Gallium Nitride Room Temperature α Particle Detectors

Gallium Nitride （GaN） room temperature α particle detectors are fabricated and characterized, whose device structure is Schottky diode. The current-voltage （I- V） measurements reveal that the reverse breakdown voltage of the detectors is more than 200 V owing to the consummate fabrication processes, and that the Schottky barrier and ideal factor of the detectors are 0.64 eV and 1.02, respectively, calculated from the thermionic transmission model. ^241Am α particles pulse height spectra from the GaN detectors biased at -8 V is obviously one Gauss peak located at channel 44 with the full width at half maximum （FWHM） of 15.87 in channel. One of the main reasons for the relatively wider FWHM is that the air between the detectors and isotope could widen the spectrum.     

基于形态矩阵的图像模糊匹配方法

An anatomically accurate eye model with a shell-structure lens

A human eye model based on anatomically accurate eye model previously proposed by Liou, has been transformed into a new eye model, in which laminated structure of the lens is considered. The crystalline lens is presented in the form of hundreds of shells with rotational symmetry, and with constant index within each shell. The refractive index increases from the cortical shell to the inner one, according to the equation proposed by Smith G. et al. The anterior surface of the lens is prolate, whereas the posterior surface of the lens is oblate which is consistent with the anatomical data. A ray tracing procedure has been applied to study the refractive structure of the eye. The optical characters of the model have been studied. The reason that the wings occur on the spherical aberration curve has been given. And we found that the lens with gradient refractive index and lens with shell structure can give same longitudinal spherical aberration results.     

Correlation between Post-LASIK Starburst Symptom and Ocular Wavefront Aberrations

Monochromatic aberrations in post laser in-situ keratomileusis （LASIK） eyes are measured. The data are categorized into reference group and starburst group according to the visual symptoms. Statistic analysis has been made to find the correlation between the ocular wavefront aberrations and the starburst symptom. The rms aberrations of the 3rd and 4th orders for the starburst group are significantly larger than those for the reference group. The starburst symptom shows a strong correlation with vertical coma, total coma, spherical aberrations. For 3-mm pupil size and 5.8-mm pupil size, the modulation transfer function （MTF） of the starburst group are lower than those of the reference group, but their visual acuities are close. MTF and PSF analyses are made for two groups, and the results are consistent with the statistical analysis, which means the difference between the two groups is mainly due to the third- and fourth-order Zernike aberrations.     

The excitation energies and term energies of the excited states 1s2ns (n=3,4,5) and 1s2nf (n=4,5) of lithium-like systems of Z=11－20

In this paper, the full-core plus correlation (FCPC) and the Ritz method is extended to calculate the non-relativistic energies of 1s^2ns (n=3,4,5) and 1s^2nf (n=4,5) states and the wavefunctions of the lithium-like systems from Z=11－20. The mass-polarization and the relativistic correction including the kinetic-energy correction, the Darwin term, the electron－electron contact term, and the orbit－orbit interaction are evaluated perturbatively as the first-order correction. The contribution from quantum electrodynamic is also included by using the effective nuclear charge formula. The excited energies, the term-energy and fine structure, are given and compared with the other theoretical calculation and experimental results. It is shown that the correlative wave in the FCPC method embodies well the strong correlation between the 1s^2 core and the valence electron.     

电流型大面积PIN探测器

研制了灵敏区面积为40,50和60mm,耗尽层厚度为200—300μm的电流型大面积薄型PIN半导体探测器,并对其物理性能进行了测量.测试和应用表明,这些探测器性能稳定,漏电流符合使用要求.与市场上的大面积PIN半导体探测器相比,这些探测器主要在几百伏偏压下工作在电流模式,但也可用于计数模式,而目前的商用产品仅适用于计数测量. 关键词： 半导体探测器 大面积 电流型     

异丙醇-硫酸铵-水体系浮选硫氰酸亚铜法间接测定硫普罗宁

研究表明:控制溶液pH4.0,在SCN-存在下,Cu(Ⅱ)被硫普罗宁分子中的巯基(SH)还原生成的Cu(Ⅰ)与SCN-形成CuSCN白色乳状沉淀。该沉淀能被浮选在异丙醇/水两相界面之间。通过测定溶液中剩余Cu(Ⅱ)的量,从而间接测定硫普罗宁的量。硫普罗宁测量的线性范围0.30～12.0mg/L;检出限为0.20mg/L。本方法可直接用于片剂、血清、尿样中硫普罗宁含量的测定,结果满意。
