对流扩散方程的QC3无网格法

对流扩散方程作为偏微分运动方程的分支,在流体力学、气体动力学等领域有着重要应用.为解决对流扩散方程难以通过解析法得到解析解的难题,采用二阶一致3点积分(Quadratically Consistent 3-Point Integration,简称QC3)提高无网格法的计算效率,通过对积分点上形函数导数的修正,改善无网格法的精度和收敛性.本文将QC3无网格法拓展到对流扩散方程问题中,时域离散采用广义特征线Galerkin法,空间离散采用QC3法.数值结果表明,应用QC3无网格法得到的对流扩散问题数值解与解析解十分接近,验证了QC3无网格法解决对流扩散问题的可行性.

发动机机油滤清器虑层强度分析及优化

针对机油滤清器工作工况下进出口压差、机油滤层强度及导流桩高度等问题, 通过试验测试与仿真相结合, 对滤清器初步设计进行了评估及优化, 以确保滤清器在工作工况下进出口压降及滤层强度能满足要求. 首先进行滤层性能试验, 得到滤层的惯性阻力系数和黏性阻力系数; 再通过滤层多孔介质CFD分析, 对滤清器进出口压降进行分析计算. 结果表明: 在-18℃、25℃和70℃的工况下, 进出口压降都小于10kPa, 满足相关要求. 针对滤层的最大主应力超过其抗拉强度的问题, 通过CAE仿真分析, 优化滤层与导流桩间隙, 将滤层最大主应力由110.1MPa降至36.99MPa, 小于其抗拉强度42.8MPa.

Novel alternating copolyoxamides with high crystallinity and heat resistance

Two series of novel alternating copolyoxamides (PAnT-alt-n2 and PAn2-alt-62) are synthesized via solution/solid-state polycondensation (SSP). The alternating structures are analyzed carefully with ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR spectra. The melting behaviors, thermal stabilities, crystal structures and crystallinities are systematically evaluated by DSC, TGA and WAXD. The results reveal that these alternating copolyoxamides possess almost perfect alternating chain structures and have high melting temperature (T_m > 270 °C), high crystallinity (X_c > 32%) and high decomposition temperature (T₅ > 405 °C) as well as low saturated water absorption (<3.5 wt%), which suggests that they have high potential as engineering plastic of high heat resistant.
