Transition-Metal Catalysis of Triene 6π Electrocyclization: The π-Complexation Strategy Realized

Triene 6π electrocyclization, wherein a conjugated triene undergoes a concerted stereospecific cycloisomerization to a cyclohexadiene, is a reaction of great historical and practical significance. In order to circumvent limitations imposed by the normally harsh reaction conditions, chemists have long sought to develop catalytic variants based upon the activating power of metal–alkene coordination. Herein, we demonstrate the first successful implementation of such a strategy by utilizing [(C₅H₅)Ru(NCMe)₃]PF₆ as a precatalyst for the disrotatory 6π electrocyclization of highly substituted trienes that are resistant to thermal cyclization. Mechanistic and computational studies implicate hexahapto transition-metal coordination as responsible for lowering the energetic barrier to ring closure. This work establishes a foundation for the development of new catalysts for stereoselective electrocyclizations.     

Anti-Markovnikov Hydroamination of Racemic Allylic Alcohols to Access Chiral γ-Amino Alcohols

A ruthenium-catalyzed formal anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of allylic alcohols for the synthesis of chiral γ-amino alcohols is presented. Proceeding via an asymmetric hydrogen-borrowing process, the catalysis allows racemic secondary allylic alcohols to react with various amines, affording enantiomerically enriched chiral γ-amino alcohols with broad substrate scope and excellent enantioselectivities (68 examples, up to >99 % ee).     

(111)择优取向ZnS薄膜的制备及特性研究

采用激光分子束外延技术在Al2O3衬底上成功外延生长了ZnS薄膜.用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和光致发光谱表征了衬底温度对薄膜结构、形貌和光学特性的影响.结果表明所生长的ZnS薄膜为闪锌矿,具有(111)择优长向,随衬底温度的升高,X射线衍射峰的半高宽先减小后增大,在衬底温度为300℃时,半高宽最窄.薄膜结构致密,表面不平整度随衬底温度的升高而增大.薄膜的带隙随衬底温度的升高出现蓝移,可见光区域透射率最高达到98;,在360 nm激发波长下,观测到402 nm和468 nm两个发光带,衬底温度为300℃时,发光最强.     

Nanocomposite hydrogel consisting of Na‐montmorillonite with enhanced mechanical properties

A new kind of nanocomposite (NC) hydrogel with Na‐montmorillonite (MMT) is presented in this article. The NC hydrogels were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of acrylamide and (3‐acrylamidopropyl) trimethylammonium chloride (ATC) in the presence of MMT and N,N′‐methylene‐bis‐acrylamide used as chemical cross‐linker. Due to the cation‐exchange reaction between MMT and ATC (cationic monomer) during the synthesis of NC hydrogels, MMT platelets were considered chemical “plane” cross‐linkers, different from “point” cross‐linkers. With increasing amount of MMT, the crosslinking degree enhanced, causing a decrease of the swelling degree at equilibrium. Investigations of mechanical properties indicated that NC hydrogels exhibited enhanced strength and toughness, which resulted from chemical interaction between exfoliated MMT platelets and polymer chains in hydrogels. Dynamic shear measurements showed that both storage modulus and loss modulus increased with increasing MMT content. The idea described here provided a new route to prepare hydrogels with high mechanical properties by using alternative natural Na‐MMT. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. 不同杂环取代(E)-β-Farnesene类似物的合成及生物活性研究

为了寻求新型蚜虫控制剂,以蚜虫报警信息素(E)-β-farnesene(EBF)为先导,引入不同类型的杂环取代EBF结构中不稳定的共轭双键,设计合成了一系列不同杂环取代的EBF类似物.所有化合物结构均通过1H NMR、13C NMR、IR及HRMS确证.对化合物进行了生物活性测试及初步构效关系分析.结果表明,所有化合物均对桃蚜和大豆蚜表现出一定的生物活性,部分化合物的杀虫活性优于先导EBF,酯基的引入则对驱避活性有利.     

纳米CeO2吸附剂的制备及对六价铬的吸附性能

吸附法是去除水中重金属离子的重要方法,开发新型吸附剂一直是研究热点.利用浸渍法和水热法制备了片状和无定形的纳米CeO2吸附剂,探讨其对六价铬的吸附性能,分析pH、吸附时间、六价铬初始浓度等因素对其吸附性能的影响,并通过循环吸附实验考察纳米CeO2吸附剂的再生能力.结果表明:厚度30 nm、直径大小约为400 nm的片状CeO2吸附剂具有更强的吸附能力和更快的吸附速率,80 min时基本达到吸附平衡;两种吸附剂的最佳吸附pH为3;吸附动力学均符合伪二级动力学方程,Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型均能很好地拟合等温吸附过程,表明纳米CeO2对六价铬的吸附以单层吸附为主.片状CeO2四次吸附-解吸实验之后吸附率稍有下降,表明片状CeO2吸附剂有较好的再生能力,因而,该片状CeO2吸附剂适用于与酸性Cr(Ⅵ)废水的处理.
