Refractory wounds have always been an important issue to healthcare systems, whose healing process is always delayed by multiple factors, including bacterial infections, chronic inflammation, and excessive exudates, etc. Employing multifunctional wound dressings is recognized as an effective strategy to deal with refractory wounds, which has yielded promising outcomes in recent years. Among these advanced wound dressings, fibrous dressings have gained growing attention due to their unique merits. Such wound dressings have demonstrated great potential in delivering theranostic agents, such as antibacterial agents, anti-inflammatory drugs, growth factors, and diagnostic probes, etc., for the purposes of accelerating wound healing. This paper reviews the development of multifunctional fibrous dressings and their applications in treating refractory wounds. The construction approaches of novel fibrous dressing with capabilities of antibacterial, anti-inflammation, exudate management and diagnosis were also introduced. Furthermore, the existing problems and challenges are also discussed briefly.  相似文献

提出了一种利用半导体光吸收谱随温度变化原理设计的半导体吸收式光纤温度传感器.该传感器用GaAs晶片作为温度敏感元件,以光纤作为传光介质,发光二极管作为光源,光电管作为光电转换器件.利用双光束补偿原理,消除了由于光源不稳定产生的干扰.研制出的光纤传感器具有体积小,结构简单,抗电磁干扰,灵敏度高等优点.实验表明:该传感器在-20℃~85℃温度范围内可以达到0.1℃的准确度,可以实现强电磁干扰下的高空飞行器内环境温度的测量.为进一步实现光传飞控系统中的温度测控奠定了基础.  相似文献

以纳米金吸附辣根过氧化物酶,用活化的伴刀豆球蛋白(Con A)将其固定在裸金电极表面,研制成一种新型的无介体辣根过氧化物酶生物传感器。探讨了纳米金的尺寸、组装膜层数、工作电位和pH等实验条件对传感器性能的影响。在pH7.0,外加电压-150mV(vs.SCE)条件下,传感器对H2O2在5.0×10-6~1.2×10-2mol/L范围内呈线性关系;检出限为2.9×10-6mol/L。将传感器用于实际样品的测定,结果良好。  相似文献

Sn-doped ZnO (SZO) thin films are deposited by sol–gel dip-coating method with Sn content at 0 at.% and 1–15 at.% with an increment of 2 at.%. The structure and luminescence of the films are investigated. X-ray diffraction results indicate that all the SZO samples show preferential orientation along the (002) direction, and the scanning electron microscope exhibits that the surface morphology of the films change from nanoparticles to nanorods with increasing Sn concentration. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveals that Sn exists as valence of +4 in the matrix. The photoluminescence peaks at 381 and 398 nm are observed in all the samples. The ratio of intensity of peak at 381 nm to that of peak at 398 nm differed markedly. The intensity of peak at 398 nm might be due to the response for the Sn atoms, while the intensity of peak at 381 nm is probably related to the quantum size effect.  相似文献

Use of ionic liquids as reaction media was investigated in the design of an environmentally friendly single electron transfer‐living radical polymerization (SET‐LRP) for acrylonitrile (AN) without any ligand by using Fe(0) wire as catalyst and 2‐bromopropionitrile as initiator. 1‐Methylimidazolium acetate ([mim][AT]), 1‐methylimidazolium propionate ([mim][PT]), and 1‐methylimidazolium valerate ([mim][VT]) were applied in this study. First‐order kinetics of polymerization with respect to the monomer concentration, linear increase of the molecular weight, and narrow polydispersity with monomer conversion showed the controlled/living radical polymerization characters. The sequence of the apparent polymerization rate constant of SET‐LRP of AN was kapp ([mim][AT]) > kapp ([mim][PT]) > kapp ([mim][VT]). The living feature of the polymerization was also confirmed by chain extensions of polyacrylonitrile with methyl methacrylate. All three ionic liquids were recycled and reused and had no obvious effect on the controlled/living nature of SET‐LRP of AN. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 六方氮化硼(h-BN)晶格结构是一种类六方对称复式超晶格结构。具有h-BN晶格构型的光子晶体以其宽光子带隙特点受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文利用不同尺度低压气体放电管与Al2O3介质棒周期性排列,构建了新型h-BN型超晶格等离子体光子晶体,实现其空间结构和等离子体参数的动态调控。利用微波透射谱对比研究了h-BN型超晶格与简单三角晶格等离子体光子晶体禁带位置、宽度和数目。分析了放电电流、介质棒阵列数对不同频段光子带隙的影响,以及电磁波入射角度对电磁传输特性的影响。结果表明:等离子体的引入不仅能够形成新的光子带隙,而且可以选择性地使部分禁带位置发生移动;相对于简单三角晶格,h-BN型超晶格等离子体光子晶体呈现出更多光子带隙;Al2O3介质棒阵列数对等离子体光子晶体禁带位置、宽度和数目均具有重要影响。电磁波入射角度变化越大,电磁传输特性差别越显著,透射谱相关性越差。本文所设计的新型h-BN型超晶格等离子体光子晶体为制作可调谐光子晶体提供了新的思路,在微波和太赫兹波控制领域具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and reliable high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of the five main bioactive components, calycosin, calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside, formononetin, astragaloside IV and schisandrin in rat plasma after oral administration of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. Plasma samples were extracted using solid‐phase extraction separated on a CEC18 column and detected by MS with an electrospray ionization interface in multiple‐reaction monitoring mode. Calibration curves offered linear ranges of two orders of magnitude with r > 0.995. The method had a lower limit of quantitation of 0.1, 0.02, 0.1, 1 and 0.1 ng/mL for calycosin, calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside, formononetin, astragaloside IV and schisandrin, respectively. Intra‐ and inter‐day precisions (relative standard deviation) for all analytes ranged from 0.97 to 7.63% and from 3.45 to 10.89%, respectively. This method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of the five compounds in rats after oral administration of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. Proteolysis of amyloid-β (Aβ) is a promising approach against Alzheimer's disease. However, it is not feasible to employ natural hydrolases directly because of their cumbersome preparation and purification, poor stability, and hazardous immunogenicity. Therefore, artificial enzymes have been developed as potential alternatives to natural hydrolases. Since specific cleavage sites of Aβ are usually embedded inside the β-sheet structures that restrict access by artificial enzymes, this strongly hinders their efficiency for practical applications. Herein, we construct a NIR (near-IR) controllable artificial metalloprotease (MoS2-Co) using a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet (MoS2) and a cobalt complex of 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid (Codota). Evidenced by detailed experimental and theoretical studies, the NIR-enhanced MoS2-Co can circumvent the restriction by simultaneously inhibition of β-sheet formation and destroying β-sheet structures of the preformed Aβ aggregates in living cell. Furthermore, our designed MoS2-Co is an easy to graft Aβ-target agent that prevents misdirected or undesirable hydrolysis reactions, and has been demonstrated to cross the blood brain barrier. This method can be adapted for hydrolysis of other kinds of amyloids.  相似文献

Ionic liquid-modified magnetic polymeric microspheres (ILMPM) were prepared based on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and ionic liquids (ILs) incorporated into a polymer. The composites were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, and vibrating magnetometer, which indicated that ILMPM had a regularly spherical shape and strong magnetic property. The obtained ILMPM were successfully applied as a special adsorbent of magnetic dispersive solid phase extraction (MDSPE) for the rapid extraction and isolation of sulfamonomethoxine sodium and sulfachloropyrazine sodium in urine. The factors that affected extraction efficiency, such as adsorption conditions, desorption conditions, washing and elution solvents, and pH of the sample solution, were optimized. Under the optimum condition, good linearity in the range of 0.005–2.0 μg g?1 (r?≥?0.9996) was obtained for the two sulfonamides (SAs); the average recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 86.9 to 102.1 %, with relative standard deviations of ≤4.3 %. The presented ILMPM-MDSPE method combined the advantages of ILs, MNPs, and MDSPE and therefore could be potentially applied for rapid screening of SAs in urine.  相似文献
