本文提出以两个qubit量子纠缠系统为工质的四能级制冷循环模型, 基于量子热力学第一定律和热纠缠概念, 分析了在循环中系统与外界交换的热量、输入功、制冷系数等热力学参数与量子纠缠之间的关系, 结果表明: 制冷系数等高线图是环状曲线, 随纠缠比r增加而非单调变化; 当相互作用常数J比较小时, 量子制冷机运行区间在c1>c2, 当增加J值时, 制冷机运行区间在c1>c2c1<c2两个区域; 最大制冷系数εmaxJ值增大而增加.  相似文献

基于回热式不可逆奥托制冷循环和理想费米气体的状态方程,导出以费米气体为工质的奥托制冷循环的输入功、制冷量、制冷系数等重要性能参数的表达式,以此讨论费米气体的量子简并性、回热及内不可逆性对循环性能的影响,给出以理想费米气体为工质的回热式不可逆奥托制冷循环的性能特征。所得结果有助于进一步了解经典气体奥托制冷循环与量子气体奥托制冷循环的区别和联系。  相似文献

以经典理想气体为工质的卡诺热机循环由两个等温和两个绝热过程构成,热机可逆时,它的效率为最大。本文建立一种量子卡诺热机循环模型,该量子卡诺热机循环以一维无限深势阱中极端相对论粒子系统为工质。通过分析,发现该量子卡诺热机循环中的等温和绝热过程和经典卡诺热机的等温和绝热过程具有相似之处,它的效率表达式和经典热力学的可逆卡诺热机的效率表达式也类似,只是用系统的哈密顿量的期望值即系统的能量平均值代替经典热力学中的温度。  相似文献

A Brownian microscopic heat engine with a particle hopping on a one-dimensional lattice driven by a discrete and periodic temperature field in a periodic sawtooth potential is investigated. In order to clarify the underlying physical pictures of the heat engine, the heat flow via the potential energy and the kinetic energy of the particles are considered simultaneously. Based on describing the jumps among the three states, the expressions of the efficiency and power output of the heat engine are derived analytically. The general performance characteristic curves are plotted by numerical calculation. It is found that the power output-efficiency curve is a loop-shaped one, which is similar to one for a real irreversible heat engine. The influence of the ratio of the temperature of the hot and cold reservoirs and the sawtooth potential on the maximum efficiency and power output is analyzed for some given parameters. When the heat flows via the kinetic energy is neglected, the power output-efficiency curve is an open-shaped one, which is similar to one for an endroeversible heat engine.  相似文献

Based on electron transport theory,the performance of k x and k r filtered thermoelectric refrigerators with two resonances are studied in this paper.The performance characteristic curves between the cooling rate and the coefficient of performance are plotted by numerical calculation.It is shown that the maximum cooling rate of the thermoelectric refrigerator with two resonances increases but the maximum coefficient of performance decreases compared with those with one resonance.No matter which resonance mechanism is used(k x or k r filtered),the cooling rate and the performance coefficient of the k r filtered refrigerator are much better than those of the k x filtered one.  相似文献

The behaviour of the current in a two-dimensional Büttiker--Landauer motor, which is a position-dependent temperature-driven Brownian motor, is investigated in the presence of entropic and energy barriers. It is found that the motion of the Brownian particles is influenced by the shape of the channel. The existence of an entropic barrier can cause an asymmetric current as the flatness ratio of the shape varies. There exists an optimized flatness ratio (nonzero) at which the current reaches its maximum value.  相似文献

Based on the state equation of an ideal quantum gas, the regenerative loss of a Stirling engine cycle working with an ideal quantum gas is calculated. Thermal efficiency of the cycle is derived. Furthermore, under the condition of quantum degeneracy, several special thermal efficiencies are discussed. Ratios of thermal efficiencies versus the temperature ratio and volume ratio of the cycle are made. It is found that the thermal efficiency of the cycle not only depends on high and low temperatures but also on maximum and minimum volumes. In a classical gas state the thermal efficiency of the cycle is equal to that of the Carnot cycle. In an ideal quantum gas state the thermal efficiency of the cycle is smaller than that of the Carnot cycle. This will be significant for deeper understanding of the gas Stirling engine cycle.  相似文献

We propose a model for a three-terminal quantum well heat engine with heat leakage. According to the Landauer formula, the expressions for the charge current, the heat current, the power output and the efficiency are derived in the linear-response regime. The curves of the power output and the efficiency versus the positions of energy levels and the bias voltage are plotted by numerical calculation. Moreover, we obtain the maximum power output and the corresponding efficiency, and analyze the influence of the heat leakage factor, the positions of energy levels and the bias voltage on these performance parameters.  相似文献
