AgTCNQ衍生物旋涂膜绿光可擦重写光存储性质研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
报道了新型电子转移复合物AgTCNQ脂类衍生物:银-(2,5-二丙酸甲酯-7,7,8,8-四氰基对苯醌二甲烷)的旋涂薄膜的光谱特征、薄膜的静态绿光可擦重写光存储性能,并研究了薄膜的可擦重写机理。结果表明该薄膜在388nm和675nm处有两个源于复合物中阴离子自由基TCNQ(C2H4COOCH3)2^-中的电子跃迁的特征吸收峰;AgTCNQ酯类衍生物旋涂膜具有良好的绿光光存储性能,该薄膜在写入功率为9mW,写入脉冲为80ns,擦除功率为4mW,擦除脉冲为500ns时反射率衬比度大于15%,循环次数可达100次以上,并且没有出现任何疲劳现象。机理研究表明,AgTCNQ酯类衍生物与AgTCNQ有着相同的可逆光致变色机理,即在激光作用下因复合物中可逆电子转移引起薄膜光学性质的可逆变化,从而实现可擦重写光信息存储。  相似文献

TCNQ脂类衍生物及其铜复合物的合成与红外光谱研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
首次合成了7,7,8,8-四氰基对苯醌二甲烷的脂类衍生物: TCNQ(C2H4COOR)2(R=CH3, C2H5, C3H7)及其铜电子转移复合物。通过元素分析确定这些化合物的组成, 对这些化合成物在4 000~400 cm-1范围内的主要红外光谱吸收峰进行了归属,并讨论了取代基对TCNQ类衍生物红外光谱的影响及其规律。  相似文献

A novel charge-transfer complex film: copper-(n-propyl ester 7,7,8,8- tetracyanoquinodimethane-2,5-ylene-(3-propionic acid)) (Cu-TCNQ(C2H4 COOC3H7)2 ) was prepared by spin-coating. Absorption spectra, green-light (514.5nm) static rewritable optical recording properties and rewritable mechanism of this film were studied.The results show that there are two strong absorption peaks at 388nm and 675nm, which can be assigned to electronic transitions in anion radical TCNQ( C2H4 COOC3H7 )2^-. Green-fight optical storage experimental results of this film were as follows: write-in power was 9mW, pulse duration was 80ns; erasing power was 4mW, pulse duration was 500ns; the reflectivity contrast C ≥ 15%; number of write-erase cycles N ≥ 100. It is found that the realization of rewritable optical storage of the Cu-TCNQ(C2H4COOCsH7)2 film is related to the reversible changes of the optical properties, which is caused by the reversible charge transfer between copper and n-propyl ester 7, 7,8,8- tetracyanoquinodimethane-2,5-ylene-(3-propionic acid) in the complex through inducement of laser irradiation.  相似文献
