类金刚石薄膜的制备、特性及应用

利用射频等离子分裂碳氢气体制备的类金刚石膜,具有硬度高、耐蚀和良好的透红外光等特性.本文研究了类金刚石膜的红外、机械、结构及电学特性,给出该膜应用于红外装置中镀膜元件的光谱性能.并结合文中所用的制备方法,讨论了类金刚石膜在低温低压下的形成机制.     

ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL EVIDENCE FOR HYPERALGESIA IN THE PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

A peripheral neuropathy was produced in adult rats by placing loosely constrained ligature around the common sciatic nerve. At the ligature region of the nerve, demyelination developed. The postoperative behavior of these rats indicated that hyperalgesia and allodynia were produced. The electrical activity pattern of the damaged fibers was remarkably different from those of normal nerves: there were some abnormal spontaneous afferent firings from the injured fibers; multi-impulse responses of C-fiber to single shock was recorded; a lasting firing was elicited after the injured region was gently pressed or by oil drops at 40℃; an antidromic electric stimulus to the injured region, stimulations of L, sympathetic ganglion or systemic administration of noradrenalin, all caused an increase in on-goingspontaneous discharges of the injured fibers or brought the silent fibers into firing. Stimulation of the dorsal roots of the sciatic nerve produced no effect on their activities or caused a pause of the on-goi     

DYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF ASSISTANT SOUNDER IN BLACK CICADA (C.atrata FABRICIUS)

The dynamic properties of the assistant sounders in the black cicada are given and the twitching properties of Contraction in the sounding muscle are revealed in this paper.For the operculum, tymbal cover and joint membrane, each of their vibration periods consists of three subgroup vibrations (SGV_(a,b,c)) corresponding to amplitude-modulation pulse trains (AMPT_(1,2,3)) in every syllable of synchro song. In comparison with the vibration at dorsum, the SGV_(a-c) have a subband with the function of regulating the tone. During calling song continuously, the pressure change inside the resonant cavity and the airspeed through the spiracles on both sides are about 7. 94—15.88 Paand 0.59—0.84 cm~3/s respectively, and they increase by about 7 and 2.6 times as the abdomen is moved. When the contraction motion of the sounding muscle comes up to the critical Sounding state, it further produces the twitching process, and drives the sounding membrane and the toning plate-membrane to produce AMPT_(1-3) and SGV_(a     

氟锆酸盐玻璃光纤的研制

本文介绍聚全氟乙丙烯包皮的氟锆酸盐(ZrF_4-BaF_2-LaF_3-AlF_3-NaF)玻璃光纤的制备方法.研究了各种工艺因素对氟锆酸盐玻璃和光纤散射损耗的影响.结果表明,选择适当的熔化温度和均化时间,玻璃熔化和光纤拉制时环境中低的水含量是制得的损耗氟锆酸盐玻璃光纤的关键;配合料中引入适量NH_4HF_2,选用温度结构合理的拉丝炉及拉丝工艺也有助于降低光纤的损耗.在此工作基础上,获得了波长2.32μm处损耗为0.24dB/m的氟锆酸盐玻璃光纤.     

双光学孤子脉冲的传输特性

本文首先指出了算法分裂步骤(split-step)Fourier法和光束传播(propagating-beam)法的等价性.利用这种算法,数字地模拟了可变等振幅孤子脉冲对在无耗光纤中的传输过程,结果证明:提高振幅可使孤子的相互作用大大减小.     

原子的共振激发—速率方程与半经典理论的比较

本文由半经典理论推得了原子电离率随脉冲空间传输出现周期性起伏这一新的相干作用结果,这点与速率方程的预计相差甚远.文中定量说明了利用速率方程对同位素分离过程进行分析时产生的系统误差,为实验分析工作提供了依据.     

钕玻璃的温敏特性及光纤温度传感器

本文从理论上通过对钕玻璃中Nd～(3+)离子光吸收特性的分析,阐明了其光吸收对温度依从性的原因.在实验中,试制了几种不同类型的钕玻璃光纤温度传感探头.对Nd～(3+)离子光吸收的温度特性进行了验证,其结果和理论分析相一致,实验表明钕玻璃是一种性能良好的光纤温敏传感材料.     

三硼酸锂晶体的多光子散射

本文报道三硼酸锂(LBO)晶体的瞬态前向相干多光子散射,实验表明LBO晶体内部同时发生x~(2)和x~(3)非线性相互作用过程,而未发现光耦合效应,测量了LBO晶体的光栅寿命上限.     

激光场的空间非均匀性对阈上离化的影响

本文在基本态模型中计及激光场的空间非均匀性,得到了与实验相吻合的结果.     

脊形波导中导模传输与损耗的分析与计算

本文运用有效折射率法把脊形波导化成等效二维平板波导后,再运用微分法求出弱吸收情况下波导模的吸收损耗,其方法简便,精确度高.
