Improvement of high-frequency properties of Co2FeSi Heusler films by ultrathin Ru underlayer

Heusler Co2FeSi films with a uniaxial magnetic anisotropy and high ferromagnetic resonance frequency fr were deposited by an oblique sputtering technique on Ru underlayers with various thicknesses tRufrom 0 nm to 5 nm.It is revealed that the Ru underlayers reduce the grain size of Co2FeSi,dramatically enhance the magnetic anisotropy field HK induced by the internal stress from 242 Oe(1 Oe=79.5775 A·m^-1)to 582 Oe with an increment ratio of 2.4,while a low damping coefficient remains.The result of damping implies that the continuous interface between Ru and Co2FeSi induces a large in-plane anisotropic field without introducing additional external damping.As a result,excellent high-frequency soft magnetic properties with fr up to 6.69 GHz are achieved.

微生物污垢对典型换热器传热影响研究

本文以电厂循环冷却塔塔底黏泥中分离纯化出的致垢微生物铁细菌为实验介质,利用污垢热阻动态模拟实验台,在恒定工况下(水温30℃,流速0.4 m·s-1),动态模拟了光管、缩放管、横纹管三种不锈钢典型换热器微生物污垢形成过程。在分析比较三种典型换热器传热性能的基础上,实验测试了三种换热器的污垢热阻,并对垢样成分进行了分析。结果表明:强化管(缩放管和横纹管)传热性能和抑垢能力优于光管,光管、缩放管和横纹管的污垢诱导期分别为;25 h、40 h和45 h,污垢热阻值为:6×10~(-4)m~2·K·W~(-1)、2×10~(-4)m~2·K·W~(-1)和3×10~(-4)m~2·K·W~(-1),由此表明三种换热管的传热和抑垢能力:缩放管横纹管光管。在铁细菌形成的污垢垢样成分分析中Fe元素含量最多,其次是C,表明循环冷却水中铁含量的多少是污垢形成的重要因素之一。     

NUMERICAL METHOD AND APPLICATION FOR THREEDIMENSIONAL NONLINEAR SYSTEM OF DYNAMICS OF FLUIDS IN POROUS MEDIA

For the system of multilayer dynamics of fluids in porous media, the second order upwind finite difference fractional steps schemes applicable to parallel arithmetic are put forward. Some techniques, such as calculus of variations, energy method, multiplicative commutation rule of difference operators, decomposition of high order difference operators and prior estimates are adopted. Optimal order estimates are derived to determine the error in the second order approximate solution. These methods have already been applied to the numerical simulation of migration-accumulation of oil resources.     

ON A NEW KIND OF METHODS TO SOLVE THE PLANE PROBLEMS OF TWO-PHASE FLOW THROUGH POROUS MEDIA

This paper presents a new kind of method for solving the planeproblems of two-phase flow in porous media.The ellipticalpartial differential equation for pressure distribution is sol-ved by the finite element method,and then the semi-analyticalsolution for pressure gradient is used to determine the new sa-turation field according to the existing exact formula describ-ing the saturation propagation along the streamlines.The maindistinguishing feature and advantage of this kind of method arethe ability to overcome the numerical dispersion which is inhe-rent in the ordinary numerical simulation methods.and thereby,to give a precise and clear-cut position of the saturation dis-continuity in the water-oil displacement front.moreover.thesaturation equation,which should commonly be solved simultan-eously or alternatively with the pressure equation,is complete-ly avoided,so that the computing time is greatly reduced.

乌头与贝母配伍化学成分变化的UPLC/Q-TOFMS研究

利用UPLC/Q-TOFMS对中药十八反药对——乌头贝母配伍的合煎液与合并液进行检测,经过MassLynx 4.1分析其化学成分存在差异,发现合煎后次乌头碱水解受到部分抑制,而其他主要的双酯型二萜生物碱溶出较少且水解较彻底,乌头与川贝配伍合煎的毒性相对较小,因而可能通过合理炮制减毒后应用于临床治疗.
