含羟基中环二胺及其衍生物NMR研究

利用二维核磁共振技术对一类新的含羟基中环二胺及其衍生物在水溶液中的构型和构象进行了较为详尽的研究．发现这些化合物的环都是椅式构象，羟基处在ｅ键上，在一定温度范围内，环具有刚性．     

Synthesis of novel N-aminoethyl cyclic polyamines

Two novel cyclic polyamine derivatives bearing double ammoethyl groups have been synthesized.The synthetic intermediate,N-p-toluenesulfonyl-a-ziridine,was prepared employing an improved procedure.     

Synthesis and crystal structure of a Ni(II)complex with 1,7-diaminoethyl-4,10-dimethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane

The crystal structure of a. Ni(II) complex with 1,7-diaminoethyl-4,10-dimethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. Crystal data for NiC14H38Br2N6O: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=0.8848(3), b=1.4656(3), c=1.5828(3) nm, β=90.47(3)°, V=2.0525 nm3, Z=4. The two pendant primary amino groups are located in cis positions in the complex, "their nitrogen atoms and the four nitrogen donors of the foled tetraaza-macrocycle coordinate Ni(II) ion, forming a distorted octahedral geometry.

合成了一类含羟基中环二胺及其羧酸、磷酸衍生物,且利用强酸型阳离子交换树脂分离得到了游离的含羟基中环二胺羧酸衍生物。     

含中心功能基氮支套索冠醚化合物的合成及其钠离子络合物的晶体结构

借模板法由6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-十四烷-1,14-二醇分别与4-甲基(或氯)-2,6-二溴甲基苯甲醚在乙腈中, 以无水碳酸钠为缩合剂, 制得两种尚未见文献报道的含中心功能基氮支套索冠醚化合物: N,N'-二羟乙基-16-甲基-18-甲氧基-6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-二环[12.3.1]十八-1(18),14,16-三烯(4a)和N,N'-二羟乙基-16-氯-18-甲氧基-6,9-二氧杂-3,12-二氮杂-二环[12.3.1]十八-1(18),14,16-三烯(4b)的钠离子络合物3a和3b。4a和4b经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱证实其组成和结构。借四圆衍射仪测定了3b的晶体结构和分子结构。     

A practical synthesis of novel hydroxyl-substituted macrocyclic tri-,tetra- and hexa-amines

Macrocyclic tri- and tetra-amines containing a hydroxyl group in the ring have been prepared in moderate yields by a 1:1 cyclocondensation of l,3-dichloro-2-propanol with the disodium salt of N-tosylated diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetraamine.In the case of condensation of 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol with the disodium salt of N-tosylated diethylenetriamine,the 2:2 cyclocondensation product,dihydroxyl macrocyclic hexaamine,was also isolated.     

Synthesis of a novel cyclodextrin dimer linked by a macrocyclic polyamine

The first example of cyclodextrin dimer appending a macrocyclic polyamine spacer on the primary faces was synthesized via two approaches: 1,a direct reaction of l,7-bis(2'-aminoethyl)-4,10-dimethyl-l,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane (1) with an excess of 6-deoxy-6-O-tosyl-β-cyclodextrin; 2,a condensation of 1 with two equivalents of 6-deoxy-6-formyl-β-cyclodextrin,which was followed by a reduction with NaBH4.
