The pyrolysis, combustion, and gasification behaviors of deoiled asphalt were studied by a thermogravimetric analyzer and the kinetics were also analyzed using a multi-stage first-order integral model. All the experiments were conducted at non-isothermal conditions with heating rates range of 10–40 K min?1 under N2 (pyrolysis), air (combustion), or CO2 (gasification) atmosphere, respectively. The results showed that, for pyrolysis, the reaction mainly occurred between 498 and 798 K and could be divided into two stages: the first was caused by the volatilization of small molecules and the second probably due to the cracking reactions. For combustion, the mass loss process could be divided into three stages: the devolatilization and oxidation first, the ignition and combustion of the volatiles second, and finally the combustion of the formed char. Under CO2 atmosphere, the mass loss behavior was similar with that of the N2 atmosphere at lower temperatures, but when the temperature was higher than 1,233 K, the gasification reaction obviously happened. The results of kinetic investigation showed that the multi-stage first-order integral method agreed well with the above experiments.  相似文献

为了更进一步了解CFB气化能力和碳利用率,本文报道了两种煤焦(西山焦煤飞灰,神木煤)以二氧化碳及氧气混合物为气化介质,在小型鼓泡流化床上进行气化反应的研究,并与相同气化条件下的循环流化床气化数据进行了比较。研究结果表明:在相同直径气化反应装置上,相同的气化条件下,循环流化床(CFB)的气化碳转化率、气化强度远远高于鼓泡流化床(BFB)的气化结果,但BFB的煤气中可燃气组成高于CFB的。CFB气化反应装置更适合于生产中、低热值煤气。  相似文献

报道了山西西山焦煤飞灰,在小型循环流化床气化反应器上,以二氧化碳为气化介质,在不同操作条件下(气速、固体循环速率)的气化反应。研究结果表明,CO出口浓度及碳转化率随着CFB操作气速减小、固体颗粒循环速率的增加而增加。即在CFB床中,提高气体、固体停留时间(床内固体颗粒浓度)有利于CFB气化的进行。CO浓度及碳转化率沿床高的变化趋势与床内颗粒浓度分布一致。  相似文献

A series of MnI complexes containing lutidine‐based chiral pincer ligands with modular and tunable structures has been developed. The complex shows unprecedentedly high activities (up to 9800 TON; TON=turnover number), broad substrate scope (81 examples), good functional‐group tolerance, and excellent enantioselectivities (85–98 % ee) in the hydrogenation of various ketones. These aspects are rare in earth‐abundant metal catalyzed hydrogenations. The utility of the protocol have been demonstrated in the asymmetric synthesis of a variety of key intermediates for chiral drugs. Preliminary mechanistic investigations indicate that an outer‐sphere mode of substrate–catalyst interactions probably dominates the catalysis.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the finite-time stability problem for switched systems subject to both nonlinear perturbation and impulse effects. The average dwell time approach, combined with the algebraic matrix theory, is utilized to derive a criterion guaranteeing that the state trajectory does not exceed a certain threshold over a pre-specified finite-time interval. The requirement that at least one subsystem should be stable to ensure asymptotic stability is no longer necessary. Moreover, the finite-time stability degree could be positive, which is a relaxed condition for asymptotic stability. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Although magic‐angle‐spinning (MAS) solid‐state NMR spectroscopy has been able to provide piercing atomic‐level insights into the structure and dynamics of various solids, the poor sensitivity has limited its widespread application, especially when the sample amount is limited. Herein, we demonstrate the feasibility of acquiring high S/N ratio natural‐abundance 13C NMR spectrum of a small amount of sample (≈2.0 mg) by using multiple‐contact cross polarization (MCP) under ultrafast MAS. As shown by our data from pharmaceutical compounds, the signal enhancement achieved depends on the number of CP contacts employed within a single scan, which depends on the T of protons. The use of MCP for fast 2D 1H/13C heteronuclear correlation experiments is also demonstrated. The significant signal enhancement can be greatly beneficial for the atomic‐resolution characterization of many types of crystalline solids including polymorphic drugs and nanomaterials.  相似文献
