定量核磁共振波谱法同时测定中药虎杖中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷的含量 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
建立了定量核磁共振波谱法同时测定虎杖中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷的方法。样品用80%乙醇和丙酮两次超声提取净化,再用定量核磁共振波谱法测定。考察了样品预处理和核磁共振实验条件对测定结果的影响,选择氘代二甲亚砜-重水(10∶1,V/V)为溶剂,用基准物质邻苯二甲酸氢钾标定的2,3,5-三碘苯甲酸为内标,选择脉冲延迟时间为5 s,采样次数为32次。定量峰为6.388~6.391(白藜芦醇:H-2,6,d,2H)和6.322~6.330(虎杖苷:H-4,t,1H)。结果表明,NMR测定的精密度均小于0.6%,线性相关系数(r)均大于0.999,白藜芦醇和虎杖苷的检出限分别为0.23和0.24 g/L,定量限分别为0.69和1.57 g/L,包括样品提取过程的回收率分别为97.7%~103.5%(RSD=2.4%)和94.5%~99.2%(RSD=1.6%),显示出定量核磁共振法在中药定量时的可靠性。实际测定4种虎杖饮片及配方颗粒样品中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷含量分别为3.57~5.69 mg/g和12.73~24.07 mg/g。 相似文献

采用原位显微Raman光谱技术详细考察了焙烧温度和焙烧时间对La(OH)3分解制备的La2O3结构以及过氧物种光诱导生成性能的影响,结果表明,经700℃焙烧所得La2O3样品较经800℃以上长时间焙烧的样品更有利于过氧物种的生成.对La(OH)3热分解过程的原位XRD测试结果表明,焙烧温度需达到近700℃才可使La(OH)3完全转化为La2O3.在700℃焙烧的样品上,除了六方相的La2O3外,还可检出介稳态的立方相La2O3.经800℃以上长时间(≥5 h)焙烧后,介稳态的立方相La2O3将转化为稳定的六方相La2O3物种.在相同的实验条件下,立方相的稀土倍半氧化物较六方相更有利于过氧物种的光诱导生成,其原因可能源于前者含更多氧空位,因而更有利于对分子氧的吸附和活化. 相似文献

Silver nanoparticles in size of 8.0 nm was prepared by the trisodium citrate and used to label goat anti-human fibrinogen. In the pH 5.8 Na2HPO4-NaH2O4 buffer solution (PBS) and in the presence of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and KCl, the immune reaction between silver-labeled goat anti-human fibrinogen and fibrinogen took place and led the resonance scattering intensity at 465 nm (I465) to decreasing. The I465 decreased intensity was linear to the fibrinogen concentration in the range from 0.067 to 1.67 μg/mL, with a detection limit of 0.024 μg/mL. This method was applied to determination of fibrinogen in human plasma, with satisfactory results. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider a one-dimensional nonlinear partial differential equation that has the form ut + αuux + βunux - γuxx + δuxxx = F(u). A higher order lattice Bhatnager-Gross-Krook (BGK) model with an amending-function is proposed. With the Chapman-Enskog expansion, different kinds of nonlinear partial differential equations are recovered correctly from the continuous Boltzmann equation.
