Synthesis of racemic cis-5-hydroxy-3-phthalimidoglutarimide. A metabolite of thalidomide isolated from human plasma

[reaction: see text] A synthesis of the glutarimide-derived metabolite of thalidomide, 5'-hydroxythalidomide (2), is described. The synthesis employed the lactone derivative of N-benzyloxycarbonyl (CBZ)-protected 4-hydroxyglutamic acid 12, which is prepared by a de novo route from diethyl acetamidomalonate. The reaction of 12 with 4-methoxybenzylamine gave the corresponding isoglutamine, which then provided the key CBZ-protected N-PMB-glutarimide 14 after dehydration. Deprotection of both the CBZ and PMB groups followed by phthalimidation and deacetylation of the 3-amino-5-acetoxyglutarimide 16 afforded 2.     

指向学习体验的物质及其转化复习的教学实践——以“钠及其化合物”为例

学习体验是学生对学习内容、过程、方法、意义的自我感受和评估,对学生学习志趣、学习素养提升有积极正向作用。以钠及其化合物复习为例,将各类别物质间转化关系的构建、物质制备原理和条件的优选作为学习体验对象,依据学习体验的内在发展历程设计学习任务及活动,引导学生亲身体验学科认知方式、学科思维方法、学科应用价值,评价体验结果,激励学生自主学习发生。     

m-Chloroperbenzoic acid-oxchromium (VI)-mediated cleavage of 2,4,5-trisubstituted oxazoles

An array of 2-substituted-4,5-diphenyloxazoles were found to be cleaved to triacylamines and diacylamines (imides) using a reagent system composed of m-chloroperbenzoic acid (MCPBA) and 2,2′-bipyridinium chlorochromate (BPCC). The 2-alkyl-4,5-diphenyloxazoles give imides (38–60%) as the predominant cleavage product while the 2-aryl-4,5-diphenyloxazoles give triacylamines (44–71%). Two mechanisms involving intermediates such as cyclic endoperoxides or oxachromacycles were proposed. An application of the oxidative cleavage to the multi-step synthesis of (±)-phoracantholide I seco acid is detailed.     

超高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子源-串联三重四极杆质谱分析饮用水中的高氯酸盐

建立了超高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子源-串联三重四极杆质谱(UPLC-ESI MS/MS)分析饮用水中高氯酸盐的方法.以300Extend-C18为分析柱,10%甲醇水溶液为流动相,ESI MS/MS串联质谱为检测器,以多重反应监测(MRM)模式监测高氯酸盐m/z 99.5→82.9离子对.方法的线性范围为0.2 ～10 μg/L,相关系数为r2=0.999 9,方法检出限为0.15 μg/L,平均加标回收率为82%,相对标准偏差为4.4%.应用UPLC-ESI MS/MS法测定北京市部分城区饮用水中的高氯酸盐,其中5个水样中检出ClO-4,质量浓度为0.040 ～0.262 μg/L,但在安全阈值范围内,不会对居民健康构成威胁.     

原子相干态中的压缩现象

计算表明,与场的相干态类似的原子相干态,具有不同于场的相干态的压缩行为;进一步证明:直接类比于(?)(ξ)不能得到“原子压缩算符”.     

离子色谱法测定蓝藻培养液中有机酸和无机阴离子

建立了一种利用阴离子交换色谱柱分离,电导检测器同时测定17种有机酸和7种阴离子的方法。采用Ionpac AS11-HC阴离子交换柱,KOH溶液作为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,流量为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样体积为25μL。24种分析物测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.31%~2.67%之间,线性相关系数均大于0.996,平均加标回收率在80.3%~108.5%之间。该方法可用于微生物培养液中有机酸和阴离子的同时测定。     

Alternate pathway for the click reaction of 2-(2-azidophenyl)-4,5-diaryloxazoles

The CuSO₄/ascorbate-mediated ‘click’ reaction of 2-(2-azidophenyl)-4,5-diaryloxazoles and arylacetylenes proceeded through an alternate pathway whereby reduction of the azide predominated over formation of the 1,2,3-triazole-forming cycloaddition. The unimolecular product, 2-(2-aminophenyl)-4,5-diphenyloxazole, was isolated which appears to be a formal reduction of the arylazide to the corresponding arylamine. A series of oxazoles which possessed various substituents (F, Cl, Br, OCH₃) on the 4,5-diaryl rings and having the 2-azido group on the 2-oxazolylphenyl position were submitted to the same ‘click’ conditions and gave the corresponding arylamine products (73–99%). The reaction appears to be specific toward the ortho-azido substitution of the polycyclic system, as the corresponding azidomethyl-substituted phenyl oxazoles do not give the ‘reduction’ products but gave the expected click products with the acetylenic co-reactants.     

Ultrasound in natural products synthesis: applications to the synthesis of histrionicotoxin via nitroalkanal acetals

Ultrasound promoted the Kornblum reaction of silver nitrite or sodium nitrite with haloalkyl acetals to afford the corresponding C-nitro compounds. The acetalprotected nitro compounds were used as reactants in a 'double Henry' reaction to produce the key intermediate nitrocyclohexane diol with a masked aldehyde side chain. The nitrodiol was then subjected to an ultrasound-promoted one-pot/single operation sequence involving a reduction deprotection followed by a cyclization-reduction. The entire sequence provided the core spiropiperidine substructure of the histrionicotoxins.
