针对激光惯性约束聚变装置中靶丸装配误差检测困难、要求精度高的特点,研制了一套用于微靶装配参数检测的测量系统。提出了一种基于激光与CCD的复合式测量方法,建立了二者数据融合的数学模型,通过标定空间位置关系有效地把二者的测量数据融合到同一个坐标系中,从而实现了高精度三维测量。分两种情况讨论了靶丸装配误差的检测方法。实验结果验证了这两种方法的可行性,并比较了两种方法的测量精度,其极限测量误差均不超过3 m。  相似文献

Based on the asymptotic fields near the singular points in two-dimensional isotropic and orthotropic elastic materials, the eigenequation as well as the displacement and singular stress fields near the interface edge, with an arbitrary wedge angle for the orthotropic material, in orthotropic/isotropic bi-materials are formulated explicitly. The advantages of the developed approach are that not only the eigenequation is directly given in a simple form, but also the eigenvector is no longer needed for the determination of the asymptotic fields near the interface edge. This approach differs from the known methods where the eigenequation is constantly expressed in terms of a determinant of matrix, and the eigenvector is required for the determination of the asymptotic fields. Therefore, the solution proposed in this paper is more convenient and effective for the analysis of the singular stresses near the interface edge in the orthotropic/isotropic bi-material. To demonstrate the validity of the presented formulae, an example is selected for the comparison of analytical and FEM results. According to the theoretical analyses, the influences of the wedge angle and material constant of the orthotropic material on the singular stresses near the interface edge are discovered clearly. The results obtained may give some references to certain engineering designs such as the structural repair or strengthening.  相似文献

 提出一种基于激光与CCD的复合式测量方法,结合二者的优势,通过测量同一标准球球心的位置标定出了二者光轴的位置关系,有效地把二者测量的数据融合到同一个坐标系中,从而实现高精度的3维测量。在对所测靶丸表面数据进行去噪处理后,采用拟牛顿法,以CCD所测惯性约束聚变(ICF)靶丸直径作为部分待求参数的初始值,可以有效避免该方法容易陷入局部最优化的缺陷。从而快速、准确地实现靶丸球度误差的测量。分别在两种测量模式下进行了实验,结果验证了该方法的有效性与鲁棒性。  相似文献

基于轴对称平面应变问题的运动方程及弹性梯度材料的应力和位移关系,通过将圆筒分层使材料性质离散为分段常数函数,同时在时域内应用有限差分格式,求得了材料性质沿径向梯度变化的圆筒弹性动力学解。本文解不仅适合任意梯度的弹性圆筒,而且容易满足多种形式的初始条件和边界条件。通过对材料性质沿径向为连续函数分布和分段函数分布的梯度圆筒数值分析,并与已有文献结果比较,得出本文解与已有文献的解吻合较好,验证了本文解的正确性和有效性。对材料性质为分段函数的三层组合圆筒分析发现,中间功能梯度层的指数分布因子对圆筒的径向位移和应力随时间变化都会产生显著影响。  相似文献

Upon swelling in a solvent, a thin hydrogel layer on a rigid substrate may become unstable, developing various surface patterns. Recent experimental studies have explored the possibilities to generate controllable surface patterns by chemically modifying the molecular structures of the hydrogel near the surface. In this paper, we present a theoretical stability analysis for swelling of hydrogel layers with material properties varying in the thickness direction. As a specialization of the general procedure, hydrogel bilayers with different combinations of the material properties are examined in details. For a soft-on-hard bilayer, the onset of surface instability is determined by the short-wave limit, similar to a homogeneous layer. In contrast, for a hard-on-soft bilayer, a long-wave mode with a finite wavelength emerges as the critical mode at the onset of surface instability, similar to wrinkling of an elastic thin film on a compliant substrate, and the critical swelling ratio is much lower than that for a homogeneous hydrogel layer. A smooth transition of the critical mode is predicted as the volume fraction of the top layer changes, linking surface instability of a homogeneous layer to thin film wrinkling as two limiting cases. The results from the present study suggest that both the critical condition and the instability mode depend sensitively on the variation of the material properties in the thickness direction of the hydrogel layer.  相似文献

An efficient Bi(OTf)3-catalyzed synthesis of 3-alkenyl-2-pyrrolidine-2H-indazoles from triazenylaryl allylic alcohols via the intramolecular direct amination process is reported. Compared with the dodecyl benzenesulfonic acid (DBSA)-catalyzed method, the new method is more efficient and gives greater yields and functionality tolerance. Additionally, the 3-alkenyl-2-pyrrolidine-2H-indazoles can be transformed to a series of new products under different reaction conditions.  相似文献

基于正交各向异性材料弹性平面问题的通解,导出了正交各向异性材料奇异点附近的位移场和奇异应力场的解析表达式,由此给出了反对称变形模态下V型切口尖端附近的位移场和奇异应力场的解析解,通过算例难证,解析解与有限元解吻合得非常好.研究结果表明,正交各向异性材料V型切口尖端附近的应力奇异性不仅与切口的张角有关,还与材料的弹性常数有关.  相似文献
