研究了Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3-8-羟基喹啉(acac=乙酰丙酮)催化体系催化丙烯酸丁酯(BA)聚合，考察了聚合规律，用凝胶渗透色谱研究了聚合物分子量和分子量分布．动力学研究表明聚合反应对单体浓度呈一级关系，表观活化能为13．9kJ／mol．     

KF－Al2O3催化下3，4－二氢－2H－吡喃[3,2-h]喹啉衍生物的合成

芳醛、8－羟基喹啉与丙二腈或氰乙酸乙酯KF－Al2O3催化下反应生成一系列新 的3，4－二氢－2H－吡喃[3,2-h]喹淋衍生物，产物的结构通过单晶X射线确证。     

Topological investigations of molar excess volumes of quinoline with alkanols

Excess volumes V ^E of binary liquid mixtures of quinoline with alkanols have been determined from densities at 30°C as a function of composition. The excess volumes are negative over the whole mole fraction range for all the mixtures and decrease with increasing length of alkanol (C₁–C₁₀). The V^E data have been analyzed in terms of an approach which uses graph theoretical connectivity parameters of the third degrees for two components. The analysis gives information regarding associated species in the pure state and in the mixture. It is suggested that, in the mixture state, no change occurs in the association of alkanols.

A non-catalytic approach to the synthesis of 5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinolines

A concise synthesis of highly functionalized 5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitriles is delineated through base induced ring transformation of 4-sec-amino-2-oxo-5,6-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carbonitriles with S-methylisothiourea sulfate and 1-carboxamidinepyrazole hydrochloride, separately, in DMF. Under analogous reaction conditions the ring transformation of 4-sec-amino-2-oxo-5,6-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carbonitriles by formamidine acetate provided 4-sec-amino-benzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitriles in moderate yields, while with benzamidine hydrochloride, the reaction followed the same mechanism to yield 2-phenyl-4-sec-amino-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline-3-carbonitriles.

新试剂5-(4-氯苯基偶氮)-8-苯磺酰氨基喹啉光度法测定微量铜

在 p H 8.5的 Na2 B4 O7- HCl介质及有氯化十六烷基吡啶 ( CPC)存在时 ,室温下铜 ( )与 5 - ( 4 -氯苯基偶氮 ) - 8-苯基磺酰氨基喹啉 ( CPBSQ)迅速反应 ,生成络合比为 1∶ 3的有色络合物。研究了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了一个测定 Cu( )的光度分析新方法。Cu( )的浓度在 0～ 1 4.0 μg/2 5 m L 范围内符合比耳定律 ,其摩尔吸光系数为 8.1 2× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1。方法用于面粉、茶叶及奶粉中铜的测定 ,其相对标准偏差为 0 .5 8%～ 1 .2 % ,标准加入回收率为 95 .5 %～ 1 0 4 .5 %。     

Carbocyclic and nitrogen-containing fused CH-acids with an annelated indenyl fragment. Thermogravimetric and X-ray structural analysis of 6H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoline

Based on thermogravimetric characteristics first obtained for the model 6H-indeno [1,2-b]quinoline, the scheme of thermal conversions of this compound in the temperature range 20–700 °C has been proposed, and the limit of its thermal stability (300 °C) has been determined. This temperature is recommended as the optimum for synthesizing fused benzoaza(diaza)fluorenes. Based on the results of X-ray structural analysis, the molecules of the studied indenoquinoline form centrosymmetric pairs, which are arranged in (110) layers. The molecules are orientationally disordered. The observed self-association of these molecules is similar to the - association of fused heterocyclic systems with-excessive and ****- deficient fragments. It has been suggested that interferon-inducing and antitumor compounds with an annelated indenyl fragment have a common mechanism of action according to the intercalation model of stacking structures.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 微波辐射下三组分“一锅法”合成5-芳基-1,5,6,7,8,9-六氢化-2H-吡唑[5,4-b]并喹啉-6-酮

在微波辐射下以芳醛、1,3-环己二酮或达米酮和氨基吡唑为原料, 用乙二醇作能量转移剂, 三组分“一锅法”快速合成了一系列吡唑[5,4-b]并喹啉类化合物. 该方法速度快(30～90 s), 产率高(88%～98%), 环境友好. 产物结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析证实, 化合物4e的单晶经X射线衍射分析, 进一步确证了产物结构.     

硫酸喹啉荧光猝灭法测定脱氧核糖核酸

基于DNA在pH2～4的范围内对硫酸喹啉的荧光具有较强的猝灭作用，建立了一种测定DNA的新方法。当DNA的浓度为10～700μg／L时，荧光猝灭程度与DNA浓度呈线性关系，其线性回归方程为：△IF=1．52118 0．11038G(μg／L)；相关系数r=0．9985；检出限为5．9μg／L。本方法用于大肠杆菌提取的质粒DNA的测定，获得满意结果。
