4，反应温度0～5℃．在该优化反应条件下，反应平衡转化率和产物的光学纯度均高达99％以上．     

Synthesis of 9-arylamino- and (Z)-9-arylimino-9H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indoles by reactions of 2-(pyrrol-1-yl)benzaldehydes with aryl amines

Heating mixtures of 2-(pyrrol-1-yl)benzaldehydes and aryl amines under argon afforded 9-arylamino-9H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indoles, via cyclization of the resulting 2-(pyrrol-1-yl)benzaldimine intermediates. Heating in the presence of oxygen afforded (Z)-9-arylimino-9H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indoles, which were successfully hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid to give pyrrolo[1,2-a]indol-9-ones.     

α, α'-二胺基二苄基硒醚的合成

本文以苯骈三氮唑、胺和苯甲基醛为原料,发现Mannich反应,生成胺烷基化的苯骈三氮唑衍生物。在此衍生物中,苯骈三氮唑基是亲核取代反应的良好离去基团,易被强亲核试剂的硒负离子取代,生成对称α,α'-二胺基二苄基硒醚。反应易进行,产率较高,产物均为固体,易提纯。这是合成含氮原子的对称硒醚的较好方法。
