In this paper, an approach to straight and circle track reconstruction is presented, which is suitable for particle trajectories in an homogenous magnetic field (or 0 T) or Cherenkov rings. The method is based on fuzzy c-regression models, where the number of the models stands for the track number. The approximate number of tracks and a rough evaluation of the track parameters given by Hough transform are used to initiate the fuzzy c-regression models. The technique effectively represents a merger between track candidates finding and parameters fitting. The performance of this approach is tested by some simulated data under various scenarios. Results show that this technique is robust and could provide very accurate results efficiently.  相似文献

With the help of Maxwell, Ansys and Garfield, a simulation of the electric field and the deviation of electron drift in the drift volume of a GEM-TPC prototype has been accomplished under the following conditions: Field Cages with one-side and double-side strips, with and without a guard ring. The advantage and necessity of a Field Cage with mirror strips and a guard ring were foreseen. According to the simulation results, TU-TPC was modified and tested; a larger effective area and better resolution were achieved.  相似文献

The CDEX (China Dark matter EXperiment) Collaboration will carry out a direct search for WIMPs (Weakly Interacting Massive Particles) using an Ultra-Low Energy Threshold High Purity Germanium (ULE-HPGe) detector at the CJPL (China JinPing deep underground Laboratory). A complex shielding system was designed to reduce backgrounds and a detailed GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulation was performed to study the achievable reduction of γ rays induced by radionuclides and neutron backgrounds by D(γ,n)p reaction. Furthermore, the upper level of allowed radiopurity of shielding materials was estimated under the constraint of the expected goal. Compared with the radiopurity reported by other low-background rare-event experiments, it indicates that the shielding used in the CDEX can be made out of materials with obtainable radiopurity.  相似文献

In a TPC, ion feedback from the readout detector can cause a space-charge effect and distort the electrical field in the drift region. Gating is one of the effective methods to solve this problem, which can block ions at the expense of losing a certain amount of primary electrons. Compared with the traditional design with a wire structure, gating based on GEM foil is more attractive because of its simplicity. In this paper, the factors in uencing the electron transmission e ciency are studied with simulations and experiments. After optimizing all these parameters, an electron transmission e ciency over 80% is obtained.  相似文献

A multi-channel front-end ASIC has been developed for a fast neutron spectrometer based on Gas Electron Multiplier(GEM)-Time Projection Chamber(TPC). Charge Amplifier and Shaping Amplifier for GEM(CASAGEM) integrates 16+1 channels: 16 channels for anodes and 1 channel for cathode. The gain and the shaping time are adjustable from 2 to 40 mV/fC and from 20 to 80 ns, respectively. The prototype ASIC is fabricated in0.35 μm CMOS process. An evaluation Print Circuit Board(PCB) was also developed for chip tests. In total 20 chips have been tested. The integrated nonlinearity is less than 1%. The equivalent noise electrons is less than 2000 e when the input capacitor is 50 pF. The time jitter is less than 1 ns. The design and the test results are presented in the paper.  相似文献

用SEM、TEM、HRTEM及拉曼光谱方法研究了催化裂解乙炔制备多壁碳纳米管过程中裂解温度的影响,结果表明,在650℃~700℃裂解乙炔,可获得产量高、直径分布均匀、石墨程度高的多壁碳纳米管,并对裂解温度影响机制进行了分析和探讨。  相似文献

在辐射成像系统的设计研发中,经常需要计算系统的各项物理性能指标。为了提升产品研发的效率,同方威视联合清华大学,基于蒙特卡罗程序包Geant4,研发了国内首套具有自主知识产权的辐射成像系统模拟软件NucRPD(NUCTECH Radiography Performance Design Tools),其能够快速、精确地模拟系统的各项性能指标。该软件对常用的一些辐射成像系统进行了参数化建模,用户通过修改软件界面上的少量参数,就可以快速建立各类辐射成像系统的几何体、源项、物理模型和统计量,然后在服务器上以并行计算方式完成模拟计算,能在较短的时间内模拟出系统的性能指标,并给出直观的图形帮助用户深入理解模拟结果。NucRPD的模拟结果经过了大量的实验验证,其剂量场分布和物理指标等模拟结果和实验结果符合得很好。NucRPD已经应用于同方威视辐射成像系统产品的设计研发,在产品的物理指标优化和辐射防护优化中发挥了重要作用。  相似文献

In this paper,the functions of warping displacement interruption defined on the crack lines are taken for the fundamental unknown functions.The torsion problem of cracked circular cylinder is reduced to solving a system of integral equations with strongly singular kernels.Using the numerical method of these equations,the torsional rigidities and the stress intensity factors are calculated to solve the torsion problem of circular cylinder with star-type and other different types of cracks.The numerical results are satisfactory.  相似文献

通过间解的分离,本文将径向多裂纹柱体的导曲函两个调和函数表示,使问题归为解一组混混合型积分方程。针对方程的特点,本文联合使用三次样条边界法与奇异积分方程的数值方法对所得方程建立了数值法,并对裂纹相交情形作了特殊处理。最后对工程中感兴趣的一些典型的多裂纹柱体的扭转作了例题计算,结果表明,本文方法具有收敛快,精度高的特点。  相似文献
