Nanosized palladium particles were incorporated into mesoporous silica matrix to obtain nanocomposites using the sol-gel technique. Effects of the finely dispersed metallic palladium on the microstructure and properties of the nanocomposites were investigated. By means of X-ray diffraction and optical absorption, it was found that palladium particles were 5-9 nm in diameter and their uniform dispersion in the mesoporous silica depended on both the content of the palladium and the structural features of the silica matrix. The results showed that the mixing method of preparation led to wider size distribution of the nanosized particles as compared to the immersion method, but dispersed degree was reduced. Although the incorporation of nanosized palladium particles could not substantially induce significant structural changes of the matrix, the apparent red-shifted optical absorptions for the nanocomposites were observed as compared to the parent monolithic silica, particularly with increase in palladium loading and calcination temperature.  相似文献

With the multi-phase field model, the unidirectional solidification with constant velocity growth and variable velocity growth of the CBr4-C2Cl6 eutectic alloy is simulated in three dimensions. Aperiodic molybdenum/silicon (Mo/Si) multilayer designed as a broadband reflective mirror with mean reflectivity of 10% over a wide wavelength range of 12.5-28.5 nm at incidence angle of 5° is developed using a numerical optimized method. The multilayer is prepared using direct current magnetron sputtering technology. The reflectivity is measured using synchrotron radiation. The measured mean reflectivity is 7.0% in the design wavelength range of 12.5-28.5 nm. This multilayer broadband reflective mirror can be used in extreme ultraviolet measurements and will greatly simplify the experimental arrangements.  相似文献

The accumulation effects in high-reflectivity(HR) HfO2/SiO2 coatings under laser irradiation are investigated.The HR HfO2/SiO2 coatings are prepared by electron beam evaporation at 1 064 nm.The laser-induced damage threshold(LIDT) are measured at 1 064 nm and at a pulse duration of 12 ns,in 1-on-1 and S-on-1 modes.Multi-shot LIDT is lower than single-shot LIDT.The laser-induced and native defects play an important role in the multi-shot mode.A correlative theory model based on critical conduction band electron density is constructed to elucidate the experimental phenomena.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶(so-lgel)法制备了多铁Bi1-xLaxMnO3(BLMO,0.1≤x≤0.4)系列样品.样品的结构表征(X-射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜)及差热-热重(TG-DTA)分析测量显示,形成稳定的BLMO钙钛矿相的烧结温度位于900~950℃.La掺杂对BLMO样品(950℃烧结)的结构和磁性能的影响也被仔细研究.结果显示,随着La掺杂减少,样品中BLMO钙钛矿相减弱,铁磁转变温度(TC)由53K降至41K,而饱和磁化强度经历了先降低再升高的变化.这可归因于La含量较少的样品中Bi空位浓度的增加诱导了Mn-O-Mn键角的减小和局域Mn4+离子的增多,使得Mn3+和Mn4+离子的铁磁超交换增强和Mn3+离子的dz2轨道有序受到局域破坏.  相似文献
