Solar light-driven photocatalytic production of hypochlorous acid over Pt/WO3 in seawater for marine antifouling

The hypochlorous acid (HCIO) was synthesized from seawater by the Pt/WO₃ photocatalyst under visible-light irradiation. The effect of WO₃ morphology and Pt loading on the performance of the composite photocatalyst for the production of HCIO has been studied in detail. The study found that among the series of materials, hollow WO₃ microspheres with a diameter of about 3 μm loaded with 1.0 wt% Pt have the best HCIO production performance. Over it, 14.52 μM of HClO (1.24 mg/L of free chlorine) was accumulated in 0.5 M NaCl solution after 2 h of visible-light photoirradiation. What is more, the concentration of HClO can reach 4.34 μM (0.354 mg/L free chlorine) in natural seawater for 1 h using this Pt/WO₃ photocatalyst. Under visible-light irradiation, the Pt/WO₃ photocatalyst has a good broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and the activity of inhibiting marine fouling algae. The Pt/WO₃ photocatalyst has high stability and reusability. All these characteristics are conducive to the application in the field of marine antifouling. Moreover, the photocatalytic reaction mechanism was evaluated by studying the photoelectrochemical properties of Pt/WO₃/FTO. This research provides a new strategy for replacing the traditional electrolytic marine antifouling system with the visible-light-catalyzed HClO production system.

基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应硅单晶直径控制

直拉硅单晶的生长过程涉及多场多相耦合与复杂的物理化学变化,其中工艺参数的波动是导致晶体直径不均匀的重要原因,如何实现工艺参数的控制以获得理想的、均匀的晶体直径具有重要的研究意义。本文分析现有控制方法存在不稳定以及控制效果不佳的问题后,提出基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应控制模型来控制硅单晶生长过程中的晶体直径。首先以坩埚上升速度与加热器的功率作为控制输入参数,晶体直径作为输出,搭建无模型自适应控制模型,并分析算法的稳定性。其次将控制模型进行仿真实验,发现硅单晶直径控制模型中不同的超参数设定会影响控制过程的迭代次数以及控制效果。最后,利用贝叶斯优化超参数的取值范围,并进行最终的仿真实验,结果表明,经贝叶斯参数优化后的控制模型计算快、迭代次数少,输出的晶体直径稳定,同时将生长工艺参数控制在实际生产要求范围内。因此,基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应控制实现了硅单晶直径均匀稳定的有效控制,具有结合工程背景的实际应用前景。

Maltol as a Novel Agent Protecting SH-SY5Y Cells Against Hemin-induced Ferroptosis

Ferroptosis triggered by hemin is regarded as a primary factor accounting for neuronal death secondary to intracerebral hemorrhage. Thus, compounds with inhibitory effect on hemin-induced ferroptosis might be potential medicines to prevent neuronal death caused by intracerebral hemorrhage. Herein, we investigate whether maltol could alleviate hemin-induced SH-SY5Y cell ferroptosis and its potential mechanisms. It is found that maltol effectively prevents hemin-induced SH-SY5Y cell ferroptosis via three pathways. The first one is inhibiting intracellular iron increase via preventing upregulation of transferrin receptor, the second one is alleviating lipid peroxidation via attenuating H₂O₂ generation by NOX4 and promoting H₂O₂ clearance by catalase, and the third one is to reduce peroxidized lipids via maintaining GPX4/GSH pathway. Therefore, maltol is a novel agent preventing hemin-induced SH-SY5Y cell ferroptosis.     

不同浓度的尾砂胶结充填体破坏过程 声发射特性试验研究*

制备了3种不同质量浓度的充填体试件，进行了单轴压缩声发射试验，分析了不同浓度的充填体力学特性，重点研究了试件破坏过程中的声发射振铃计数、声发射累计撞击数与声发射累计能量的比值(r值)、主频及其相对高频信号激增响应系数特征。研究表明：随着浓度的增加，充填体的峰值强度与弹性模量呈增大趋势，充填体中出现的声发射累计振铃计数越多；r值先升高再持续减小到一个较低值，随着外载荷的增加，进入缓慢升高阶段，峰值前均保持在该阶段。充填体破裂前兆信息在声发射信号主频分布中呈现主频段增多现象，表现为由加载初期的1~2个主频段，在临界主破裂时增多到3~5个主频段；且随着浓度的增加，声发射信号主频频段分布越宽，声发射相对高频信号(160~180 kHz)的激增响应系数呈递减趋势。以上特征可为不同浓度的尾砂胶结充填体稳定性监测、预测提供依据。

基于无人机多光谱图像的土壤水分检测方法研究

以表层土壤为对象,探究土壤的多光谱反射率与土壤水分含量相关性,进行基于无人机多光谱图像的土壤水分含量预测模型方法的探究。选取中国农业大学通州实验站为研究区域,实地采集试验田的土壤样本100组,按照一定梯度配制土壤含水量,配成的土壤含水率为10%~50%之间,土壤含量的真实值采用土壤烘干法进行测定。多光谱相机灵巧便捷,可搭载在无人机上对土壤进行监测。将RedEdged-M型多光谱相机搭载在Phantom 3型无人机上,选择阳光充足的采集环境,实时采集土壤样本的多光谱图像,建立土壤多光谱信息与水分含量之间的模型。利用处理光谱数据的ENVI5.3软件提取土壤样本多光谱信息,以多光谱相机自带的标准白板反射率为100%,计算出土壤样本在蓝、绿、红、红边、近红外五个波段的光谱反射率。采用BP神经网络算法、支持向量机算法、偏最小二乘算法分别建立基于无人机多光谱图像的土壤水分含量的预测模型。以80组土壤样本数据作为训练集,建立基于多光谱图像的土壤水分含量预测模型。采用莱文贝格-马夸特算法对BPNN进行改进,提高了其训练速度,当网络结构为5-10-1时,训练效果最好,本文选择该网络结构;SVM采取高斯核函数,当参数为0.56时,模型效果最好。本研究采用归一化均方根误差(NRMSE)和决策系数(R 2)对三种土壤水分含量的预测模型进行定量对比。以20组土壤样本数据作为测试集,结果可知,基于BP神经网络土壤水分含量预测模型的NRMSE为0.268,R 2为0.872;基于支持向量机的土壤水分含量预测模型的NRMSE为0.298,R 2为0.821;基于偏最小二乘土壤水分含量预测模型的NRMSE为0.316,R 2为0.789。对三种模型分析可知,基于BPNN的土壤水分含量预测模型效果均较好。结果可知,土壤的光谱反射率与含水率间存在较密切的相关性,将多光谱相机搭载在无人机上可以对土壤水分含量进行有效的实时监测,对监测土壤墒情提供技术支持和理论支撑。
