Asymmetric Total Syntheses,Stereostructures, and Cytotoxicities of Marine Bromotriterpenoids Aplysiol B (Laurenmariannol) and Saiyacenol A

There are marine cytotoxic bromotriterpenoids, named the thyrsiferol family that are structurally characterized by some tetrahydropyran (THP) and tetrahydrofuran (THF) rings. The thyrsiferol family belongs to natural products that are often difficult to determine their stereostructures even by the current, highly advanced spectroscopic methods, especially in acyclic systems including stereogenic tetrasubstituted carbon centers. In such cases, it is effective to predict and synthesize the possible stereostructures. Herein, to elucidate ambiguous stereostructures and unassigned absolute configurations of aplysiol B, laurenmariannol, and saiyacenol A, members of the thyrsiferol family, we carried out their asymmetric chemical syntheses featuring 6-exo and 5-exo oxacyclizations of epoxy alcohol precursors and 6-endo bromoetherification of a bishomoallylic alcohol. In this paper, we report total assignments of their stereostructures through their asymmetric chemical syntheses and also their preliminary cytotoxic activities against some tumor cells. These results could not have been achieved without depending on asymmetric total synthesis.     

Logarithmic Regge pole

This work presents the subtraction procedure and the Regge cut in the logarithmic Regge pole approach. The subtraction mechanism leads to the same asymptotic behavior as previously obtained in the non-subtraction case. The Regge cut, in contrast, introduces a clear role to the non-leading contributions for the asymptotic behavior of the total cross-section. From these results, some simple parameterization is introduced to fit the experimental data for the proton-proton and antiproton-proton total cross-section above some minimum value up to the cosmic-ray. The fit parameters obtained are used to present predictions for the \begin{document}$ \rho(s)$\end{document} -parameter as well as to the elastic slope \begin{document}$ B(s)$\end{document} at high energies.     

Unlocking the Drug Potential of the Bryostatin Family: Recent Advances in Product Synthesis and Biomedical Applications

Bryostatins are a class of naturally occurring macrocyclic lactones with a unique fast developing portfolio of clinical applications, including treatment of AIDS, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer. This comprehensive account summarizes the recent progress (2014–present) in the development of bryostatins, including their total synthesis and biomedical applications. An emphasis is placed on the discussion of bryostatin 1 , the most-studied analogue to date. This review highlights the synthetic and biological challenges of bryostatins and provides an outlook on their future development.     

Studies on metabolism of total glucosides of paeony from Paeoniae Radix Alba in rats by UPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS/MS

Total glucosides of paeony are the active constituents of Paeoniae Radix Alba. In this study, a novel strategy was proposed to find more metabolites and the differences between paeoniflorin, albiflorin and total glucosides of paeony (TGP). This strategy was characterized as follows: firstly, the animals were divided into three groups (paeoniflorin, albiflorin and TGP) to identify the source of TGP metabolites from paeoniflorin or albiflorin; secondly, a generic information‐dependent acquisition scan for the low‐level metabolites was triggered by the multiple mass defect filter and dynamic background subtraction; thirdly, the metabolites were identified with a combination of data‐processing methods including mass defect filtering, neutral loss filtering and product ion filtering; finally, a comparative study was used in the metabolism of paeoniflorin, albiflorin and TGP. Based on the strategy, 18 metabolites of TGP, 10 metabolites of paeoniflorin and 13 metabolites of albiflorin were identified respectively. The results indicated that the hydrolysis, conjugation reaction and oxidization were the major metabolic pathways, and the metabolic sites were the glycosidic linkage, the ester bond and the benzene ring. This study is first to explore the metabolism of TGP, and these findings enhance our understanding of the metabolism and the interactions of paeoniflrin and albiflorin in TGP. Total Variation and Multisymplectic Structure for CNLS System

The relation between the total variation of classical field theory and the multisymplectic structure is shown. Then the multisymplectic structure and the corresponding multisymplectic conservation of the coupled nonlinear Schrodinger system are obtained directly from the variational principle.     

新颖外燃式湿空气燃气轮机循环及性能研究

本文首先提出一种新型的高效燃煤燃气轮机循环一外燃式湿空气透平循环动力系统。由于外燃的特点，作功工质为洁净湿空气，从而可以实现水的回收，是对常规ＨＡＴ循环的突破；另外洁净湿空气排放不受通常烟气露点限制，从而可回收利用湿空气降温时的低温凝结潜热，提高了加湿能力，从而提高系统性能。揭示了新型循环的基本规律；推导出具有湿化特点的约束方程和系统性能简明表达式，指明影响系统性能的关键因素。在透平初温为８５０℃的工况下，系统热效率高达４８．１１％。基于能量品位梯级利用原理和系统集成方法论，通过探索充分而合理利用中低温余热的有效途径，开拓洁净煤燃气轮机总能系统的新方向。     

提高微晶硅薄膜太阳电池效率的研究

采用甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术制备了系列微晶硅薄膜太阳电池，指出了气体总流量和背反射电极的类型对电池性能参数的影响.电池的I-V测试结果表明：随反应气体总流量的增加，对应电池的短路电流密度、开路电压和填充因子都有很大程度的提高，结果使得电池的光电转换效率得以提高.另外，ZnO/Ag/Al背反射电极能明显提高电池的短路电流密度，进而也提高了电池的光电转换效率.对气体总流量和背反射电极类型影响电池效率的原因进行了分析. 关键词： 微晶硅薄膜太阳电池 气体流量 ZnO/Ag/Al背反射电极     

164Lu的三轴超形变核态的理论计算

用三维TRS(totalrouthiansurface)自洽理论对奇奇核164Lu的位能面进行了计算,计算结果与实验上得到的ε2=0.38基本一致,从而从理论上确认了164Lu是三轴超形变核,并且指出了存在三轴超形变带的两个组态. Total routhian surface in~(164)Lu nuclei is calculated according to the three dimensional Total Routhian Surface (TRS) theory. The result of the calculation is in agreement with the experiment. At the same time, two TSD bands could be assigned to the configuration(π\(1/2), α=1/2)(ν\(5/2), α=1/2), (π\(1/2), α=1/2)(ν\(3/2), α=-1/2).     

浮栅ROM器件辐射效应机理分析

全内反射荧光显微术应用于单分子荧光的纵向成像

利用这种显微术中激发场的纵向强度呈指数衰减的分布特性，测得的荧光强 度将强烈依赖渗透深度（强度衰减到1/e时的距离），从而快速直接的确定单分子荧光 团间的纵向间隔、每个荧光团的纵向绝对位置和荧光团的半径大小，即实现荧光分子三维分 布的重构.在整个重构的过程中，只需要改变一次入射角的大小，即只需探测两幅荧光分子 的全内反射成像. 关键词： 全内反射荧光显微术 纵向重构
