本研究选取我院100例子宫内膜异位症患者作为病例组、同期健康妇女100例作为对照组,探讨了经腹彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫动脉血流特征、子宫特征的诊断价值。结果显示,病例组的子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度测定值均大于对照组(P<0.05);摆动子宫颈后,病例组的EDV测定值低于对照组,RI测定值大于对照组(P<0.05);通过绘制ROC曲线,可知EDV、RI、子宫体积大小、子宫内膜厚度诊断子宫内膜异位症的AUC值均超过0.65,灵敏度和特异度都较高,漏诊率和误诊率也在可控范围内。本研究证实,通过经腹彩色多普勒超声检测子宫动脉血流参数及子宫形态特征,对诊断子宫内膜异位症具有一定的临床参考价值。  相似文献

由致病菌或条件致病菌侵入机体繁殖而产生的毒素和其它代谢产物所引起的感染性疾病是目前全球范围内的主要死亡原因之一. 感染性疾病的早期诊断是对其进行有效治疗与控制的重要途径. 分子影像技术的快速发展给体内细菌感染的评估带来了前所未有的变化和机遇. 本文综合评述了计算机断层扫描、 正电子发射断层扫描、 超声成像、 磁共振成像、 荧光成像及光声成像等成像方式在细菌感染体内成像中的研究进展、 不足和发展方向等, 以期为活体细菌感染检测方法的发展提供参考.  相似文献

Struvite-K (KMgPO4·6H2O) is the main hydration product of magnesium potassium phosphate cement. Its thermal stability is critical to the properties of magnesium potassium phosphate cement. Therefore, in this study, the dehydration behavior of struvite-K was investigated at N2 atmosphere in non-isothermal condition. The process was conducted and controlled in a simultaneous TG/DTA analyzer, at heating rates of 2, 5, 10, 15, and 20 K min?1. The residual mass was always around 58.5% of the initial one, regardless of the heating rate, which corresponds to the dehydration reaction through one step, KMgPO4·6H2O → KMgPO4. The activation energy (E a) corresponding to the dehydration of struvite-K was evaluated by non-isothermal kinetic analysis based on the application of isoconversional methods (Flynn–Wall–Ozawa and Kissinger–Akahira–Sunose methods). The calculated results show that Flynn–Wall–Ozawa has slightly higher values of activation energy (E a) and correlation coefficients (R 2). Both methods have been proved to be suitable for analyzing dehydration behavior of struvite-K.  相似文献

Photoactivation in CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) on UV/Vis light exposure improves photoluminescence (PL) and photostability. However, it was not observed in fluorescent carbon quantum dots (CDs). Now, photoactivated fluorescence enhancement in fluorine and nitrogen co‐doped carbon dots (F,N‐doped CDs) is presented. At 1.0 atm, the fluorescence intensity of F,N‐doped CDs increases with UV light irradiation (5 s–30 min), accompanied with a blue‐shift of the fluorescence emission from 586 nm to 550 nm. F,N‐doped CDs exhibit photoactivated fluorescence enhancement when exposed to UV under high pressure (0.1 GPa). F,N‐doped CDs show reversible piezochromic behavior while applying increasing pressure (1.0 atm to 9.98 GPa), showing a pressure‐triggered aggregation‐induced emission in the range 1.0 atm–0.65 GPa. The photoactivated CDs with piezochromic fluorescence enhancement broadens the versatility of CDs from ambient to high‐pressure conditions and enhances their anti‐photobleaching.  相似文献

本文利用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行修饰使其表面接枝上烯丙基官能团,与丙烯酸酯类单体进行原位聚合,制备了一种耐高温丙烯酸酯压敏胶(PSA)。 通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了MWNTs和丙烯酸酯PSA的结构与性能,探讨了改性MWNTs的质量分数对PSA耐热性能和粘接性能的影响。 结果表明,与未改性的丙烯酸酯PSA相比,当改性MWNTs的质量分数为1.5%时,改性丙烯酸酯PSA的耐热性能和粘接性能最佳,热分解温度从360 ℃提高到了382 ℃,耐热温度从80 ℃提高到了155 ℃,初粘力、持粘力和180°剥离强度分别从2 h和13.66 N/(25 mm)(12号小球)提高到了27 h和17.34 N/(25 mm)(17号小球)。  相似文献

Transition metal chalcogenides (TMCs) are efficient oxygen evolution reaction (OER) pre-electrocatalysts, and will in situ transform into metal (oxy)hydroxides under OER condition. However, the role of chalcogen is not fully elucidated after oxidation and severe leaching. Here we present the vital promotion of surface-adsorbed chalcogenates on the OER activity. Taking NiSe2 as an example, in situ Raman spectroscopy revealed the oxidation of Se-Se to selenites (SeO32−) then to selenates (SeO42−). Combining the severe Se leaching and the strong signal of selenates, it is assumed that the selenates are rich on the surface and play significant roles. As expected, adding selenites to the electrolyte of Ni(OH)2 dramatically enhance its OER activity. And sulfates also exhibit the similar effect, suggesting the promotion of surface-adsorbed chalcogenates on OER is universal. Our findings offer unique insight into the transformation mechanism of materials during electrolysis.  相似文献
