Josephson结开关电流分布的测量方案探讨

Josephson结的开关电流存在着一定的分布.利用开关电流的分布,我们可以推算出Josephson结的逸出率.进一步结合合适的微波辐照,还可以获得结的诸如能级、拉比振荡等许多相关的量子特性.Josephson结的开关电流分布的获得,对于研究超导量子比特,包括相位量子比特、电荷量子比特、磁通量子比特和涡流量子比特以及他们的组合量子比特都有着重要意义.我们提出了三种测量方案,对这三种方案进行了比较,并初步的对自制的NbN/AlNx/NbN Josephson结的开关电流进行了多次(104次)测量,得到一定温度下的开关电流分布的直方图.针对三种方案各自的优缺点及已有的结果,我们提出了需要进一步改进的措施,对于下一步开展在极低温下(mK)Josephson结的开关电流分布的测量有着重要的意义.     

On the binding energies of excitons in polar quantum well structures in a weak electric field

The binding energies of excitons in quantum well structures subjected to an applied uniform electric field by taking into account the exciton longitudinal optical phonon interaction is calculated. The binding energies and corresponding Stark shifts for Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅱ-Ⅵ compound semiconductor quantum well structures have been numerically computed. The results for GaAs/A1GaAs and ZnCdSe/ZnSe quantum wells are given and discussed. Theoretical results show that the exciton-phonon coupling reduces both the exciton binding energies and the Stark shifts by screening the Coulomb interaction. This effect is observable experimentally and cannot be neglected.     

The 1/f noise in multiwalled carbon nanotubes

The $1/f$ noise in multiwalled carbon nanotubes bundles has been investigated between the frequency range of 0.1 to 30 Hz. At room temperature the noise spectrum is standard 1/f, and its level is proportional to the square of the bias voltage. With decreasing temperature the noise level also decreases. At 4.2 K the noise level follows a non-monotonic dependence against the bias voltage, showing a peak at a certain bias voltage, meanwhile its frequency dependence also deviates from the 1/f trend. This anomalous behaviour is discussed within the picture of environmental quantum fluctuation of charge transport in the samples.     

A realizable quantum encryption algorithm for qubits

A realizable quantum encryption algorithm for qubits is presented by employing bit-wise quantum computation. System extension and bit-swapping are introduced into the encryption process, which makes the ciphertext space expanded greatly. The security of the proposed algorithm is analysed in detail and the schematic physical implementation is also provided. It is shown that the algorithm, which can prevent quantum attack strategy as well as classical attack strategy, is effective to protect qubits. Finally, we extend our algorithm to encrypt classical binary bits and quantum entanglements.     

使用二元相位菲涅尔波带片产生轴向线聚焦

介绍了一种全新的轴向线聚焦方案.采用菲涅尔波带片，在实验中产生了沿轴向长为5mm，宽 100μm的线聚焦.光学测量表明，线聚焦轴向强度分布比较均匀.这些参数基本上可以满足激 光等离子体实验的要求. 关键词： 菲涅尔波带片 轴向线聚焦     

GdBCO超导体的顺磁性及低温下磁通分布的动态观测

本文研究了100～300K之间Gd1．8Ba2.4Cu3．4O7-δ（简写为GdBCO）超导体的顺磁性，对GdBCO的磁化强度随磁场和温度的变化分别在100K和0．1T进行了测试，GdBCO的顺磁性遵从朗之万顺磁性理论．在磁光显微镜下，低温12K场冷下，我们观察了从0mT～29mT磁通线进入GdBCO的超导体的过程，以及磁通线在GdBCO超导体中的分布。     

Kerr-Newman-de Sitter黑洞的统计熵

避开求解波动方程的困难，利用量子统计的方法，直接计算Kerr-Newman-de Sitter黑洞背景下玻色场和费米场的配分函数.然后利用砖墙膜模型计算和讨论黑洞背景下的玻色场和 费米场的熵. 关键词： 量子统计 砖墙膜模型 Kerr-Newman-de Sitter黑洞 统计熵     

量子简并性对气体斯特林制冷循环性能的影响

基于理想量子气体的状态方程，分析了量子气体斯特林制冷循环中的回热特征，推导出循环的制冷系数一般表达式.获得了在强简并和弱简并条件下循环的制冷系数，对全面理解气体斯特林制冷机的性能有所帮助. 关键词： 量子简并性 斯特林制冷循环     

干涉型光纤水听器调制光源的一种实现方法

直接调制光源(多量子阱激光器)的相位载波零差检测方式，在干涉型光纤水听器的信号检测技术中具有明显的优越性。详细描述了采用高频正弦波，对多量子阱分布反馈激光器进行直接驱动调制的一种实现方法。实验表明达到了水听器对光源高频稳定的要求。该调制技术也可应用于光纤通信等领域。
