The UV excited and persistent luminescence properties as well as thermoluminescence (TL) of Eu2+ doped strontium aluminates, SrAl2O4:Eu2+ were studied at different temperatures. Two luminescence bands peaking at 445 and 520 nm were observed at 20 K but only the latter at 295 K. Both Sr-sites in the lattice are thus occupied by Eu2+ but at room temperature efficient energy transfer occurs between the two sites. The UV excited and persistent luminescence spectra were similar at 295 K but the excitation spectra were different. Thus the luminescent centre is the same in both phenomena but excitation processes are different. Two TL peaks were observed between 50 and 250 °C in the glow curve. Multiple traps were, however, observed by preheating and initial rise methods. With longer delay times only the high temperature TL peak was observed. The persistent luminescence is mainly due to slow fading of the low temperature TL peak but the step-wise feeding process from high temperature traps is also probable. 相似文献

Self-organized ZnAl2O4 nanostructures with the appearance (in SEM) of high aspect ratio horizontal nanowires are grown on uncatalysed c-sapphire by vapour phase transport. The nanostructures grow as three equivalent crystallographic variants on c-sapphire. Raman and cathodoluminescence spectroscopy confirm that the nanostructures are not ZnO and TEM shows that they are the cubic spinel, zinc aluminate, ZnAl2O4, formed by the reaction of Zn and O with the sapphire substrate. 相似文献

A novel hydrothermal process for preparation of single-phase pseudoboehmite from supersaturated sodium aluminate solution with SB pseudoboehmite seed was presented. The process is characterized by precipitation for 3 h at temperature around 125 ℃ with a seed ratio of 1.0. Precipitation yield of Al2O3 over 20% could be reached and the specific surface area of precipitated products almost as high as SB seed could be obtained. The process suitable for preparing pseudoboehmite with any pseudoboehmite seed in principle comprises a highly variation of the current Bayer process and the latest boehmite process for the production of smelter grade alumina. 相似文献

用溶剂浮选-气相色谱法测定铝酸钠溶液中的硬脂酸钠。选择环己酮为浮选溶剂,样品经1∶1(V/V)的盐酸酸化后,以40 mL/m in的速度通入氮气并以环己酮为浮选溶剂浮选30 m in进行富集,用CH3OH/BF3在80℃水浴中加热3 m in进行甲酯化,以毛细管色谱柱PEG-20M(30 m×0.32 mm,i.d.)分离,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。方法在硬脂酸与内标的质量比在0.1~10范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);硬脂酸钠的相对标准偏差为1.35%(n=7);回收率为96.9%~98.1%。 相似文献

The hydration of a 1:3 molar ratio of tricalcium aluminate, Ca3Al2O6, to gypsum, CaSO4·2D2O, was investigated at temperatures of 25, 50, and 80 °C using time-of-flight powder neutron diffraction combined with multiphase Rietveld structural refinement. It was shown that ettringite, Ca6[Al(OD)6]2(SO4)3·∼26D2O, was the first and only hydration product of the system, in contrast to a prior investigation which suggested the occurrence of a precursor phase prior to the formation of ettringite. Kinetics data showed that the hydration reaction is very sensitive to temperature: hydration at 25 °C was characterized by a single kinetic regime while hydration at higher temperatures consisted of two distinct kinetic regimes. The presence of two kinetic regimes was attributed to a change in either the dimensionality of the growth process or a change in the rate controlling mechanism in the hydration reaction. 相似文献

The crystal structure of SrAl2O4 at 1073 K was determined from conventional X-ray powder diffraction data using direct methods, and it was further refined by the Rietveld method. The structure was hexagonal (space group P63, Z=6) with a=0.89260(3) nm, c=0.84985(2) nm and V=0.58639(3) nm3. Final reliability indices were Rwp=7.87%, Rp=5.87% and RB=4.19%. The [AlO4] tetrahedra are linked to form trigonally distorted rings and they are joined in layers. These layers are stacked with a two-layer repeat and connected by the tetrahedral apices. All of the Sr atoms occupy the centers of the rings when viewed along the c-axis. The structure is described as a stuffed derivative of tridymite. 相似文献

分别用量子化学MNDO和DV-X_α方法计算了二聚铝酸离子[Al_2O(OH)_6]~(2-)和Al(OH)_4~-。结果表明前者旋转势垒很低, 只有10.08 kJ·mol~(-1), 最稳定平衡构型为C_s。用X_α过渡态理论计算获得这两个离子紫外吸收峰的理论值分别为266.6 nm和234.4 nm, 与实验值270.0 nm和230.0 nm相当接近。因此可以认为, 紫外吸收峰270.0 nm和230.0 nm分别为[Al_2O(OH)_6]~(2-)和Al(OH)_4~-离子的最高占有轨道电子向最低空轨道跃迁时产生的吸收峰。计算结果支持铝酸钠溶液中存在二聚铝酸离子的观点。 相似文献

Calorimetry has been used in the investigations of calcium aluminate materials produced as a binder for aluminate-corundum
composites of high refractoriness. The kinetics and of hydration process was thus characterized and the optimum compositions
of initial binders and cement-corundum refractory filler blends could be selected for further tests. The acceleration of heat
evolution - the shortening of so-called induction period and relatively high heat output in the presence of corundum was observed.
It means the acceleration of hydration process, that is early crystallisation of hydration products and subsequent further
dissolution of initial anhydrous aluminate phases. In the presence of fine grained corundum particles these phenomena should
be attributed to the nucleating effect of fine corundum particles.
