Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) were prepared by pyrolysis of coal-tar pitch in the presence of rosin, and characteristics of the pitch-rosin mixtures and the MCMB were studied. Pyrolysis behavior of the pitch-rosin mixtures was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and chemical structures of the pyrolysated pitch-rosin mixtures were studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) technique. Optical textures of the pyrolysated pitch-rosin mixtures were characterized by polarized-light microscopy. In addition, morphologies and microstructures of the MCMB, extracted from the pyrolysated pitch-rosin mixtures, were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. Results show that the rosin addition contributes to a notable increase of MCMB yield as well as a decrease in the aromaticity index of the pyrolysated pitch-rosin mixtures. Moreover, the pyrolysis conditions have great effect on the morphologies and yields of MCMB. When the pitch-rosin mixtures are pyrolysated at 450 °C for 1.5-2.5 h, the MCMB yields arrive at 33.8-54.6 wt.% of the pyrolysated pitch-rosin mixtures. 相似文献

The paper manufacturing process remained unchanged for many centuries, until, in the nineteenth century, the crisis of rags led industrialized countries to patent new production processes with different raw materials. This study deals with this period of transition by analyzing four samples stored at the archives of Superintendency Beni Architettonici per il Paesaggio e per il Patrimonio Storico Artistico ed Etnoantropologico (BAPPDAD) of Venice Lagoon, based in the Palazzo Ducale.The samples were analyzed by FT-IR (ATR), SEM-EDS, HPLC-MS/MS and Py-GC/MS. These techniques allow the characterization of various raw materials and adhesives used in various stages of paper production.These analyses have found a gradual introduction of ground wood in the composition of papers from the mid-nineteenth century, and the use of rosin as glue only in more recent documents. 相似文献

提出松香样品添加混合助剂MgCO3 Mg(NO3 ) 2 进行干灰化预处理 ,并将此法与硝酸 高氯酸的湿消解法和仅添加Mg(NO3 ) 2 的干灰化法进行了比较。结果表明 ,本法在抑制砷的挥发方面 ,比仅用Mg(NO3 ) 2作为灰化助剂的干灰化法效果更好 ,砷的回收率在 94 %~ 10 5 % ;比用硝酸 高氯酸湿消解法分解试样更彻底 ,可以避免剩余酸除去时引起的砷损失。试验还表明 ,HG AFS测As的检出限DL =0 31ng·mL-1,松香中的砷不用富集便可进行测量 ,对国家标准物质桃叶GBW 0 85 0 1中砷的测定结果与推荐值一致 ,方法的相对标准偏差RSD =2 6 %~ 4 4 %。 相似文献

With the goal of developing new pressure sensitive adhesive systems, the miscibility and the phase morphology of blends between novel symmetric four-arm star “all-acrylate” block copolymers synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and a rosin ester resin tackifier was studied with a combined differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) approach. Copolymer-resin compositions with increasing resin content in the blend were studied. The DSC results show good miscibility for compositions lower than 60 wt%, with a single glass transition at a temperature between those of the two pure compounds. The AFM results indicate that the initial two-phase morphology typical of the block copolymer matrix is preserved up to 60 wt% of resin. Above that value, a third phase, attributed to aggregates of the pure resin, is observed. Upon ageing, the homogeneous systems (e.g., blends with 40 wt% of resin) undergo a slow migration of the tackifying resin towards the surface of the sample, which can be understood in terms of surface free energy considerations. This eventually leads to the formation of a layer of pure resin at the surface. 相似文献
